Hi All,

I wanted to condense my Dinner and a Dead Guy (D&DG) posts, originally posted in the Kris Chronicles Forum, into a single Topic here. They show the unfolding of recent Kris material over the past seven months from my Dream-Art Science perspective. The first D&DG group session occurred on July 5, 2004, and continues every 2-3 weeks here in Castaic, California via speakerphone with Serge Grandbois, Mark Bukator, and others in Toronto, Canada. Recently, Norm and Reta Farb have joined us from Independence, Oregon via three-way conference call. All of these sessions are freely available on the Kris Chronicles website.

I interpret the D&DG sessions within a broad theoretical framework that I call Integral Conscious Creation (ICC) – a hybrid of Ken Wilber's Integral Psychology and Integral Spirituality with an emphasis on the channeling phenomenon, and its physical, mental, and spiritual domains as exemplified in the work of Seth/Jane Roberts, Elias/Mary Ennis, and Kris/Serge Grandbois. While ICC is not a Dream-Art Science as outlined by Seth, it is a bridging methodology that paves the way for authentic Dream-Art Sciences down the road.

Even though my recent research has been on Kris/Serge and Elias/Mary, I inevitably circle back to the work of Seth/Jane for comparison and analysis. Why? First, I've been studying the Seth material since 1976, and second, both Kris and Elias have made somewhat controversial public claims that they may involve some kind of collective gestalt or "lineage mind" (my term) with Seth/Jane/Ruburt and Rob Butts/Joseph. For example, Elias claims to be expanding upon the foundation laid by Seth and thus uses many similar concepts and jargon (technical terms) used by Seth/Jane. Kris also uses similar concepts and jargon, and likewise employs his own variations.

All three sources discuss at least four frameworks of consciousness (Seth), Regional Areas of consciousness (Elias), levels of consciousness (Kris), and the nine families of consciousness. There are additional similarities worth exploring listed in A Preliminary Overview of the Kris Material in Relation to Seth and Elias.

Furthermore, Kris recently claimed to be a "progenitor essence" that fragmented the original Seth essence in the context of what he calls clans/clusters of consciousness (which are similar to Seth's "lifeclouds" or pyramid energy gestalts, and Elias' pools of consciousness). For more on this claim, see Kris on Kris.

While there is much I still don't understand, an Integral Conscious Creation framework allows me to more accurately situate and compare their various claims and insights. As a result of my participation in these D&DG group sessions, and the Elias forum for the past 7.5 years, I've reached an important conclusion. There is an important concept that ties Seth, Elias, and Kris together in a way that no other source can lay claim to thus far, namely, Aspect Psychology. What is Aspect Psychology? More on that shortly.

In the meantime, it's popular in the Seth community to use the term conscious creation as a unifying concept, or sometimes YCYOR (you create your own reality) to represent the core ideas in the Seth material. But I would like to suggest that this concept has been around for millennia. It's traceable back to the New Thought movement founded by Phineas Quimby in mid-19th century America, and as such doesn't accurately define what makes the Seth material unique from other bodies of work.

Moreover, conscious creation extends all the way back in some form to the Idealist philosophers from Plato to Plotinus and Nagarjuna, onwards to Ficthe, Schelling, Schopenhauer, Hegel, and so on. Now, one might say the same thing about Aspect Psychology, but my research shows that there are many unique maps of the psyche that have been presented only during the past forty years. These maps point out emergent conditions in human evolution that were not present in premodern maps of the psyche, including those of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism, Taoism, and more recent bodies of channeled work including Blavatsky, Bailey, Cayce, Shucman, and others.

Still, even though the idea that mind creates reality is perennial, Seth/Jane did coin the phrase "you create your own reality," and it went on to become a New Age mantra in the 1970s. More recently, YCYOR was uttered in the New Age hit movie What the Bleep Do We Know? by physicist/philosopher Amit Goswami, showing its staying power. As such, YCYOR is still very much a popular metaphysical buzzword. However, it has lost much of its original meaning and been watered down by ideology and prerational interpretations of Seth/Jane's original works. For example, see Ken Wilber's excellent critiques of YCYOR and channeling as inadequate New Age paradigms in Boomeritis (2002). Wilber doesn't critique the work of Seth/Jane per se, just flawed interpretations of it.

Now, let's return to Aspects – the key common element found in the Seth, Elias, and Kris materials. Jane Roberts introduced Aspect Psychology in three Aspect Psychology books as a means to make sense of her psychic experiences since she couldn't find adequate explanations in the conventional religions or sciences of her day. These books detailed her rich gamut of psychic experiences that went far beyond only channeling Seth. They are:

1. Adventures in Consciousness: An Introduction to Aspect Psychology (1975)

2. Psychic Politics (An Aspect Psychology Book) (1976)

3. The God of Jane: A Psychic Manifesto (An Aspect Psychology Book) (1981)

Beginning with Adventures in Consciousness, Jane writes:

"This book is the story of some of those events, and an introduction to what I call Aspect Psychology. I offer it as a framework through which previously denied psychic elements of life can be viewed as proper, beneficial, and natural conditions of our consciousness.

"Such a theory is sorely needed. My correspondence shows me that many people are in a quandary as they try to understand their own psychic experiences. Those curious enough to allow their consciousness unconventional freedom are often labeled 'emotionally disturbed' by psychologists, or considered 'possessed' in the light of religious beliefs.

"For several years I've also been involved with a group of people, my students, who embark with me upon adventures in consciousness. We give ourselves freedom to perceive the reality of the moment as it appears through the lens of other, alternate, states of awareness. I began to develop the ideas in Aspect Psychology precisely because my experiences and those of my students and readers raised so many questions." p. vii-viii.

The basic idea is that the psyche consists of nested aspects found in the perennial Great Chain of Being, ranging from matter to body to mind to soul to spirit. Jane outlined the focus personality (outer ego), subconscious, source self (inner ego), and All-That-Is as nested structures that create/co-create within the vast Spacious Present of All-That-Is. This was her way of explaining what Seth covered in greater detail in his books: the psyche, probable selves, simultaneous time frameworks, frameworks of consciousness, and more. Thus, aspects are not discrete things or objects, but subjective aspects of the psyche within All-That-Is that arise to contend with the vagaries and vicissitudes of physical experience.

"I see Aspect Psychology as a way of looking at life and of viewing personality in its physical and nonphysical aspects. Obviously then, this is my version of reality, as experienced through several layers of the psyche. I am not offering it as The Truth, but as a means of discovering what the truths of ourselves are.

"I don't present Aspects as a dogma, but as a means of cutting through dogmas. At the same time, I'm going to refrain as much as possible from using phrases like 'It seems to me,' or 'perhaps this is so,' or other qualifying statements. Obviously Aspects is the way reality appears to me.

"There are some new terms, not too many, and I am including them in a glossary at the end of the book for handy reference." p. 102.

In Adventures in Consciousness, Jane details the culmination of a yeasty ten-year period in which she developed a mature set of abilities that identified at least ten different aspects of her personality. And while they initially manifested as altered states, they eventually matured into abilities she could invoke at will. So I don't consider these altered states in the conventional sense of temporary or "peak experiences", but stable, permanent traits consciously available through volition and intention:

1. Seth Trance (a robust personality with full emotions, masculine qualities, and low booming voice, dictated 23 books of philosophy, twice weekly sessions by arrangement, spontaneous with permission).

2. Seth II Trance (an asexual personality, soft spoken, unemotional, spontaneous with permission, sensation of upward shift through chute or “pyramid,” further “inward” than Seth).

3. Sumari (Cyprus) (included singing, chanting, pantomime in ESP class, Cyprus is also a character in the Oversoul Seven books but the focus is associated with Sumari, spontaneous with permission).

4. Sumari Poetry & Math (poetry and evocative material on mathematical principles, private, spontaneous with permission).

5. Sumari (inner silence transforms into inner sound, for translation into English, spontaneous with permission).

6. “Seven” (a distinct personality tone available as slightly altered state, features automatic writing to create a series of fictional books, spontaneous with permission).

7. Helper (a sensed energy form, volitionally projected to others in need of help, both emotional or physical, spontaneous with permission). [Note: one of Kris' Sisters/Dakinis is named Helper]

8. Special State (stronger, deeper version of Sumari, never accessed from waking state, always from another altered state, access to some kind of “cosmic language” that has to be translated through her nervous system).

9. Reincarnational Dramas (students would work out underlying issues through some kind of role playing in which they temporarily assumed different personality Aspects).

10. Probable Selves (Seth introduced this concept and provided exercises to explore it. The basic idea is that we each have multiple selves that bifurcate in linear terms. He also introduced Alpha 1 and 2 as states of consciousness that indirectly mirrored the actual brain state. Alpha is the state of relaxation, and prior to sleep).

Jane's formulation of Aspect Psychology was embryonic, based solely on her introspective experiences and has yet to be integrated into the various schools of contemporary cognitive science. But that's because she was ahead of her time due to her highly developed psychic abilities, and most academic psychologists aren't gifted psychics. Though the transpersonal psychology movement was just beginning in the mid-1960s with Grof, Maslow, Fadiman, Murphy, Assagioli, and others, none of those researchers had the kind of abilities that Jane had, and thus had no direct experience of the kinds aspects selves detailed in Jane's Aspect Psychology.

I believe we can further develop Jane's Aspect Psychology within the Integral Conscious Creation paradigm to include the insights offered by Elias, Kris, and others to explore a much wider map of the psyche than those found in conventional religions and sciences. For example, Elias has offered extensive information on what he calls aspects of essence that is consonant with Jane's work. Kris has delivered material on aspects that shows interesting similarities, too.

Therefore, I have discovered an organizing principle in which to further explore as well as identify additional sources that continue to develop Aspect Psychology in the context of what I believe to be an emergent global "lineage mind." As such, I don't believe that Aspect Psychology is limited to English speaking or Western countries, though overall life conditions during the past forty years have allowed it to emerge there. I now use it as a litmus test to explore the depth and span of any body of channeled or otherwise inspired metaphysical material dealing with the psyche. The idea is not to create a new religion, but bridge traditional religions and sciences toward the creation of authentic Dream-Art Sciences down the road, for example, the kind pointed out by Seth in The "Unknown" Reality, that deal with expanded sciences like physics, medicine, and psychology.

This is not to say that Aspect Psychology is the only means of validating channeled material, it's not. But I do maintain that in terms of total depth and span, Aspect Psychology offers tremendous explanatory and story-telling potential when explored through Wilber's integral paradigm and opens the door for new sciences that include physical, mental, and spiritual domains of human experience. It further explores a host of as-yet-still-unexplained paranormal phenomena and can also be adopted for therapy and healing, including the UFO/alien abduction phenomenon, near-death experiences, lucid dreams and projections of consciousness, psi phenomenon, animal telepathy and clairvoyance, dissociative personality/channeling, glossolalia, and more. These phenomenon are still on the edges of current religious and scientific paradigms, and require news ways of thinking to explain and further develop them.

In summary, I believe Aspect Psychology provides an organizing principle in which to move forward with emerging integral methods that will lead us toward authentic Dream-Art Sciences down the road, even though there are decades of work that lie ahead, and miles to go before we sleep.

I've been meaning to post this for a while, and since it's been mentioned a couple of times I figured I'd elaborate.

As many know, Mark and Serge still host a free Monday night group session in their Toronto apartment. As I had a couple of private Kris sessions recently, and had local friends here in Castaic, CA that I knew would be interested, I asked Mark and Serge if we could attend via speakerphone?

Mark and Serge graciously allowed us to attend! And so, since Jo loves to cook for our friends, we invited some of them to come check things out. Now some folks in Elias land use the phrase "dead guy" to affectionately describe Elias, realizing that Elias is neither "dead" nor a "guy." Thus, Dinner and a Dead Guy was born!

We had our first group session on July 5th. The second was July 19th, and the third was August 2nd. The next one will be August 23. So we go every 2-3 weeks.

So far Ron (Olivia) and Cathy (Shynla) Churchman, Bobbi Houle (Jale), Jene Felder (Rudim), Jim Pickerell (Yarr), Gail Becker (William), Paul Tews (Xutrah) and Jo and I have attended on the Castaic side. We also had our 13 year old nephew Marc Helfrich, and later, his 15 year old sister Andrea Helfrich attend.

We get to talk to Mark and whomever else attends on the Canadian side. So it's sort of like a 3,000 mile techno-bridge between the US and Canada, as well as Regional Area whatever .

The group synergy is amazing, and very similar to my experience with Elias group sessions. You never know what direction they'll go in, as they read the group energy and proceed accordingly.

We've explored the clans and clusters, even got Kris to offer two new ones! As Mark mentioned in another Topic, he recently went into inner sound and soundlets, among other things.

Folks are beginning to ask for essence names, too, which is always an interesting part of the game we play.

Hi All,

In our previous session, August 23rd, Kris further developed the soundlets concept. He actually performed a simple chant that had a focusing and clarifying effect on all those present.

It was in the key of E, but only centered on the tones E & B, with different syllables used like Eeeee, Ahhhhh, Oooooo, etc. Hopefully Mark or Serge will post a sound file. It's short and just a beginning example of using soundlets as a type of mantra for focusing subtle energies that can heal, center awareness, etc.

There were eight of us, and we had a new participant, Dan Scranton, who lives in Long Beach and is active on Sethnet.

This past Monday's session, 09/06/04, was the most electric so far. We had another new participant, Ester, from Glendale join us. There were seven folks present.

Since we never know what direction these ghosts are going to take, we weren't expecting Kris to open with the clusters/clans. But he did, and continued to expand that very large area of the Chronicles.

He focused on the TAAJ, what he calls our cluster that is involved in the construction of Earth, Milky Way, and what we consider our multiverse. He also mentioned the GAURA cluster, his native cluster, and riffed on the bridging relationships between them.

Now the TAAJ has nine families, as introduced by Seth in The "Unknown" Reality, Vol. 2, and expanded by Elias and Kris. The GAURA, is what Seth refers to as a life cloud or pyramid energy gestalt, and what Elias refers to as pools of consciousness. Neither source has delivered any further details (and for good reason, we have enough to concentrate on with our nine families and multiverse!).

But still, Kris has played off Elias' "aligning with" and "belonging to" concept, which in itself was an expansion of Seth's "simple belonging to."

Moreover, Kris has recently refined Elias' "aligning with" and "belonging to" into three related designations or signs: primary, secondary, and tertiary. So he now offers six essence family designations, three for the "aligning with" and three for the "belonging to". Yeah, I know, it was hard enough to remember nine families, and then subdivide that into aligning with (for the outer ego) and belonging to (for the essence layer). Now we have six things to remember. What's the point?! And why is this kind of granularity being given in terms of subtle/astral/essence layers of I-I-I or All-That-Is?

The jury is still out. Unless we are able to discern and directly experience these energies, the maps are useless. Sort of like having a map of the Far East, but no plane or boat to visit it.

Now, Kris went on to present "counterpart" families in the GAURA cluster as they related to our nine (He didn't use the term counterpart, he called them "cousins," but the term immediately came to mind).

Kris has also mentioned recently that his "aligning with" was Sumafi, Sumari, and Milumet (in terms of TAAJ's nine). In terms of GUARA's 1,700 or so, he said that Hardoor (pronounced Har-doer), Umill (Oo-meal), and Zeteer (Ze-tear) were GAURIC counterparts. He called them "extended families or cousins in a 'foreign land'."

He cautioned that there was leeway with this concept and we shouldn't think in terms of absolutes.

Here we go! I thought. We're not in Kansas anymore, well not TAAJ. Coinkidinkily, Jo and I watched a rerun of Star Trek's First Contact in HBO yesterday, and thinking of first contact with "extraterrestrials" I was really struck during this session that we were talking to an "alien" persona, a bridge personality, that comes through mergence with Serge as Kris from a "place" that's not from around these parts.

GAURA to TAAJ, GAURA to TAAJ, come in TAAJ!

Anyway, Kris then went on drop a potential groundbreaking bomb-shell, a tenth family is emergent within TAAJ. He called it the Dulvar family (pronounced Duel-var). It's "new blood" from the GAURA cluster. It's role is to provide "balance and harmony" with the other nine families. Similar to Tumold, but not restoring to the natural state, this is more about balance and harmony.

I asked if this was directly related to The Nine Sisters, he said only on a surface level, since the families concept goes deep within our subjective and intersubjective awareness.

I also thought, oh great, now we have ten, not nine, families. That's sort of like the amps used by Spinal Tap, they went to eleven, you know, one more than ten! D:

My mind raced with questions, but there wasn't enough time to ask them all. Did this affect the blueprints in Level 2? How is this related to the Source Event of the shift? Will new belief systems also result from this new "intention" merging or fragmenting into the TAAJ? Is the action within essence similar to fragmentation, mergence, or both? What would Elias say about tenth family? Are these two working in cahoots all this time, along with Seth and goddess only know how many others? Was this really his interpretation of a subfamily? How do we prove any of this to ourselves besides Kris' say-so? Why the increased granularity and complexity? Aren't you going to lost a lot of your audience that can barely handle two essence families? Etc.

Bottom line, however, is that this assertion of Kris' is consonant with all the Seth and Elias material on this shift in consciousness period of history so far. Plus, Kris discerns the difference of subfamilies, as seen in recent transcripts. So what's going on?

Like I said it's still too soon to know. This also reminds me of the period in late 1997 when Elias began to deliver essence family counterpart and Dream Walker information. It took months for it all to come out, and be assimilated. Likely, we're in a similar phase now.

Some final notes:

Kris mentioned that this new family "lends support to all the nine families in the action of the shift..." We were reminded that the Borledim intent is to nurture, and this felt similar. Kris pointed out to Jo, Paul T., and Ester, that they held an aspect of Dulvar intent.

He gave Jene her family stats, and she was the first one to receive a Dulvar connection. According to Kris, in order of primary, secondary, tertiary, Jene's "belonging to" is: Sumari, Ilda, Dulvar. Her aligning with is: Sumafi, Gramada, Ilda.

Just a note about last nights D&DG session. We had six folks on the Castaic end, three on the Toronto side. It was the longest session to date, over 1:40 minutes. The group is getting used to Kris now, and our biggest challenge remains our dual speakerphones, Kris' accent and jargon.

He riffed for a half an hour on the quadrants of consciousness, outlined two weeks ago. He's expanding the map of consciousness beyond essence. He said something to the effect that from his perspective he is a awareness of his cluster/clan selves in terms of 16 essences. This is from a quadrant 3 perspective which is beyond most of what Seth and Elias talk about, though again, they both do, they just didn't offer a lot of detail to this point.

Seth calls the clusters/clans lifeclouds and pyramid energy gestalts, and Elias calls them pools of consciousness. Kris is mapping those areas in the most preliminary fashion. I think we can call this nondual conscious creation because we're pushing beyond the essence/entity "layers" outlined in Seth and expanded in Elias. (The fat lady hasn't sung yet on Elias, it's just that his direction and the direction of many who have privates is not in this area of late. It doesn't mean that this makes Kris "better", or that his amplifier goes up to 11, like Spinal Tap. )

Jo asked him about the still controversial tenth family, that he calls Dulvar, and what color it might hold. Kris said it was a "rich teal." This doesn't contradict Elias' nine color scheme for his nine families.

Interesting expansion methinks.

He also explained how his primary, secondary, and tertiary "belonging to" and "aligning with" is meant to help point out how rich our multidimensional essence and wider-than-essence "layers" of self really are.

He acknowledged that the so-called "blueprints for reality" that both Seth and Elias talk about, are actually nested within his quadrant schema.

So there are different layers of nested causality. Oh boy, we'll never figure this out! But then, I-I-I believe we-we-we designed it all just that way! It gives us something to do with our copious leisure time

Kris also mentioned some interesting things about the action of transmission of inner information, citing "dream lamas" along with dakinis that are more in the Buddhist traditions. Gems of truth bandied about.

Hi All,

Here's a brief overview from last evening's D&DG event. We missed Mark's presence, as he had to work. There were five folks on the Canadian side, plus Sarah the Dalmatian (who loves red licorice). Marcy from Indiana was visiting from the US. She's been doing a lot of wonderful transcribing work of late (many thanks!).

On the Castaic side we had six folks, plus Rumi the Siamese kitty, including Paul H., Jo, Paul T., Ester, Jene, and a new participant, Denise M. (Rumi's "sister" Maya, hides during these events. She's a textbook "scaredy cat")

Jo made an "alter" with candles and incense, pictures of "dead guys" including our friend Vicki Pendley, Elias (imaged as Oscar Wilde), Seth (Rob's painting), and Gandhi (who Jo says reminds her of Kris' accent). She made a great vegetarian chili and "bread of the dead". (Hey, she's really into it ).

Kris began with a riff on "ancestor recognition" as opposed to "worship" in relation to our Halloween and Day of the Dead celebrations in the US and other South American countries. Then Kris then opened the floor to questions, and we went on for over an hour and half on related themes, with "death" being central imagery.

I asked Kris about the essence "equivalent" of death, really radical transformation, and he waxed on that.

We talked about 9-1-1, terrorists, their afterdeath experiences, purpose and intent, broached the recent Beslan, Russia massacre near Chechnya, and Kris was clear that even though one person's terrorist is another person's freedom fighter, true freedom has never resulted from religious fanaticism.

Denise asked about black and white holes, Seth's coordinate points, and Gamma bursts.

I was also reminded about Jane Roberts' work, particular Seth on death and transition (Seth Speaks), Emir's Education in the Proper Use of Magical Powers (a great children's books that explains the systemic role that death and rebirth plays in physical creation), The Afterdeath Journal of an American Philosopher, the first two Oversoul Seven books (Lydia's death and rebirth as Tweety), the Bardo Thodol (Tibetan book of the Dead, and it's role in dealing with healthy transitions), Elizabeth Kubler Ross' recent passing and lifelong efforts to rehabilitate our attitudes toward sane and compassionate death, Elias' info on the action of transition.

All this to say that between Seth, Elias, and Kris, these conscious creation sources have provided reams of useful guidance and instruction on the mechanics of death and afterdeath environments, and promote the development of our abilities in this life because there is no magic "enlightenment" upon passing from this life.

Toward the end of the 9-1-1/terrorism riff, I asked if Kris cared to project a most probable winner in today's presidential election. Both rooms were in favor of Kerry. But Kris said "flip a coin" which some of us interpreted to mean it's going to be very close, and regardless, change will come slowly, not overnight even if and when Kerry wins.

He also suggested that three presidents from now, we may see our first female president and it won't be Hillary Clinton.

Over all, it was a timely and thought provoking discussion.

ELIAS: Good afternoon.

LYNDA: Good afternoon. I’m going to start with a question our friend Serge has about some information that Kris brought that Serge would like a comment from you on, and that is regarding a tenth essence family that Kris has described (1) and Serge just wants to know what you have the say about that.

ELIAS: (Nods, closes eyes for several seconds.) Very well. You may express to this individual… (closes eyes briefly) the possibility of another essence family associated with this physical reality was [just] that, a possibility, but it is not. There is no tenth family being formed in association with this physical dimension for it is unnecessary, and also, would be contrary to the movement of this shift in consciousness, for this shift is not being inserted to generate utopia.

And as I’ve expressed many times, you are not eliminating beliefs, and you are not eliminating belief systems. You are not eliminating experiences either, and duplicity is a belief system, which is also not being eliminated (shakes head). Therefore the temporary consideration of another essence family forming to be moving in conjunction with this shift has been chosen not to occur, for as I have stated, it would be contrary to the movement of this shift and to the purpose of this shift, which has been quite explicitly designed and explained.

LYNDA: Thank you very much.

ELIAS: You are welcome.

KRIS: Now since we have started presenting some information on these clusters of consciousness with various families composing these clusters and we have presented that our own home base is what we call the Gaura Cluster. Perhaps we would like to continue on a tangent on that information. Considering that there are literally infinite branches of these consciousnesses that can be explored, and in order to facilitate this information and in your terms, we simply do so in a linear fashion since it is difficult to express this material simultaneously.

Now we have identified our own home base as the Gaura Cluster, with an average of seventeen hundred families as the base and we have also suggested that in your cluster where your nine families of consciousness hold their area we call the TAAJ and that we are aligned with three families.

We have explained that this alignment enables us to visit your cluster since we have our residency in another. Our own cluster and our families, specifically, our own belonging to has qualities that are found in the Sumafi, the Sumari and the Milumet families in your cluster, which enables then the traveling through these specific psychological atmospheres and enables contact with your lovely selves and all of your lovely families.

Now perhaps we will expand upon that as well. Our own family belonging in our own cluster, our family is of primary belonging as HARDOOR which can be spelled as H.A.R.D.O.O.R. but the double O is not DOOR but rather DUER, HARDOOR is our primary belonging and the secondary belonging can be pronounced UMEAL, U.M.I.L.L. and our tertiary belonging can be pronounced ZETEER, Z.E.T.E.E.R. and each of these three families in our cluster have intent qualities similar to SUMAFI, SUMARI and MILUMET in your Taaj Cluster as they are expressed.

This facilitates the bridging of those specific areas and allows communication with Joseph, again with your lovely selves and this is the first introduction to other families of consciousness that exist in other clusters or clans or clumps of consciousness outside of the consideration of your own cluster of families. So in some respect these represent extended families of consciousness in terms of far off cousins in foreign lands that you may not have known about previous to this time.

As a continuation of this information there is something that many individuals have been noticing but only ever so lightly, marginally speaking, because it is not a completed process on the one hand, but on the other hand it is simultaneously a completed process in so many words. But all groupings or clusters of consciousness with their various families are not necessarily set in consciousness-stone. There [is leeway] available for alterations, for emergence and for emergencies (laughter) and as such, your own group of families of consciousness is in the process of acquiring a tenth member. And as such, we have somehow or other been instrumental in adding to the original nine families of consciousness with a tenth family.

This tenth family can be called the DULVAR, D.U.L.V.A.R, (Duel-var) introducing into your cluster and with your previous nine families some new blood, so to speak, variations and even a new perception of intent that provide additional perceptions, additional energies, and as such expands what you already have in those terms. And the Dulvar family also brings with it elements found within our own Gaura Cluster, providing a bridge of consciousness to your families and ours in a manner different than simple occasional visits, but actually creating an affiliation in so many words.

(Kris pauses, takes a deep breath and exhales.)

Do you have any questions at this time or do you wish a very brief break?

PAUL T: This is Antolian with just a quick question. Is this tenth family of consciousness in the Taaj cluster somehow related to the eighth Chakra, which is being introduced at this time?

KRIS: Indeed not.

PAUL T: Okay.

PAUL H: This is Janaki with maybe just a quick question. (Laughter) This action of the tenth family forming, for lack of a better verb, is that an action of what Elias would call a fragmentation between the Taaj and Gaura Clusters or is it unique to, or fragmenting from within the Taaj only?

KRIS: The action is more of a combination between, a mergence and, perhaps a poor choice of words, but an inclusion. Does that make some sense to you?

PAUL H: It makes some sense. The word emergence or emergent is helpful, emergency (laughs) which you mentioned before….

KRIS: This is also related and associated with providing assistance with your “shift of consciousness” 3 because your cluster, your grouping of families together are not the only groupings that are under going their kind of shift. There are other shifts being engaged in other clusters, some very different in action from your own, each cluster incorporating its own perceptions according to the various families and their intent and all of the focuses within those concentrations.

Thus, this also provides into your cluster through the Dulvar family, qualities that are also important to providing a sense of balance and harmony over all, much like a much needed booster.

PAUL H: So it’s very much a part of this shift in consciousness, and just a final follow up question, during this cycle, this billion year blink or cycle that you and Elias have talked about or hinted at, is it the first time that the families have changed from nine to ten? It would seem that the emergence of the tenth family is a revolutionary novelty in the system, so it’s not a common….

KRIS: In this particular cycle, yes. There have also been such actions from the Taaj into others in other kinds of cycles providing balance to others. This is an action that occurs only periodically depending upon the overall intent of a cycle itself, and still in non-linear terms this has occurred, is occurring, will occur, and may not occur altogether. For all variations and probabilities are simultaneously explored and this is one action chosen, per say. Does that make some sense to you?

PAUL H: Yes, it makes some sense, it’s a revolutionary development. (Laughter)

MARK: I have a question. Is this bridge to the Gaura a bridge to a specific family in the Gaura or all seventeen hundred in general?

KRIS: To the overall cluster but through this newly created family. So there is indeed the action of mergence being manifested here as many different intents both from the Gaura and the Taaj are involved.

MARK: So to define the intent of the Dulvar would be difficult, other than harmony and balance?

KRIS: Generally at this point in your terms of time, indeed. Until such a time as more actions can be perceived. It is in some respects in an embryonic stage.

PAUL H: Does this relate to the ‘Nine Sisters’ of balance and harmony in some way?

KRIS: In some manner of speaking indeed it is pooling upon some of those qualities, but they are also qualities that are exhibited in not only all focus personalities of ALL the types, hominid or otherwise, but also in the families themselves. [September 6, 2004]

The important phrase is: “This is an action that occurs only periodically depending upon the overall intent of a cycle itself, and still in non-linear terms this has occurred, is occurring, will occur, and may not occur altogether.”

It would appear at first blush that Elias is focusing on the “may not occur” aspects of the event.

Still, I'm confused as to which aspects of this "event" have manifest in my reality. We need to remind ourselves that these ghosts exist on a level of reality that has no-space and no-time, since it’s more aptly a simultaneous-time multiple focus of attention. The play of probabilities is vast.

Since there were no follow up questions, there are no refinements in this transcript, only general comments which are easily distorted if interpreted in black and white, all or nothing contexts.

Also, notice that Lynda’s original phrasing of the question is very general and doesn’t refer to any of the specific concepts included in the excerpt above. So the jury is still out. Something is definitely going on, and both Elias/Mary and Kris/Serge have commented but briefly.

Notice that Elias’s makes two references:

“… the possibility of another essence family associated with this physical reality was [just] that, a possibility, but it is not.”

“Therefore the temporary consideration of another essence family forming to be moving in conjunction with this shift has been chosen not to occur….”

Elias refers to this tenth family as though it may exist in another probable reality, but not ours. I don’t pretend to fully understand the ramifications of probability theory as discussed by Seth, Kris, and Elias, but realize that there is much more going on than meets my outer and inner eyes.

Still, it would be nice to something more definitive than Elias is right and Kris is wrong regarding a tenth family of consciousness in relation to the clans (Kris), pools (Elias), or lifeclouds (Seth) concept.

Hi All,

We had a nice cozy gathering last night, Paul Tews and Ester Trivino joined Jo, Rumi (our cat), and I on the Castaic end. And Alex held down things with Serge on the Toronto side, along with Sara (who got her red licorice treat from Alex).

It was another long and interesting session. Kris was in rare form, or else we're finally beginning to get his endless jokes and puns, but whatever, he was on last night.

I had shown the short video of the recent Elias session 1636a in which Elias answered Lynda's question from Serge. I added my thoughts in the endnotes, posted above. I read the excerpt to Serge and Alex once we were on the phone and Sarah quitted down munching on her licorice.

We discussed it briefly. Esther mentioned the Elias Darling list, and that a group had a recent session in which the Dulvar and Vedic culture was broached, but her summary was incomplete without a transcript. There was a Dream Walker connection, and if that is true, then there is certainly more interesting connections to come.

Anyway, Kris coyly broached the issue of the tenth family in light of Elias' seemingly contradictory info. And yet is it really that black and white? Right and wrong? Or is it partially true, and shades of gray within partial truth and our ability to discern, perceive, conceptualize, and articulate the ideas?

Anyway, Kris pointed out the following sentence that I called out in my endnote:

“This is an action that occurs only periodically depending upon the overall intent of a cycle itself, and still in non-linear terms this has occurred, is occurring, will occur, and may not occur altogether.”

What did Kris mean by non-linear, and was, is, will, and may not occur? Again, my thoughts led me into the essence layer and its supposed ability to track multiple focuses, probables, and alternate selves.

Kris went into a very Zen answer, swerved through dual and nondual, tip-toed about simultaneous time issues, but didn't come out and say that there was a tenth family in this now, and no one asked him that specifically, though the question was on the tip of my tongue for a while, but got distracted with other ideas.

I asked Kris, instead, from his perspective, which he is fond of qualifying, what cluster Elias belongs to? He replied TAAJ, but Paul Tews wondered if there was a "source seed" in another cluster and Kris replied yes, but refused to be more specific, even though I asked.

So far, he has shown good reason to temper the flow of info. But there was a funny moment when I asked him about Elias, and he said, "Are you trying to get me into trouble again?" in the most mischievous way. I laughed, and said in all honesty my intent is the exact opposite, to get to a truer picture of what they are trying to describe to us.

Jo finished that segment with the question, "Are you and Elias in cahoots?" Everyone in the room flashed "good question!" mentally. Kris, again coyly, said yes and hinted that sometimes they actually talk about us.

Well, for anyone who's made it this far, if you believe in the reality of these essences and their wider focus, and the general maps of the psyche they outline, then why couldn't and why wouldn't they be aware of each other in some way?

We had a couple of breaks, and as usual, Serge is fairly spaced out during them, so he doesn't talk too much, and hangs out and Kris will pop back in all the sudden during our group conversation as we try to assimilate the material.

Finally, Kris did a marvelous Practice of Perspective exercise, in three parts, with two added variations for the third part, that took us through a journey of Self that spaced me out pretty well. Kris is an excellent hynotherapist.

That practice took a good half an hour. There's more, but then, that will come out with the transcript.

Oh yes, Jo cooked a marvelous crock-pot stacked enchiladas, and we had cookies and truffles with tea for dessert. We talked for a couple of hours afterward with Monday Night Football playing in the background.

STEVE: Here's one thing that we wanted to talk about. The entity Kris brought up what he refers to as a tenth essence family which has become known as Dulvar. And I was just wondering if you had any input on that, you know what's your take on the idea of a tenth essence family?

ELIAS: I have addressed to this previously.

STEVE: OK. I guess the transcripts haven't gotten released yet.

ELIAS: No, and I shall express to you a reiteration of that, but that information has been also offered to the individual that requested it, which is the individual [Serge Grandbois] that engages that energy exchange with Kris. But, as I have expressed to him, this information is not incorrect, but was a POTENTIAL but has not been chosen to be expressed in association with your physical dimension, for it is unnecessary.

And in association with movement of this shift in consciousness collectively the consciousness of all of the essences that participate with this physical dimension and reality, which also involves all of you, have chosen NOT to be generating an additional essence family, as it is unnecessary and as all of you are widening your awareness in conjunction with this shift in consciousness, you are also in increments allowing yourselves to draw upon different aspects that you each incorporate associated with Dream Walkers, and therefore that has been deemed as more efficient and allowing for a similar expression as would be with an additional essence family.

Also, in recognition that you are not creating utopia within your physical reality, and that that is not the point of this shift in consciousness, that also, (slowly) does not lend to the formation of an additional essence family. There is no necessity for that manifestation or that collection, and therefore it has been chosen not to be generating that collection.

STEVE: When was this choice made?

ELIAS: It was never actually formed.

STEVE: I see.

ELIAS: But, there was a potential or what you would term to be a consideration, but was chosen not to be generated as a probability in association with this particular dimension.

STEVE: So we're talking about choices made when this dimension was being designed?

ELIAS: Not necessarily. In actuality much more recently in conjunction with the onset of this shift in consciousness.

STEVE: Oh, interesting. So then why was it phrased by Kris as though the choice was already made, or was that just a misinterpretation on our part?

ELIAS: That is a possibility. (1) As I stated previously, and shall do again, I am not disputing the information that has been offered, I am merely qualifying and explaining what has been chosen and what has not been chosen.

STEVE: Hmmn. OK.

ELIAS: There has been a potential, but was not actualized.

STEVE: I see. OK.

I conclude from this that while Elias and Kris may well be in cahoots in some fashion unknown to us, they still are heavily dependent on their hosts experiences and vocabulary. As such, Elias can only answer at this time that "it is a possibility."

Also, notice that Elias reinforces that he is not disputing the information offered by Kris, but clarifying as best he can from his perspective. This would have been the perfect opportunity for Elias to call Kris a fake, or heretic, or marginalize his material in some way, and yet, he is clearly cooperating.

The same with Kris, particularly given Kris' comments from last night's session (November 15, 2004 Dinner and a Dead Guy) in which he acknowledged that he is "working in cahoots" with Elias in a very humorous fashion.

Furthermore, we need to remind ourselves just how different these essences are from our focus perception. They perceive reality in multiple simultaneous time frameworks, as well as nonphysical frameworks of consciousness (to use Seth's term.). So just how they translate all that is a real challenge and testament to their abilities. I conceptualize it as a Galaxy trying to squeeze itSelf into a straw. Only so much can come through at any given time.

Also, the brief mention of a Dream Walker connection is interesting. They are aspects of essence that, as a rule of thumb, do not manifest physically, but are deeply involved in the designs within the blueprints found in framework 2. So it will be interesting to follow up with how the Dream Walkers and Dulvar are connected.

It will also be interesting to see if Kris continues to offer Dulvar intents in upcoming sessions. He also presented a color, rich teal, which falls between green and blue, Ilda and Sumari and doesn't contradict any of the colors offered by Elias.

Finally, the more effort that is made to cross check these dead guys, the more their stories are going to change. And logic and reason will only take us so far on these explorations. At some point we have to go within and directly experience these concepts.

Hi All,

We held Dinner and a Dead Guy #10 last night and had another interesting session and fun time. There was Alex, Mark, and Serge on the Toronto end, and Paul Tews, Joanne, myself, Gail (William in the Elias transcripts), Drew (Matthew in the Elias transcripts), and Jeanette (Jo's 84 year old mom!).

Kris opened with his usual dissertation, and focused on the surface level contradictions between "Brahm" (aka Kris) and Elias where both sources say there are no contradictions. He was pretty intent and focused on the need for flexible interpretation that leads to "unity in diversity" (he actually quoted that integral mantra from Wilber!). Otherwise, the result is more of the same old dogmatic religious adherence to "the word" as infallible and Absolute Universal Truth, and we all know that words can NEVER capture the direct experience of those ineffable qualities, only try to poetically and metaphorically paint a pretty picture of them.

Then, Kris, er, Brahm, queried us to see if we felt the "strong presence" in Castaic? He mentioned that a Dream Ancestor (Elias = Dream Walker, Seth = sleepwalker) was visiting with us, and could we connect to the person related to this Dream Ancestor?

After sharing some energetic impressions, Kris pointed out that this Ancestor's presence was indeed a gift and imagery of deep connection between him and Jo's mom! (I wondered if Kris would incorporate Jeanette into the session, and sure enough, he did in a big way).

Kris would later point out that Jeanette's essence (Esohna) was one of his "sixteen or so essence bodies" (just as Phillip, Joseph, Arindal, and others are). I could tell this drew Mark's attention big time.

We did a guided meditation for about 10-15 minutes (in psy-time terms it was quite long for me) to further explore this Dream Ancestor energy and "see" what we could come up with using our inner senses. I had the following experience:

I'm out-of-body in that my awareness is floating in a VAST ocean of energy. I'm formless and simply Witnessing the scene. I'm facing a huge "dimensional veil", for lack of a better term, that separates two areas of consciousness.

My awareness is focused in Regional Area 1 (Level 1, Framework 1), but I can "see" through the veil and sense a VAST energy personality on "the other side." I translate its "form" only as a vast wavy energy "cloud." As It focuses Its awareness toward me from Regional Area 2, 3, 4... is begins to coalesce into a blueprint of a form, sort of an archetypal "mold" that squishes its energetic projection toward RA1 into a proto-form that is getting ready to become physically manifest.

As that process occurs, again I'm Witnessing from RA1 through a wavy, watery veil, this VASTNESS congeals into a HUGE "seed" form on the other side, and as it approaches the veil, the barrier, it has a four-symmetry or four parts (quadrants imagery) and as soon as those four parts touch, right at the veil on the RA2 side, a perfect, glossy, shiny little "seed", a yellow-orange color, "pierces the veil" and forms in RA1 terms.

I Witness this lovely little seed now floating, perfectly formed, on my RA1 side of the veil. I instantly conceptualize that this is the action of conscious creation, and then just Witness the seed.

A dog has been barking outside the entire time, during this guided meditation, and my attention falters and turns toward this dog and I mentally shout "shut up!" The dog keeps barking, and barking, and barking... I just Witness the barking and reflect back on my short visualization/conceptualization....

After a break, Kris goes on to explore Jeanette's essence belonging to and in the process introduces a new cluster = Anarruu (ana-roo). It contains "roughly" 15 intent families. Its over all purpose is to serves as "gardeners, sending seeds that bring forth unity" and help focuses recognize the greater scheme, consciousness into matter, very nurturing action (interesting sync, this is exactly what I "saw" during the guided meditation)

Kris also did a two short chants. The first one had a kind of stepped or graded volume rising and falling on a series of tones. It took me right back to my visualization and the "action" of consciousness into matter, the wave forms and action involved... The second one was on a single tone with amazing dynamic contrasts. Paul Tews had a strong reaction to that one, and Kris knew it.

We closed with five of us asking for our "belonging to" and "aligning with" beginning with Jeanette. What's interesting is that her primary "belonging to" was what Kris called "precedent setting" in that he offered her a family from the new cluster, NOT from the TAAJ:

Three folks got "none" for a tertiary adjunct (to use Kris' term).

Kris closed with his usual melodious well wishes and told us all to enjoy "the buffet of the soul", a reference to the rich diversity of family and cluster intents.

P.S. For any "conspiracy buffs" paying attention, I had asked Kris for my "belonging to" info on June 21, 2004:

PAUL: What might be helpful is that, from your perspective, what would Janaki’s [Kris' essence name for me] relative “belonging to” be in your terms?

KRIS: In our perspective, primary “belonging to” would be Milumet, secondary Gramada, tertiary we would have to provide a blend between Sumafi/Sumari again.

I did not ask for my "aligning with" at that time because the primary, secondary, tertiary aspects were so new. Interestingly, they now seem set in my awareness, and I believe pave the wave for further clan/cluster expansion of the map.

However, it would seem that my primary "belonging to" has changed from Milumet to Zuli during the past five months, though my secondary remains Gramada, and my tertiary shifted slightly from a Sumafi/Sumari blend to Sumafi.

What does this mean? Not entirely sure, but then I'm on the learning curve with all this new material from 2004. And as Markus mentioned, Kris has accelerated the detail and probing into this wider area of the "unknown" reality.

It is intentional or a mistake? It's intentional, I believe, to show the ever changing, becoming nature of all manifest, dual, creation/consciousness. The change of the primary "belonging to" would seem to be significant however, but how will Kris explain that? Stay tuned....

Also, during the summer of 1998 Elias "mis-spoke" and made a comment about my "belonging to" Sumafi. I asked him about this (in session 300 The Not So Private Private), and he only said that my "belonging to" hadn't changed. Here's the excerpt:

In this you allow yourself information to be filtered through to the focuses within this particular dimension, which shall be helpful to those focuses which hold alignments with those particular families.

This is not entirely an uncommon action within essence. This is not to say that you shall be altering of your choice to be aligning with or belonging to any particular essence family, but that in certain time periods, essence moves into a mergence with these families and is experiencing the intent of those families, that it may offer itself a clearer definition and understanding to be translated into the physical focuses to be more beneficial and helpful. This is dependent upon the action that the individual focuses choose to be manifesting in alignment with their intent, and as you move into the area of certain actions within this particular focus physically, you also allow yourself the opportunity to draw more upon information which is in conjunction with the intent of the Sumafi family.

You now move physically into the objective space arrangements to be surrounding yourself much more with individuals belonging to the Sumafi family, and you also engage active participation objectively in the action of this agenda in conjunction with this forum. Therefore, you allow yourself the opportunity to be accessing more information within alignment of the intent of the Sumafi family, allowing yourself a clearer understanding of that intent, which is not only teaching, but the presentment of that teaching within the least amount of distortion. PAUL: Yes, I am. Thank you. That makes perfect sense to me in decisions that I’ve made in the last year and such. You mention that it’s not uncommon to do this. I’m just wondering, with other individuals with other intents in other families, that they would make choices similar to the manner that I have in terms of drawing themselves perhaps to an area with individuals that they are not belonging to the same family in that intent, or even aligned with. I’m just thinking of all of the seven billion of us physically focused presently, that within that context this kind of action must happen frequently, drawing oneself to other intents, and then this merging that you’re talking about, and learning more about those intents without changing your essence tone or belonging to a family.

ELIAS: Absolutely. You are correct in this understanding, for this offers individuals within physical focus a clearer understanding of the action and intents of other essence families. Many times also, individuals shall be moving into the direction of this mergence with the family that they themselves align with within a particular focus.

But you are, as I have stated, correct that essences commonly choose this action of physically engaging focuses that are of different families and then merging with those family intents to be offering themselves a more efficient manner of engagement with these individuals. This also offers another type of empathic action, which is filtered into the individual focus, allowing for more efficiency in their interaction. You shall also notice that this action shall be occurring more and more futurely, as you move more objectively into the action of this shift in consciousness.

I find the above to make even more sense in light of Kris' recent info on clans and clusters starting around Feb./Mar. of this year. It's clearer that Kris is getting more granular with his six elements, in relation to Elias' two. Also, if at the essence "layer" I'm merging and changing tone it makes sense that Kris' reading five months later, being more granular and thus tuned to these kinds of changes, would indicate it in the fashion above. This to say that my primary alignment is still Sumafi in both Elias and Kris readings.

As far as the essence or inner ego layer goes, I take their pointing out instructions and try and sense these changes from my objective awareness. This is also why Kris is engaging guided meditations in the last few sessions as well as the short chants, to sense these subjective changes in personality tone within subjective awareness.

Which begs the question- how can I use this info if it changes so rapidly?

I don't think it's rapidly changing at all. OUR perception of it may be rapidly changing. Seth delivered the families info in The "Unknown" Reality in Jan. 1975, ALMOST 30 years ago.

This "map" continues to be developed by Elias and Kris in the past ten years, and Kris in the past year. It is an acceleration of sorts, but the basic concept in not new at all. Again, our perception is changing, but that reflects growth and development, and there's always some birthing pains associated with new growth. So strap yourself in for the ride dude, there is a payoff down the road.

The "families" info all boils down to a simple concept: if consciousness is causal, then there is some kind of innate intention. That intention as it manifests into physical space-time frameworks has a rich and varied ancestry, and unfolding in space-time constructions.

It is clear that Seth, Elias, and Kris are all attempting to provide a similar map even with the inconsistencies based upon this families of consciousness map. The only other channels I know of are C9 (Ted Bair) and Patel (Ron Churchman) who use them.

But then, this is subjective information, directly experienced by the inner senses and translated into physical outer senses, words, webpages, etc. It's not an empirical Newtonian, Einsteinian science, but more of a dream-art science.

In the simplest terms, the practical application of the "families" concept is to connect with and understand our intents, our purpose for experiencing this world. It could be developed into a Myers-Briggs or Enneagram typology in my view.

It could be used for vocational guidance counseling, getting the right people into the right jobs, not forcing everyone into the standard cookie-cutter one size fits all education we have in many public schools in the West.

Use a nine based on Seth/Elias, or a ten based on Kris, it doesn't matter, what matters is that people understand why they are here, individually and as a people. The rest follows from there.

Hi All,

Interesting how this is all playing out. I've been distracted for the last couple of days, and this Topic has kind of meandered, but I sense a lot of digesting going on all around! Burp!

Anyway, coinkidinkily, yesterday I continue my Elias DVD archiving and plop in session 333, where I left off earlier, and voila! Here's Elias and good ole Vic exploring the exact same issue, seeming contradictions, and Elias offered quite a riff, over an hour and forty minutes long, on Aspects theory that tied it all together.

So it relates to the seeming disparities of Kris offering different primary "belonging to" in June and last Monday, as well as the Dulvar, as well as many other discrepancies.

I recall when I read this six years ago, I didn't fully understand it. It was as if it was a 1/2 step ahead of my then understanding and created some cognitive dissonance. But then, that is usually a sign of growing pains as new material and experience are assimilated.

Now, Vic had three contradictions that really bothered the shit out of her, 1. an essence name spelling BISELL and BISTELL, 2. Elias reading Forrest Landry, Mary's boyfriend for several months in the Spring of 1998, as Sumafi/Sumafi, but Patel, channeled by our neighbor Ron Churchman, read him as Vold/Vold. And for good measure there's a Sumari/Vold in there somewhere too!, and 3. Elias confusing acceptance 101 (self) and 102 (others).

Poor Vic didn't like her Elias making mistakes. Hell, we ALL project perfection not only on these "bridge personalities", but our partners, teachers, bosses, leaders, etc. And they're ALL fallible. That's the simple truth.

Highlights include the clear statement that ALL energy exchanges are subject to distortion, so even claims of least distortion are not free of mistakes or to ever be considered an infallible source, like the Pope in Rome. I also liked the fire analogy that explains how these ghosts "read" our energy and translate it through many layers of consciousness into the calcified molds of our linear languages. As such they are only snapshots, and subject to the vicissitudes of eternal becoming.

OK, here's the excerpt from session 333, October 19, 1998. The session takes place on Mary's front porch during a thunder storm. The wind is wild, Mary's hair is blowing, and the sound of traffic occasionally interrupts things:

VICKI: ‘‘I have some questions that I’ve been curious about for a long time, basically based on what I see as some very interesting contradictions in the material, actually blatant contradictions that to me are more black and white than ever existed before, since the sessions started. I’m not sure exactly how to approach this, so I’ll use the last three examples I’ve noticed.

One was regarding essence names and families for a couple of friends of Vivien’s. Forrest asked some questions about them, and then she asked them later in her session, and all the answers were different. One of the other ones was this whole deal with the essence name of Bistell versus Bissell, which was quite clear on the tape but was offered differently at different times. And the third one I thought was actually quite interesting, in one of the most recent transcripts I transcribed, with you seeming to get the Acceptance 101 and 102 backwards, as far as acceptance of self and acceptance of others, and switching them in your definitions in that session.

It seems to me that this is imagery of something. I don’t know if it has to do with the actual phenomenon itself, but that’s my feeling, that there’s information about the phenomenon in this, and so I’m curious what you would have to offer about that.

ELIAS: This would be an element or what you may term to be an aspect of the action of this phenomenon within itself, although within the translation of essence names and essence families, there are alterations in these areas that essences are engaging. Therefore, within different time periods there may be offered difference in information concerning the tone of the essence, and not only the tone but also the families and alignments, depending upon the mergence of that particular essence in an action with other essences.

In this, this may seem to be inconsistent, but be remembering that essences are continuously in motion and continuously altering aspects of their reality, and in this action, as I have presented you with information concerning the essence of Rose as an example, this is not unique to that one essence.

In this, as each essence chooses to be interactive and merging with other essences, this is altering at times of their alignments and of their belonging to any specific essence family. These are not elements that are set definitely or absolutely.

This is a different type of action than that which you would identify as a particular essence creating its own choice to be altering its family alignment or moving into belonging to a different family. It is an automatic action that would be occurring in the mergence of several essences, creating new tones for certain aspects of the essence; not necessarily creating a new essence, which would be in the direction of fragmentation, but temporarily altering the tone and also altering the family involvements with those particular essences.

All of the essences involved in those mergences would be altered temporarily, and would be focusing their attention or their intent in different manners.

This is a temporary action. Therefore, at times you may be receiving different information as to families and essence names.

This be the reason also that you may receive certain information from other essences identifying an essence family and alignment for one certain individual within physical focus, and you may later, so to speak, receive slightly different information or entirely different information from another essence. It is not that they are tapping into different information. They are merely identifying, within the now, the alignment and the belonging to of that particular essence within your present time framework. This is a changeable action.

Now; I have expressed to you previously that individuals and singular essences do not commonly change their essence family, or within a particular focus it is not common for them to be changing their alignment either. It is an occurrence, but it is not a common occurrence.

In this, I am expressing to you that it is not common for an individual essence to be altering of their essence family and altering the alignments of different focuses permanently as they continue to be within a particular physical dimension, but this action of mergence with other essences is a continual action that is altering of intents and of tones temporarily.

This also is the reason that certain individuals at certain time frameworks are designated with more than one essence family alignment in one time period. This also, as you have observed within this forum, appears to you within your physical focus and your understanding to be unusual. This is not an unusual action, that an individual may fluctuate with their alignment within a specific time period.

This is not to say that they continue this action throughout their focus, but within that particular time period that you identify in time within your linear time framework, there is an action of mergence occurring with that essence and other essences which merges in different intents and that shall be expressed through certain focuses. Not all of the focuses of each essence shall be affected, but certain focuses of the essences shall be affected, and certain other aspects of those particular essences shall be affected.

Therefore, this is the explanation for this seeming inconsistency within identification of essence names or families.

As to other actions or information which is offered within this forum, you shall be receiving at different time periods elements of information that you shall perceive to be quite inconsistent or contradictory. These shall be few, but I have stated to you that within any energy exchange, there is an element of distortion.

Each time we enter into a new phase, so to speak, of this energy exchange, there are alterations that are being accommodated, and in this, the energy moves in a different manner. Therefore, the translation is also altered and adjusted to be accommodating the energy, and within certain time periods there shall be certain elements of distortion.

Now; in this element of distortion, as you yourself have stated, you shall hold the ability to identify quite clearly an element of distortion.

Many individuals, within their thought process, look to this energy exchange and many other energy exchanges in the manner of attempting to identify bleed-throughs of belief systems, which I have expressly explained to you, within this particular phenomenon there is very little of. This would not be the concern of the distortion element within this particular energy exchange, for within the agreement of this particular energy exchange, Michael [Mary] has been in agreement to be subjectively removing and therefore not influencing in the area of distorting through belief systems, allowing a clearness within the information. But as different aspects of this essence move in and out of the translation element of this particular energy exchange, at times you may be noticing obvious inconsistencies. This is merely an element of translation.

I have offered you little information in this area, but I have expressed to you that there is a very intricate process, so to speak, that is engaged in filtering the energy into formation through layers of consciousness to be creating of this particular type of energy exchange. The energy exchange is different in this manner than many other energy exchanges that you may experience, as we have discussed within our discussions of different essence families and their expressions in like manner.

In this, there is a function, so to speak, of manipulating energy through different layers of consciousness and constructing that energy into the form of language. Within this particular process, there may be at times elements of distortion in this area.

As I have expressed to individuals previously within this forum, the energy is not constructed in the manner of communicating with you in thought patterns. I do not communicate to you within the construction of thought. Therefore, the energy is not being configured within your physical dimension as thought, as YOU construct energy to be communicating with each other. You initially create a thought process, which is actual constructs of energy, and this is manipulated into your language. There is a different action which is occurring.

This be the reason that I express to you also that I am not engaging in telepathy with you as I engage you within an objective manner, although individuals within physical focus move automatically into those areas that are known to them. Therefore, you think in familiar terms. You think to yourselves that I may be connecting with you and answering you by reading your thoughts, and I express to you that this is not the action that I engage. I engage an action of connection with your energy, which offers me the information in a subjective manner. What appears to you as an objective interaction within language and physical movement, as I have expressed previously, may be considered almost an illusion.

This may be placed in a very similar type of idea for each of you, as what you now know to be as a hologram within your technology. This is a projection of energy. It is a manipulation of your construct of energy that you may understand within familiar terms, for my energy holds a very different type of construct, in very similar manner to the explanation that I have offered you previously of what you view to be your extraterrestrials. Their actual form or communication is very different from your physical dimension. Therefore, within the translation, YOU create a translation that you may identify with in agreement with this other dimension, that you may understand the communication which occurs.

These other focuses that you hold within other dimensions do not communicate with you telepathically, but you interpret the communication that you engage and you receive as being a telepathic communication in your language. They do not speak another language to you. They speak to you in the language that you shall understand. Therefore, individuals that encounter other focuses of their essence within another dimensional focus are quite understanding of the communication that is being engaged. My communication with you filters through a physical form, but I am not engaging the same type of energy manipulation that you engage within physical focus.

This also be the reason that there is an affectingness of physical form in conjunction with Michael’s [Mary’s] removal of his own subjective interaction with the physical body consciousness. The energy which is exchanged with this physical body consciousness is entirely different. It is not as you may think of, as myself being a ghostly image (grinning) that ‘pops into’ Michael’s [Mary’s] body and ‘fills’ Michael’s [Mary’s] body in a similar form, and manipulates the energy of the body consciousness in the same manner as you manipulate your body consciousness. This is an entirely different type or expression of energy which filters through the physical form, facilitating language and a type of communication that you shall identify with. In this, the body consciousness IS responsive and rejecting of this type of energy, for it is entirely unfamiliar to the physical form within a physical dimension.

In conjunction with this, I have expressed to all of you many times that you are not singularly you. There are countless you’s that exist simultaneously with you. These are the aspects of you that are continuously interactive and exchanging with you. This is a very difficult subject for you to assimilate within physical focus, for you view yourselves to be one physical form. You view your one physical form to be the same throughout the entirety of your focus, and in this you watch your one physical form grow and develop, within your terms – alter its shape and its appearance – but continuing to be you singularly. I have expressed to you many times, this is NOT the situation!

This is what you objectively view, but in reality, this is not the occurrence. There are COUNTLESS you’s that are continuously exchanging. You merely notice infrequently, at brief time periods, that you may be expressing yourselves in manners that appear to you to be unusual, and in these expressions you express to each other, ‘I do not feel myself today. I have moved in unusual manners today. I have been creating unusual behavior today.’

FRANK: And sometimes not being accepting of yourself, more so than other days? Like sometimes you’re fine, but you say, ‘This is not right.’ You just feel like a non-acceptance of yourself?

ELIAS: Yes. These are all expressions in objective, more extreme, obvious terms of this interaction of the exchange of the countless you’s. There are also other obvious expressions of these exchanges, for at times ... and I AM moving to a point! (Grinning at Vic)

At times you may also experience unexplained memory lapses within your physical focus. You may, in different expressions, hold memory lapse in some areas. Let us provide the example of, you enter into your physical focus.

You are born, so to speak, into your physical focus. You hold a memory for a time period, to the age of 5 years, and between 5 years and 9 years, you hold a complete memory block and you do not hold a memory of that time period, and your memory returns at 9 years and continues, and within the years of 20 and 22, you hold another memory block. Within your psychology, you shall attribute this to trauma that has occurred within certain time frameworks of your focus, that you have created a block within your memory. Very incorrect! It is not necessarily an expression of trauma, for you may be experiencing no trauma and this shall occur.

You may also experience within certain individuals an entire lack of memory within a block of time framework. Some individuals experience this within their entire childhood, so to speak, from birth to a certain age. Other individuals incorporate different segments of their childhood – or adolescence or adulthood – that they hold these memory lapses, so to speak.

In actuality, what is occurring is an exchange of position of different aspects of you, where you have designated one aspect of you to be the main framework of attention, that which you identify as you; that element, that elusive, nondescript part of you that you may not identify to yourselves as being the you of you; that which you know is yourself. It is not your thought process; it is not your emotion. It is an elusive element that you may not necessarily define yet. This is your consciousness, your awareness, and your FOCUS OF ATTENTION.

In this, the focus of attention exchanges with different aspects, and as it allows a focus of attention to exchange entirely and move into different positions, this would be figuratively what I have expressed to you of the many you’s of you; that if you are figuratively viewing this action, you may view countless physical forms of you simultaneously existing within this space arrangement.

One is designated as the focused attention. All of the others are continuously moving in and out and influencing, but one continues to hold the focus of attention. As you exchange and move into positions, another may move into the position of the focus of attention.

Now; each focus of attention holds its own memory. This is not to say that that memory is not accessible to all of the focuses of attention. All of the aspects are of the same focus. Therefore, they are all simultaneously one. They are aspects of the same focus. Therefore, they all share the memory and the experience, but their attention is focused differently.

In this, your psychology also moves in the direction of expressing its success in moving in directions of incorporating your exercise that you term to be hypnosis, and then the individual may access the memory that is supposedly hidden from them, for they hold the memory, but they objectively are focusing their attention differently. A different aspect is engaging objectively. The memory exists and is available, and it is not necessary to be engaging hypnosis, for the action of hypnosis is merely the action of relaxing your focus.

FRANK: Relaxing?

ELIAS: As you relax your focus, and you – in figurative, objective, physical terms – allow your vision to blur and are not holding so very intently to one particular focus of attention, you allow your awareness objectively to float and to drift from one aspect of self to another, and in this, as an individual directs and facilitates your attention, you allow your attention to drift into other aspects of yourself and access the information of the memory.

It is not hidden from you, but it is not perceived objectively by all of the aspects simultaneously, for you have created this dimension to be viewing singularly, slowly and singularly, that you may be experiencing the fullness of each experience.

In this, I offer the analogy, as I have offered previously – which you are not understanding of – of the comparison of your emotions, for you understand your emotions and may objectively identify these elements of yourself. They are not elements that you see. You may not touch them; you may not hold them. This presents a very good correlation in the area of comparison of aspects of self.

You may hold an emotion of anger. At the moment that you engage the emotion of anger, you are not engaging the emotion of happiness. You are not experiencing an emotion of giddiness. You are experiencing an emotion of anger, and that shall be the focus of attention, and within that time framework you may engage the emotion of anger for ... let us express three hours. Within that three hours, you shall not express giddiness. It shall not be within your attention.

This is not to say that you do not hold this emotion and that you may not express this emotion, and as you move out of your expression of your emotion of anger and you experience the emotion of giddiness, the emotion of giddiness holds no memory of anger. They are different. One does not hold the memory of the other, but they are both held by you, and you identify them all and you are familiar with them all and you may access them all. Therefore, you may also access the memory of them all, but you shall not be experiencing the memory of one within the action of another.

In like manner, you may be moving into different positions with different aspects of self, and within the experience of each aspect, within that focused addressing to attention, you shall not be engaging the memory of another aspect. It is available to you, but it shall not be objectively experienced within the time framework of the exchange of position of different aspects.

Now; in addressing to your question [about the acceptance 101/102 ‘‘mistake"], this may offer you more of an understanding and a base to build your objective understanding upon, in the direction of conceptualizing the exchange of energy within this particular energy exchange. There are countless aspects of this essence that is exchanging with Michael [Mary]. The presentment of the configuration of energy, which is filtered through layers of consciousness and expressed in an objective manner through the physical form of Michael [Mary], is manipulated in a manner that it may be presented to you in a consistent form. Therefore, you allow yourselves a trust and an allowance and an acceptance of the projection. If it be continuously altering, this would be unfamiliar to you, and in this you would not be as accepting of the expression, for you magnate to what is familiar.

Also, as I have expressed to you many times, you create fearfulness in elements of unfamiliarity. Therefore, if the expression is presented with MUCH fluctuation, this would be influencing in the area of your own fearfulness, for you do not remember the energy of essence. You are within an unfamiliar area of physical focus. This lends itself to your creation of fear, for you are moving within an unfamiliar area of consciousness, but within this unfamiliar area, that which is known is also unfamiliar, for you have created a veil to forget, but you allow yourselves the ringing true, and this is your knowing.

In this expression, there is a constant exchange of aspects of this essence, for this essence occupies non-physical areas of consciousness and has removed the manifestation within physical dimensions. Therefore, it also is not confined, so to speak, in the expression of energy of singularity, and in this lack of confinement and lack of time element, which is also very influencing in the manipulation of energy, there is a free-flowing, constant exchange of countless aspects of essence moving through very different types of expressions.

At times within this energy exchange, this becomes quite obvious objectively to you, and you objectively may even experience physically a difference within the energy itself, which has been identified to you previously as an action of a different aspect of this essence manipulating energy through the energy exchange. There is an attempt by this essence to incorporate few of those expressions, but they shall appear, for there is a continuous exchange.

Michael [Mary] and yourselves are choosing your time frameworks to be engaging this energy exchange. Therefore, dependent upon the time framework – within YOUR linear time – that you are choosing to be engaging this energy exchange, you may be tapping a different aspect of this essence.

In this, let me also express to you, this is not to say that you are generally, continuously engaging the same aspect for the most part, for you are not. You are engaging the similar tone of the aspects. There are many aspects that hold similar tone.

VICKI: In difference to a more unfamiliar tone.

ELIAS: Correct. Therefore, in this – for the most part, in your terminology – you access the area of consciousness of this essence that holds similar tone; many, many different aspects of it.

This be the reason also, I shall share with you within this present now, that you may experience less obvious expressions of differences within this energy exchange. At certain time frameworks, you may experience an energy exchange that I – that you identify as Elias – may be translating and speaking to you much more rapidly, and other time frameworks, the expression within language, within words, may appear to be more labored or slow.

This is a translation of the energy vibration of those particular aspects. They hold very similar tone, and therefore your objective identifications shall seem the same. It shall be familiar to you. This shall be the presentment of your friend Elias, the personality that you are familiar with.

In actuality, it is an exchange of many, many different aspects of this same essence, and therefore you engage many different expressions in slightly altered areas.

The vibrational quality of one aspect may be more rapid than another. Therefore, the translation in energy which filters through these layers of consciousness may appear, in physical terms in your language, as speaking more quickly. Some aspects of the essence may hold more difficulty in manipulating the energy through these layers of consciousness to be creating of the translation into objective physical words in language. In this, there may be what you term to be stumblings.

I have expressed previously, there is energy interference. This is not necessarily to express to you that another essence is interfering, so to speak, with the energy exchange. There may be an interference with this energy exchange, but it is not necessarily another essence. It is the exchange of energy, within a translation, of different aspects of this one essence, and certain aspects may not be focusing their attention so very directly.

Michael [Mary] expresses a knowing of a difference within the energy of this exchange, within his experience of this energy exchange, and expresses to you in physical terms of, ‘This time framework is more directed. This time framework is more scattered. This time framework is more intense.’ These are different expressions of different aspects, and he is experiencing the difference in the directedness of the energy exchange, and there ARE different expressions of this energy exchange.

In this, as you infrequently identify certain obvious contradictions within the information, at times this may be attributed to the translation by another aspect.

The information is constant. The information is the same. The manipulation of energy into actual language and words may become distorted, for the energy, as I have stated, is not being filtered through thought processes. Therefore, it is not that the essence is ‘channeling,’ so to speak, energy through layers of consciousness, accessing Michael’s [Mary’s] physical brain, creating of physical thought processes and physical impulses within brain patterns, and then translating into words. This particular element is bypassed, for it is inefficient and also quite slow. It is merely another area of consciousness that would be engaged to be filtering through another aspect of translation, which would be incorporating of more distortion. Therefore, there are certain elements of the translation that are eliminated or bypassed to be filtering out elements of distortion, for within the intent of this essence, it is to be presenting within the least amount of distortion.

This be also why I have expressed to you that there is no energy exchange that incorporates NO distortion. This would not be an action that you may be incorporating in this type of situation of energy exchange. Just as within your physical languages, which is a mirror image of consciousness, you may not entirely, literally, without any element of distortion translate one language into another language, I may not translate energy into your language without any element of distortion.

Now; it IS clarifying for you to be inquiring in these areas, for not all of these appearances of what you think of as distortions ARE in actuality distortions. Some of these are purposefully stated. There are time frameworks – that I have noticed (grinning) – with yourself, Lawrence [Vicki], that you may be engaging your transcribing, and you are holding questionings as to my choice of words in certain areas, and in certain areas those particular words have been chosen purposefully and are not what you may term to be a mistake, and are also not a distortion. But there are other time frameworks that you may notice certain aspects are less adept, so to speak, at manipulating words, and may be stumbling quite often, within one engagement of one session repeatedly, of physical words. At other time frameworks, there may be no mistakes, so to speak, incorporated at all.

The overall expression is consistently the same, with the exception of very infrequent exchanges of certain other aspects holding an obvious difference in tone, and this shall be quite obvious to you all.

VICKI: Which I have experienced.

ELIAS: Yes, and in this, you each shall quite obviously hold an awareness that there is a very different aspect in tone expressing through this energy exchange. For the most part, there is a purposeful expression in offering a consistency in tone that you may identify with, for this, as I have stated, offers you a familiarity, which creates a trust and an acceptance of what is being offered to you. And in this area – within the objective, within the agenda, and within the offering of this information – it is of importance that you ARE accepting of the information, for you have asked for this information. It would be defeating of the purpose, so to speak, to be offering this information in a manner that would be presenting fearfulness to you.

VICKI: So this Acceptance 101/102 thing falls into this category?

ELIAS: Correct.

VICKI: One question I have about this is, the people that are objectively engaging you, do they have a part in this at times?

For example, I’ve noticed a consistency in a certain type of interaction with you and certain individuals. I’ll use Forrest for an example. It was real obvious, to me in my perception, that there was ... well, I’ll term it an aspect now, that was not real familiar to me, but there was a consistency in your interaction with him; very unanimated, far less vocal inflections. Is there a part that the individual plays in which aspect interacts?

ELIAS: Let me express to you once again, for clarity purposes: there is not one aspect that consistently interacts with you that you recognize as Elias, and another aspect here and there that moves into position. It is a CONTINUOUS altering. It is a continuous movement of continuously exchanging different aspects. Therefore, it is not the situation, as you are speaking in this particular circumstance, that one particular aspect shall be drawn or summoned to this one individual and exchanging with this one individual, as opposed, so to speak, of another aspect being summoned to be engaging with another individual. There is a CONTINUOUS, CONSTANT exchanging of aspects.

Therefore, you may or may not be engaging the same aspect within any of your objective engagements. You may engage this action of energy exchange for 20 of your physical years, and you may be exchanging frequently upon what you term to be a regular basis interval, and you may never access the same aspect ... but you may.

In this, the expression that is created with certain individuals is influenced by the energy of those individuals, but the aspect – whichever aspect is exchanging through and translating – shall recognize that energy and shall be responsive in a very similar manner. Therefore, it matters not which aspect you are engaging, unless it may be an aspect – as you have held experiences with previously – of a more different tone, and in this, the entirety of the expression would be altered and would be appearing quite differently. But as I have expressed, for the most part, generally speaking, each aspect that holds similar tone that engages this energy exchange, in the familiarity to you all, shall be responsive in a very similar expression and manner to each individual’s energy.

Therefore, as what you perceive to be myself, as I engage you or you or you (looking at each one of us) or Ellius [Forrest] or any other individual, I shall appear consistently to engage each of you individually in a very similar manner, and this is a responsiveness to your energy. How you interact and project energy to me and how I am subjectively interactive with your energy within a physical focus is very influencing of the objective expression, and shall be quite consistent in that area.

VICKI: This continuous exchange of aspects, does it happen within the context of even one session?

ELIAS: At times, yes. Within the energy exchange, within one time framework of what you view to be one session, you may also be noticing an exchange, a difference. This held an occurrence quite often in what you view to be the early throes of our engagement within this forum. You may be noticing, if you are choosing to be re-accessing those particular sessions, within the initial time framework of each session, a much slower and even pace, so to speak, was expressed, and within the second portion of each of those sessions, there appeared to be more of a rapid motion and engagement, in your objective translation of language. This would be the continuous action of the exchanging of aspects.

As your time framework moves forward, in your terms, this action appears to be less frequent, for within the beginning throes of this energy exchange, as I have expressed to you previously, the energy has been expressed in a more scattered manner. Therefore, the allowance of the continual expression of movement has been incorporated into the energy exchange.

As the energy of the essence acclimates to the functioning and the manner of exchange – the filtering through – there becomes more and more of a directedness in the energy exchange. This be what Michael [Mary] identifies as becoming stronger and stronger. In his perception, it IS becoming stronger and stronger, for just as I have expressed to you our analogy of our x-rays, the focus of the energy becomes more and more narrowed and directed to be focusing into a beam, and as it focuses more and more into this beam it becomes more and more dense, and in that denseness it creates more of an intensity, which you interpret as strength.

In this, as the energy creates more of a directedness, it also filters out more of the expression of exchanges within one session. One aspect may hold more efficiently for more of a time framework. This is not to say that you continue now to not experience an exchange of aspects within one session time framework, for this is occurring still, but it is not occurring as frequently, and as the energy becomes more directed, this action is filtered out more. But you also may notice obvious small distortions as one moves into position, exchanging from another.

This would be your situation of what you view as an incorrect identification of our Acceptance 101 and 102. An action of exchange has occurred and the same subject matter is continued, but the acclimation to the physical language within that moment may be interrupted, and therefore there may be a distortion element. These may be addressed to and they may be corrected, and for the most part you shall notice that in any area of these distortions, they are not large distortions. They are obvious and they shall be easily corrected, and they are not influencing of the information itself.

VICKI: No. Okay, I have another specific question in this area, along the same lines. Within the same time frame basically, you told Forrest that his family information was Sumafi/Sumafi.

ELIAS: Correct.

VICKI: In the same frame, somebody asked Patel about this, and he delivered an answer. (This exchange occurred in a computer chat with a group of people) He said that Forrest had been Sumari/Vold, and had recently changed, by choice....

ELIAS: To Vold/Vold. (Grinning)

VICKI: Exactly, and I’ve been curious about this since then. I’m curious about, you know, you have two Sumafi energy exchanges with two different sets of information in the same time framework.

ELIAS: And this would be the same action that I was expressing to you previously, which we began our session this day with. In the action of a mergence of several essences, you may be receiving different information from different essences, depending upon what they are accessing and what they are viewing.

I may be turning attention, within one aspect of this essence, to be viewing another essence to be accessing information to offer to you at your request of the identification of essence families, and as I turn my attention to view another essence, I may be viewing an area of consciousness of the mergence of those essences within that moment, or what you identify to be that moment, and in the angle, so to speak ... these are quite physical terms, I am reminding you, that you may attempt to be understanding. But within that angle of my perception, within my viewing within the moment of the mergence of those essences, the most predominant expression within that moment may be Vold/Vold. (Vic starts to interrupt) Let me express to you, think to yourselves of a fire within physical focus.

You may look physically at a fire burning. There is an action occurring within this burning. The fire is a thing in itself, but it is also in continuous motion. It also is altering itself, for it is incorporating other elements. It is MERGED with other elements. Other elements of your physical existence incorporate into a fire, for the fire is not singular. It incorporates mergence with matter and with air, which are also things in themselves. But within the action of fire, it has merged other elements to itself to be creating of itself. And as you physically view fire, within one moment you may physically look to your fire and view red color. Within another moment, you may look and view your fire and it may appear yellow. Within another moment, you may look at your fire and it may appear blue, for within that moment, that is the predominant color.

It is the same element. It is the fire, but within each moment, its appearance and its expression ... for it is not merely an appearance, but it is also its expression, for the vibrational quality is creating of the appearance of that color. The color does not appear by itself without the vibrational quality. Therefore, the vibrational quality of blue is different from the vibrational quality of red or yellow. In this, there is an entire alteration of what you are viewing. It is a mergence, and the expression is different.

In very like manner, incorporating several essences simultaneously in a mergence, the appearance of the expression of that essence which is merged – for they are no longer one essence individually creating several essences, or they are not several essences together, but they are now one essence temporarily, for they are all merged – in that expression, dependent upon which moment you are viewing the expression of that essence – which is now one essence, for it is merged – it may appear and BE in actuality Vold/Vold, Sumafi/Sumafi, Sumari/Vold, for it is the combination of the elements merged that creates that expression within that moment. (Vic sighs)

This is not inconsistent information. It is correct, and it is not distorted information either. It is merely the viewing of one essence, as Patel (1) or myself, within different moments, viewing the expression and the choice of intent of either the individual essence or that of the essence which is merged, and the expression and intent shall be different within different moments.

And as I have expressed within this session, this may also be an occurrence and the reasoning that I express to you infrequently – within a particular moment of the inquiry that an individual [is] inquiring, ‘What is my essence family and alignment?’ – that within that moment, as I access that information, dependent upon the essence itself or the action of its mergence, I may express, ‘Your essence family is Sumafi aligned with Vold and Zuli.’ You are not holding necessarily entirely through your focus as aligned with these two families, but within that moment of the inquiry, I have accessed the information for you for the response and your answer, and if you are receiving more than one essence family of belonging to or essence family of aligning to, you within your essence ARE within an action, in that moment, of mergence.

One of those families may be expressed consistently through your focus, although at times the expression of mergence may be held in an intensity that it may move in the direction of what appears to be a singularity. It is an overwhelming experience of one particular expression and intent. This be the reason that there shall be expressed, in a situation such as Ellius [Forrest], Vold/Vold, Sumafi/Sumafi. Those are the temporary expressions, for those are the merged expressions.

This is not to say that a merged expression shall always be in the direction of the singular double, so to speak, belonging and alignment, but as you are offered certain expressions in which one essence shall be expressing a double in one area and another essence shall be expressing of the same individual a double in another area of families, this shall be an indication to you that those particular responses – not the changed response of Sumari/Vold – those double responses are the responses in answering you within the moment that that particular essence is experiencing a mergence and moving singularly in their intent and expression.

VICKI: So then in an overview, this individual is Sumari/Vold?

ELIAS: Correct.

VICKI: Really! You know, that just makes it all so big, though. That makes it really big! It’s hard to think about it that way.

ELIAS: It IS very big! (Grinning, and laughter)

VICKI: And this particular mergence you’re talking about, this would be the same type of mergence you were speaking to Paul about – Caroll – in his question about the SumafiSumari thing? You went into this area of mergence and I didn’t really understand it at the time, but this would be the same type of mergence you were talking about? (2)

ELIAS: Correct. This would also be the action that the essence of Rose (3) has engaged, which I have offered as an example of the diversity of essence, for I have offered you information of Rose purposefully, to be altering your perception.

You move in the direction of thinking of essence as this constant, one element, and it is not. Therefore, as I throw to you the ball of Rose, you become confused, for this is inconsistent with all that you think, but it offers you the example of many different actions that essence holds, which is FAR wider than you allow yourself an understanding of.

As I have expressed recently, this essence [of Rose] moves into a position presently of the action of fragmentation of all of these manifestations, which are not fragmented yet within your linear time framework, but all hold different essence families and alignments, which THIS you do not question! I have expressed to you that your essence holds the essence family – the focuses hold the alignment – but you do not question that I have expressed to you also that each manifestation, each focus of Rose belongs to a different family and aligns with a different family, but is the same essence. This is the diversity of essence, and the ‘beyond’ your physical thought processes and concepts.

And you are quite correct – all of this IS very much larger than you understand or allow yourselves to view! It is INFINITELY bigger. (Grinning) The word infinite means nothing to you. You do not comprehend the VASTNESS of infinite, and even the word vast means nothing to you!

VICKI: It’s almost like you get to the point where ... you know, like my thought process right now is like, why even try to define anything? The next time somebody asks me to define anything, I’m just gonna tell them it’s really big!

ELIAS: Quite! And this would be accurate!" (Chuckling, and laughter)

Finally, this entire exercise reinforces the important concept that ties Seth, Elias, and Kris together in a way that, so far, no other source can lay claim to, namely, Aspect Psychology.

It's popular in the Seth community to use the term conscious creation as a unifying concept, or sometimes YCYOR, you create your own reality. But I would like to suggest that this concept has been around forever, though Jane did coin the YCYOR mantra that many New Age sources use, for example, it's found in What the Bleep Do We Know? uttered by Amit Goswami.

Anyway, by using Aspect Psychology as a metric to test the body of material for depth and span, I believe we now have an organizing principle in which to continue to explore, and stay on the look out for other new sources that may run with the aspects concept.

Anyway, thanks to all.)

And thanks so much for posting this excerpt, Paul. I know I read it - soon after I ran into the Elias material almost three years ago now, after reading some digests I read all of the sessions in order - but maybe as a different aspect [smile], because I have practically no recollection of this session, surprising to me because I've always been interested in what Elias addresses here. There's a lot I'd like to say here, but it'd take me forever; I haven't developed much of a knack for writing (or saying) anything quickly and succinctly. But one aside at least...

This excerpt reminds me of what often confuses me about Elias' occasional, apparent inconsistencies in the observations he makes regarding families, focuses, etc. of individuals. I'm mainly surprised that these attributes appear to be so consistent! I have a couple of internal personal models, I suppose, of what we are. In one, we're a bunch of pool balls bouncing around on a pool table that stretches to infinity. We hatch other pool balls, we have dynamically changing attractions and repulsions between each other of some incredibly rich magnetic-type force, we form and join and leave multiple collectives with their own identities, create dynamic pool-ball-molecule relationships of all kinds, sometimes fusing, etc. Each ball constantly changes its nature; but, at any given "moment", discrete identities, both collective or individual, are all precisely identifiable. In the other, we're like aspects of the weather. Amorphous, boundary-less, with shifting identities that can't ever be precisely identified, even within one particular instant.

Though these are just tiny analogies I use to try to wrap my head around some infinitesimally small aspect of the vastness of existence, not right or wrong, still, I don't like the pool ball model. The weather model feels much more right to me, much more "correct". And as such, it's really the consistency in the observations and identifications and characteristics of individuals in the Elias sessions that bothers me, not the inconsistencies (I'm referring strictly to the observational type stuff with individuals, NOT the ideas). I'd expect approximation of tone by name, family alignment and belonging, other focuses, etc., to change each session, even within a session - but, no, I'm still always Allard, belonging to Vold, aligned with Sumafi. I've even asked Elias if these have changed for me in his estimation at various times - always: nope. True with Kris too - I'm always Ramuel, Joseph is always Joseph, Philip is always Philip. Yet when Elias makes such observations for an individual upon two different occasions (I haven't seen this happen yet in the Kris sessions), not realizing they've already been given, they're invariably different on each occasion. Which is just what I'd expect in the weather model.

So what gives? Well... I'm amazed, in the context of this limited weather model, at how marvelously we, as physical focuses, maintain the precise, nearly crystalline, consistent and continuous singular identity that we do. Language (or my use of it) fails me here, but I imagine this is not an "easy" thing to do, at all. I imagine it requires work, or, um, effort, or energy (or something like that, anyway) incredibly more vast than I can even conceive of. As such, I think we're very strongly drawn to any objective imagery that reinforces this constancy of our identity, and are uncomfortable with anything that could be interpreted as threatening it: like our essence name constantly changing, or our families, focuses, or the essences currently merged within our focus changing, etc. Tempted to invoke Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle, perhaps we use the observations that Elias makes (or confirms) about us to actually "fix" this newly observed aspect of our identity, maintaining it in one more fashion (one more of already countless fashions); and by learning of these new data about ourselves, we change them less. More to the point, though, I'd guess that Elias, aware of our liking for those things that reinforce our security in our unchanging identity, complies as he can - that is, when he knows he's already given us this information.

Personally, I think this "identity crisis", and all it implies (separation, trying to maintain separation and still connect, our fear of death, experience as a way to assure ourselves that we exist, the energy required to maintain our identity and not collapse into chaotic dissolution, etc.) is the fundamental shaper of our entire experience (not an idea original with me, of course). And, I think it's not just the fundamental shaper of our experience as physical focuses; I think it's the fundamental principle of All of Consciousness in some vast way that I can't begin to fathom and can only anthropomorphize; and our version of it reflects this. Um, anyway... (how'd I end up here?

Awesome analogy in the session Paul posted above for describing action/points of view as far as Essence families are concerned! Similar to Kris' multidimensional multi-faceted crystal, but Fire has such a dynamic/ever-changing quality to it.

Vic kind of echoes my emotion 'Why try to find your families when they flicker so fast'? But I guess, they flicker and change but the concept is nice to know because it is a model/gestalt which is used within Consciousness.

Hi Kaust & Don,

Excellent comments and observations, many thanks. It's this kind of feedback that drives my own map-making forward, attempting to keep the practical applications front and center all the while. And for that I continue to be deeply grateful. So a heartfelt thank you for sharing your insights with us all.

Kaust: Jane Roberts coined the term Aspect Psychology in Adventures in Consciousness: An Introduction to Aspect Psychology. It is her synthesis of the Seth sessions up to that point, ca. 1975. It's mostly unknown and untalked about on Seth lists and groups, perhaps because it's somewhat technical, and doesn't focus on creating a million bucks, good health, and soulmates. That seems to be the most popular application of the whole YCYOR concept in the real world. And there's nothing wrong with that, it's just a way partial and often over-simplified quick-fix instant gratification approach that is way watered down for popular consumption.

Still, I maintain that Aspect Psychology is what underlies it all, it is the common organizing principle between Seth, Elias, and Kris. From what I've seen of other sources including Ramtha, Bashar, Abraham, and Datre, I don't get the DEPTH that I've seen thus far in Seth, Elias, and Kris.

DEPTH is crucial for any serious map-maker or explorer of the "unknown" reality of Self. As well as actual practices or yoga in which to directly experience the concepts.

I have a 70 page draft summary of Jane's three Aspects books, including Psychic Politics: An Aspect Psychology Book and The God of Jane: A Psychic Manifesto. I hope to include it in a section of my larger theoretical tome Integral Conscious Creation.

What to make of it all? I believe we are witnessing the birth of a new species of consciousness, replete with its own dream-art science, a post-postmodern version still out there in terms of most probable probabilities, that is an integral mixture, mutant, hybrid of science, art, _and_ spirit. It maps and explores the known and "unknown" realities of Self.

For me, Aspects Theory easily plugs into Wilber's AQAL matrix (body, mind, spirit within self, culture, and nature) and can be situated accordingly and cross-compared to any theology, philosophy, or psychology to mine its deeper truths, even though they all attempt to describe the relative world of change-in-time and change-in-no-time.

This is why I coined the I-I-I map, based on Ramana Maharshi's I-I. The middle "I", as represented by most channeled sources, is the realm of future "descent" into physical manifestation. According to Wilber, we have thus far realized 3/5th of the Great Chain of Being into physical manifestation or "evolution", what he simply points out as matter, body, mind realms of being found in humans and nature.

The final frontier, relatively speaking, are soul and spirit. This soul manifestation phase of creation or "evolution", if we can generally call it that, is what the middle "I" focuses upon. This is why these maps are being given, because in probabilities, there are new species of physical consciousness and brain function emerging in this new century. That's why Seth points to 2075 as a rough completion date, and Elias talks about the third quarter mark, never giving a specific date, just a ballpark within probabilities. Jane's Codicils, Psychic Manifesto, and American Vision are all harbingers, foreshadowing these developments.

Don: I understand what you're grasping for in your understanding, and I believe that's partially why Kris has gone in this direction during 2004 with this Aspect Psychology, namely the clans/clusters, and the quadrants of consciousness. He's outlining a VAST map, too.

Which reminds me, when Vicki came home from the Brattleboro trip, she kept saying "it's really BIG!" whenever we'd get into hairy metaphysical territory. What's wonderful about hearing her voice on the tape, is to share that moment when her mind was slightly overwhelmed by Elias' most dense and detailed riffs on Aspect Psychology to date. You can almost feel the rational aspect collapsing under its own limits, and a new post or transrational facility yearning to emerge to comprehend what the hell Elias was talking about then.

Again, I recall NOT groking it six years ago, and yet now, with the cross-fertilization of Kris, it makes much more sense. It shows how the middle "I" functions and perceives and translates and creates within a channeling scenario. The implications for what each one of us does are astounding. It's as if they are paving the way for future "contact" or "descent" or manifestations and interactions. That is, in the next century it's possible that a majority of focuses will be able to tap into the middle "I" realms in waking state. Talking to the dead is one good example.

This requires groundwork, paving the way, so to speak, so that there isn't mass hysteria or trauma, and this is what I believe Elias refers to mostly in his "trauma of the shift" riffs.

The "belonging to" info mostly matters within the middle "I" realm of being. We are being prepared for the "insertion of the shift" and will need something to hang on to. Elias has talked about how different consciousness may be later this century. As always, it's a matter of choice not chance! We create. Period.

Finally, I've been reminded of Elias' inner senses info and exercises. They are great practices to help situate waking and dream awareness within our deeper sensing potentials.

For those who are curious, but didn't read all of Elias session 333 in the previous Topic, I'm going to post ten quotes that I just pulled and added to the Digests and Gems sections. They capture many related ideas within this amazing session, which occurred over two days in 1998. It's no accident that Vic and Bobbi were present, and it's the anniversary of Vic's passing. I always get impressions from her during this time of year.

But these ideas, and Aspect Psychology, help explain the recent "contradictions" between Kris and Elias. They aren't a blanket explanation, but provide a rich tapestry for further exploration.

“As to other actions or information which is offered within this forum, you shall be receiving at different time periods elements of information that you shall perceive to be quite inconsistent or contradictory. These shall be few, but I have stated to you that within any energy exchange, there is an element of distortion.

“Each time we enter into a new phase, so to speak, of this energy exchange, there are alterations that are being accommodated, and in this, the energy moves in a different manner. Therefore, the translation is also altered and adjusted to be accommodating the energy, and within certain time periods there shall be certain elements of distortion.

“Now; in this element of distortion, as you yourself have stated, you shall hold the ability to identify quite clearly an element of distortion.

“Many individuals, within their thought process, look to this energy exchange and many other energy exchanges in the manner of attempting to identify bleed-throughs of belief systems, which I have expressly explained to you, within this particular phenomenon there is very little of. This would not be the concern of the distortion element within this particular energy exchange, for within the agreement of this particular energy exchange, Michael [Mary] has been in agreement to be subjectively removing [his awareness] and therefore not influencing in the area of distorting through belief systems, allowing a clearness within the information. But as different aspects of this essence move in and out of the translation element of this particular energy exchange, at times you may be noticing obvious inconsistencies. This is merely an element of translation.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

“The information is constant. The information is the same. The manipulation of energy into actual language and words may become distorted, for the energy, as I have stated, is not being filtered through thought processes. Therefore, it is not that the essence is ‘channeling,’ so to speak, energy through layers of consciousness, accessing Michael’s [Mary’s] physical brain, creating of physical thought processes and physical impulses within brain patterns, and then translating into words. This particular element is bypassed, for it is inefficient and also quite slow. It is merely another area of consciousness that would be engaged to be filtering through another aspect of translation, which would be incorporating of more distortion. Therefore, there are certain elements of the translation that are eliminated or bypassed to be filtering out elements of distortion, for within the intent of this essence [of Elias], it is to be presenting within the least amount of distortion.

“This be also why I have expressed to you that there is no energy exchange that incorporates NO distortion. This would not be an action that you may be incorporating in this type of situation of energy exchange. Just as within your physical languages, which is a mirror image of consciousness, you may not entirely, literally, without any element of distortion translate one language into another language, I may not translate energy into your language without any element of distortion.

“Now; it IS clarifying for you to be inquiring in these areas, for not all of these appearances of what you think of as distortions ARE in actuality distortions. Some of these are purposefully stated. There are time frameworks – that I have noticed (grinning) – with yourself, Lawrence [Vicki], that you may be engaging your transcribing, and you are holding questionings as to my choice of words in certain areas, and in certain areas those particular words have been chosen purposefully and are not what you may term to be a mistake, and are also not a distortion. But there are other time frameworks that you may notice certain aspects are less adept, so to speak, at manipulating words, and may be stumbling quite often, within one engagement of one session repeatedly, of physical words. At other time frameworks, there may be no mistakes, so to speak, incorporated at all.

“The overall expression is consistently the same, with the exception of very infrequent exchanges of certain other aspects holding an obvious difference in tone, and this shall be quite obvious to you all.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

ELIAS: “... This [action of mergence] would also be the action that the essence of Rose has engaged, which I have offered as an example of the diversity of essence, for I have offered you information of Rose purposefully, to be altering your perception.

“You move in the direction of thinking of essence as this constant, one element, and it is not. Therefore, as I throw to you the ball of Rose, you become confused, for this is inconsistent with all that you think, but it offers you the example of many different actions that essence holds, which is FAR wider than you allow yourself an understanding of.

“As I have expressed recently, this essence [of Rose] moves into a position presently of the action of fragmentation of all of these manifestations, which are not fragmented yet within your linear time framework, but all hold different essence families and alignments, which THIS you do not question! I have expressed to you that your essence holds the essence family – the focuses hold the alignment – but you do not question that I have expressed to you also that each manifestation, each focus of Rose belongs to a different family and aligns with a different family, but is the same essence. This is the diversity of essence, and the ‘beyond’ your physical thought processes and concepts.

“And you are quite correct – all of this IS very much larger than you understand or allow yourselves to view! It is INFINITELY bigger. (Grinning) The word infinite means nothing to you. You do not comprehend the VASTNESS of infinite, and even the word vast means nothing to you!”

VICKI: “It’s almost like you get to the point where ... you know, like my thought process right now is like, why even try to define anything? The next time somebody asks me to define anything, I’m just gonna tell them it’s really big!”

ELIAS: “Quite! And this would be accurate!” (Chuckling, and laughter) [session 333, October 19, 1998]

“You view an object, and you express to the other individual in response that this object is a cloud or this object is a flower, but as you are viewing within the experience, the term flower or cloud does not seem quite adequate to be describing what you are actually viewing, for they do not entirely fit what you view within physical focus. In this, what you ARE viewing is more of the lack of separation of yourself and these elements. They are not what they appear, just as you are not what you appear, as we have stated previously within the context of this session. They are elements that are projections from you. Therefore, they are essentially what you may term part of you.

“They are not separate entities. This be the reason that they seem clear, but slightly unfocused. They seem within your visualization to hold a crispness and a vividness, but they also simultaneously seem unfocused. They do not hold the solidity that actual objects hold, but they also hold more brilliance. This be the quality of vividness that you offer yourself in these types of visualization. In this, this is allowing yourself to view other elements of yourself, knowing that these elements are parts of yourself or aspects of yourself that you may also choose to be exploring.

“Now; this shall lead us once again into the area of viewing the aspects of you. We have discussed all of the you’s of you, which are aspects of you, but there are more aspects of you than merely the you’s of you, for as I have stated previously, all that you view within this physical dimension is a projection of you. There is no separation. It merely appears in your perception, within each moment of linear time, that you are separated and that you hold distinction as entities, separate and apart from any other type of entity.

“The vastness of what you are, in many respects within physical focus, is incomprehensible to you. This is also the reason that within the early throes of these sessions I have been encouraging of individuals to be engaging their conceptual sense, for this shall lend more of an ease in understanding to you of many of the concepts that I present to you, remembering that all that you designate as concepts are in actuality reality. They are merely not a reality to you within your perception.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

“Let us view the workings of consciousness – what IS consciousness – and the distinctions of essence and consciousness. You may notice throughout this information that I express a distinction between essence and consciousness. Essence is consciousness, but there is consciousness that is not essence. Essence is also unlimited. This be the area that is very difficult for your understanding within physical focus, for you are so very accustomed to thinking in singular terms. All that you create within your physical dimension moves in this direction.

“You create things. You identify things. Even things that you may not see you classify as things, and this creates great difficulty within your thinking and your imagining of how there may be an element that is not a thing and that may be some quality in itself but unbounded simultaneously, that may be thought of in the manner of a distinction but not separate....

“In this, I have spoken previously of links of consciousness. Links of consciousness are not things either. They are elements of consciousness, but they hold no form. They are not within what you term to be a time framework, although they may be inserted into a time framework, but the time framework itself is comprised of links of consciousness, and these links of consciousness have no necessary space arrangement. They exist within all space arrangements simultaneously and within all time frameworks simultaneously.

“Now; links of consciousness may group together, and in specific types of groupings together create a tone, and they may choose collectively to be creating in conjunction with that tone what may be identified as personality. The personality is a specific organization of movement within a vibrational quality of a collective expression of these links of consciousness, which in this type of configuration is creating what we term to be essence.

(Intently) “Essence is not separate and apart from consciousness. There is no separate and apart from consciousness. There is no boundary to consciousness. There is no limit to consciousness. Therefore, there is no thing, no element, no action outside of consciousness, for there is no outside. Within consciousness, the configuration of these links of consciousness creating personality tone is the designation of essence.

“These configurations are not separate and apart from each other, for be remembering that I have expressed to you, each link of consciousness occupies all space arrangements and all time frameworks and all of consciousness. Therefore, one link of consciousness may be an element that is within the configuration or grouping that comprises itself to be creating of your essence, and simultaneously, that same link of consciousness occupies all other essences.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

“The links of consciousness are not a thing. They are an existence, but they are not an entity. They are not a thing. You may not touch them, you may not hold them, you may not see them. They merely ARE.

“I have attempted to be discussing in this area previously with individuals, and as this has been presented within this very session..., but THIS subject matter is quite difficult for you to be understanding and you are very resistant to this subject matter, for you think in terms of things and absolutes, and within the very construct of your language, your very words are contrary to the explanations themselves.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

“The closest expression that I may offer you within the confines of your language is to be incorporating the word of mergence, for within this word of mergence, you develop an idea within you of more than one thing absorbing into each other, and this presents you with a very small concept of a lack of separation. But even within the mergence you hold separation, for you hold that there are several things that are coming together and absorbing together, and there are individual things that shall be distinct as they are merged.

“In this, if you are moving to the direction of one singular link of consciousness – which is not a thing – one expression of energy, how may that one expression of energy occupy all space arrangements, occupy all time frameworks, and be all of consciousness and all of all essences simultaneously if it is a thing?

“You express to me, this is very big. These concepts presented to you are presented in very small manners, in very small measure, but these concepts are far vaster than you comprehend, and you move not even close to actualizing their reality in your reality.

“This be the reason that I express to you of skipping shells, for I hold the awareness that you may not understand information that I may offer you, but of what use shall this information be to you within your reality? For you may not be applying this information to be beneficial to you within your physical reality, for you may not even conceive of its reality!

“... This be the reason that I focus my attention with you upon your physical reality and what you create within your physical reality, and how to be manipulating energy within your physical reality more efficiently and moving into areas that you have chosen to be creating within this physical dimension with more effortlessness and less trauma. I am quite understanding with no doubtfulness that this type of information may be fascinating and quite interesting to be listening to within physical focus, but it is not useful to you in many areas within your everyday movement.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

“There are elements of this information that I have presented to you this day that you shall find helpful and useful to you futurely, for you shall offer yourselves more of an understanding of what you are creating, and within the action of this shift, as you are accessing other areas of consciousness, you may find this helpful in your manipulation within energy also ... and remembering that energy is not a thing! It is a movement, a motion.

“In actuality, as I have expressed within the beginnings of our sessions, in expressing to you – within compliance of your very tightly held belief systems within that time period – of your concept of God or your Creating Universal One And Whole, and expressing to you that this is not an entity but an action ... which none of you held an understanding of! [You] were accepting of my statement but not understanding, and now we return to this concept within a further manner and I express to you the same concept, that this is not the situation of entities, but of action.

“All of consciousness is an action, not a thing. Therefore, it is motion ... without the thing creating motion! And YOU are motion, without the thing creating motion. You are action.

“... Now; this is not to say that all of what you create is not reality! It is NOT what you term to be an illusion. You physically, within physical form, are not an illusion! You are reality, and all that you create IS reality.

“Every expression of energy, every movement, is reality. It is a different expression and configuration of energy, of the motion, and in different combinations it is creating of different expressions of reality.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

“Time is an expression of links of consciousness grouped together to be creating of a thickness which facilitates physical creations. Time is the factor that facilitates the creation of your physical dimensions: matter. Without the configuration of time, you also may not be creating of physical expressions, physical matter. But time is merely another expression of consciousness, a configuration of links of consciousness grouped together in a different organization than essence to be creating of an action that shall facilitate physical manifestations. Physical manifestations grouped together with time are the links of consciousness that are creating of certain cooperative organizations with the organizations of time, which create physical manifestations.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

VICKI: “I still don’t know how we tipped the table! (Elias grins) And in attempting to do that again, it hasn’t been successful, and that’s confusing to me because the belief systems are all the same.”

ELIAS: “It is not quite so dependent upon your belief systems ...”

VICKI: “Well, that’s become clear!”

ELIAS: “... as it is dependent upon your action in relaxing your attention. You allow yourself the singularity of thought.

“Let me express to you, within the teachings within your physical dimension of the action of meditation, as you begin to learn to incorporate this action of meditation, you are instructed to focus singularly upon one object, upon one thought, upon any one element. The reason that you are instructed to focus singularly upon one element is that you are directing your attention in one area and not allowing distraction in any other area, and this offers you a facilitation in the area of relaxing your focus, relaxing your hold upon your focused attention. Your attention begins to relax, and as your attention begins to relax, you allow for the incorporation of other aspects of your reality. You allow yourself your periphery. You allow yourself to engage more of YOU than merely one focus of attention.

“You need not necessarily be moving in the direction or action of meditation. This is merely one direction of attention, but you may be incorporating this relaxation of your attention, and you may be incorporating more of your reality and viewing. Therefore, you view the particles of this table separating, and not so very much of the solidity.” [session 333, October 19, 1998]

Doing all this work also raised the issue once again, has anyone out there asked Elias what Kris' "belonging to" is? As well as Serge and Mark's "aligning with" and "belonging to"?

After all this Aspect Psychology and the BIGness of essence does it really matter? Of course!

Elias Session 333, October 19/20, 1998:

A Summary of Aspect Psychology

Overview

This is a foundational session that over two days and took over four hours to record. Covering a wide array of deeply esoteric concepts, it is a tour de force that explores Elias’ concept of aspects of essence.

The dissertation was seeded when Vicki Pendley asked about three specific contradictions in the information to date:

1. an essence name spelled two different ways on separate occasions = BISELL became BISTELL.
2. Forrest Landry’s “aligning with” and “belonging to” information that ranged from Sumafi/Sumafi by Elias, to Sumari/Vold and Vold/Vold by Patel (an energy exchange engaged by Ron Churchman).
3. an instance where Elias reversed acceptance 101 (self) and 102 (other).

The concept of aspects is related to Jane Roberts’ Aspect Psychology found in three books Adventures in Consciousness: An Introduction to Aspect Psychology (1975), Psychic Politics: An Aspect Psychology Book (1976), and The God of Jane: A Psychic Manifesto (1981). Jane engaged an energy exchange with a source named Seth from 1963-1984.

The main focus of this session explores the nature of Elias’ perception in relation to our perception, and also the nine “families” of innate intention and how they are expressed through “aligning with” a focus of attention (outer ego), and “belonging to” an energy personality essence (inner ego).

Session notes

(The following is my summation of the main points made by Elias in addressing to the above three contradictions. My own comments are in parentheses.)

Consciousness, essence, human beings are all aspects that are in a constant state of change and becoming.

The action of essence mergence is used to point out how there is constant change, action, motion within essence. (Essence fragmentation is broached, but not in detail. This is another important metaphor of essence becoming.)

Mergence creates new tones for certain aspects, but is not fragmentation. That is a different action that creates “new” essence. Mergence creates a temporary alteration of essence tone and intention.

It is not common for a focus of attention to permanently change their intent, or “aligning with.”

Essence mergence is a continual action that temporarily changes essence tone and intention. Therefore, essence family “aligning with” and “belonging to” may change temporarily. This is expressed only in certain focuses of attention, not all.

This covers contradictions #1 and #2.

Now, he addressed contraction number #3. (Elias has stated that he is not an infallible source like the Pope in Rome.) This is a case where he made a mistake. He cautions, however, that just because he admits fallibility we’re not to go writing off every instance (of mangled syntax or suspect wording) as a mistake. Most of the time it is quite intentional.

Regarding the action of this particular energy exchange, there is an element of distortion each time it moves into a new phase. Energy moves differently. Translations into words are adjusted accordingly, but there are certain distortions.

Like the example mentioned with acceptance 101 and 102, these mistakes will be obvious and easy for us to spot and correct. However, some folks try to use the idea of belief system bleed-through (as documented in Jane Roberts’s case) to explain Elias’ occasional mistakes. These kinds of distortion are very small because Mary’s essence, literally removes its awareness from Mary’s body/mind during the exchange, allowing for the “cleanest” exchange possible.

Contradiction #3 is an element of translation being distorted by the intricate process of the layers of consciousness in this particular type of energy exchange. Others have much more distortion based upon different intention. Elias cited earlier information on the many different types of energy exchanges engaged by different intent families. (1)

Elias claimed not to use a thought process or telepathy when objectively interacting with us. He doesn’t read our thoughts, he reads our subjective energy and translates that directly into language (this could also partially explain his mangled syntax, if he’s bypassing that portion of the speech and linguistic brain centers).

Elias used a hologram analogy as a projection and manipulation of our constructs of energy. Then he used an extra-terrestrial analogy to show how other dimensional focuses of attention who “travel” into our dimension similarly create a translation, which is almost an “illusion” or holographic image. There is no telepathic communication in the sense of “mind reading”, or seeing our thoughts, it’s a translation from the subjective level.

Mary’s occasional symptoms (nausea, diarrhea) result from her lengthy removal of subjective awareness from her body/mind. But this is also what results in “least distortion,” which again doesn’t mean no distortion, just a very low amount of distorted translations. Mary’s body/mind is not familiar with Elias’ energy (and has an unhealthy reaction at times).

Countless “yous” exist = aspects that continuously interact and exchange. We, as focuses of attention, are collective (a society) of aspects. The idea of singular personality is erroneous. We are multidimensional. Examples, “I don’t feel like myself today.” “I have been creating unusual behavior today.” There are obvious, extreme examples of an exchange of aspects within a focus.

With unexplained memory lapses (missing time) conventional psychology cites trauma as the cause (and amnesia as a defense mechanism). This is over simplified. Memory lapses, he’s talking two to four year blocks, occur without trauma. An exchange of aspects into the primary position is his explanation.

Our consciousness is not our thoughts or emotions (but the thinker of the thought, the feeler of the feeling). Focuses of attention continuously exchange with different aspects. There is constant “motion.”

Within each focus of attention, each aspect holds its own memory, but it is accessible to all, but their attention is focused differently.

Conventional psychology uses “hypnosis” to access “hidden” memories. Hypnosis is merely relaxing our focus of attention, then we can access other aspects, who hold other memories.

Example, we can’t hold conflicting emotions at the same time. Anger is an aspect of attention that lasts a short while. During that time, we don’t experience happiness, and we hold no memory of happiness. But when the aspects exchange, we do remember. This explains the uniqueness and relationship to memory when we create different emotions.

Within the experience of each aspect, each focus of attention, we won’t experience the literal, objective memory of the other aspects.

Scale that up to Elias and Mary’s energy exchange, and there are countless aspects to contend with. But there is a consistency to the aspects we know as Elias that are engaged to create trust, familiarly, and lack of fear. However, we do experience different aspects and they filter energy slightly differently. This is minimized but is what leads to occasional distortions and mistakes.

(To summarize, the focus of attention (outer ego) has many aspects. A focus is one-made-of-many aspects. These aspects all hold unique, innate intention.

(Essence, being made up of many focuses, has relatively more aspects, but is also one-made-of-many with its own unique, innate intention on a much vaster scale of be-ing.)

Example, different aspects of Elias are present when he speaks rapidly or slowly. They will each be recognizable, familiar as holding the personality tone of Elias, but there are many, many different aspects, hence many different expressions. Some can result in mistakes.

Elias cited the “energy interference” in the early sessions (1995), not interference by another essence, but within aspects of Elias. Mary senses these differences energetically as more directed, more scattered, more or less intense. All reflect different aspects of Elias coming through.

The mistakes are not the result of Mary’s thought process, or the neurological aspects of her brain function involved in thought (this would be easy to test with PET scans and EEGs). Again, Mary’s thought process is quite slow and “bypassed” since using it would incorporate even more mistakes and distortions.

There are no energy exchanges without distortion, just a spectrum of more to least distortion. (I believe this to be measurable in terms of brain chemistry and electrical function.)

When Vicki transcribed, she sometimes wondered about certain words. They are intentional and not mistakes (much to Vic’s frustration at times). Obviously, some aspects of Elias are less adept at translating into our language than others.

A less adept aspect will be quite noticeable (and this bears out with various transcriber comments when Elias mangles syntax or misspeaks), but the rest is intentional. Familiarity and trust are important in terms of his agenda and
accuracy of his information, so he tries for consistency.

Vicki asked a question about Forrest Landry, noticing a certain tone Elias had with him and wondered if certain aspects of Elias were drawn on to deal with certain individuals. Elias said that there is a continuous altering of aspects, movement, and exchanging. So one aspect isn’t summoned to engage any particular individual.

Elias’ aspects relate to each focus of attention’s subjective energy, and the goal is consistency. Elias’ aspects can exchange within a single session. For example, in the early sessions (in 1995), during the first part of the session he spoke very slowly, but after the break he would speak more rapidly.

Energy exchanges like this one become more focused, more directed, more dense, and more intense in time (there is a developmental spectrum in my view. It also filters out more aspect exchanges during single sessions. So as it develops, single aspects hold sway more so than in early stages).

Distortions occur when aspects exchange and the same subject matter is continued. This explains the acceptance 101 & 102 mistake. But again, these will be obvious to those with adequate experience.

The example of Forrest Landry’s three different “aligning with” and “belonging to” readings were further discussed. Elias said that all three were valid, “this is not distorted or incorrect.” But Forrest’s over all (center of gravity) was Sumari/Vold, and yet Elias (Sumafi/Sumafi) and Patel (Vold/Vold) each offered a snapshot in the moment based upon their perception of essence mergence.

Vic lso related an example involving myself, from session 300, in which Elias explained my “belonging to” Sumafi through mergence, but my (center of gravity) was still “belonging to” Sumari. (It took me six years to grok this.)

Within the “angle” of Elias’ perception and viewing, the most predominant expression of intention is translated into our language. He offered a fire analogy pointing out that fire is merged with air and matter, analogous to essence mergence, yet when we look and make an observation we may see red, blue, or yellow depending on our angle or perspective. (In this way, we can perceive different combinations of essence intention from the subjective and objective layers of Self.)

Essence is not a thing or object, but an expression of nonphysical consciousness that is ever creative, changing, and becoming.

Also, these kinds of double intentions, for example Vold/Vold, or Sumafi/Sumafi often show a mergence of “singular” intent, but they are temporary.

At this point in the session, Vic’s thought-focused rational mind was shattered, reduced to simply saying, “it’s really BIG!” And Elias completely agreed, laughing in good humor that she was quite right!

Elias also referred to the nine children of Rose (mythos), all of which hold double intents as an example of essence mergence to help break us out of our conceptual straightjacket that views essence as a singular thing or object. (At this time, Rose had yet to fragment all the nine children into new essences). This is another example of the tremendous diversity and potential within essence to create.

Consciousness, essence, and human intention are really BIG!

Elias later riffed on links of consciousness in relation to the distinction between consciousness and essence. (Consciousness transcends and includes essence, but not vice versa. So there is an important distinction in the basic nature of All-That-Is.) He uses LCs to show how consciousness, which is not a thing, is really no-thing, creates personality tone or essence, which is infinite and vast, but is not all of consciousness

In a very Zen part of his discussion he cites how a “single” LC can exist within all essences (LCs are thus omnipresent, but to be so, they can not be dual, they must be nondual. So LCs are really a bridging concept that uses a type of subtle reductio ad absurdum to deal force our neurological patterning, logic, and related belief systems to the breaking point = “it’s really BIG!” As long as we’re stuck in dualistic concepts to the core, we’ll be stuck with LCs, holons, and other theoretical constructions).

Our language is constructed in dualities of right/wrong, true/false, on/off, etc. All are artifacts of linear space-time and energy-matter constructs. There are no absolutes, and yet that statement logically contradicts itself. No is an absolute condition. Yes is an absolute condition. (So is true, false, up, down, etc. and in this way we live in box, a cave of “illusion” of self-projected constructions and absolutes. Yet when dealing with consciousness, essence, and human intention, there are no absolutes.)

Consciousness is a “motion” of no-thing.

Mergence is the best word in our language to describe multiple “things” within a lack of separation, which is what consciousness is (nondual to the core, ineffable and beyond all rational constructs).

Elias presents these BIG concepts in a very small manner so as not to be skipping shells. There’s no point in delivering highly esoteric information if we can’t put it to practical use within our every day reality.

Vic asked about the relation of probable and alternate selves in relation to aspects. (Elias didn’t address to alternates directly, but I believe they are aspects of each focus of attention.) However, Elias differentiates our probable selves as unique expressions, with distinct free will and choice, each replete with its own aspects.

(Probable selves mean that we have probable births and deaths and that each focus of attention is never a singular society of aspects, but nested within a larger personality “cloud” of probable selves, all meditated by essence.

(This is why Jane Roberts postulated a nuclear self, or subconscious mediating layer between each focus of attention (outer ego) and essence (source self). Jane realized that some aspect had the job of organizing all those probable births, deaths, and everything in-between.

(Elias calls the subconscious function avenues of communication, and provides another angle in which to explore how essence manifests and keeps track of all these aspects – fragments, splinters, probables, alternates.)

So What!?

Elias concept of aspects of essence provides and overview in simple, general language, of how human personality functions within a “great chain of being” that ranges from body/mind (focus) to soul (essence) to nondual Spirit (all of consciousness). He also uses it to show how his perception is not infallible and how he makes mistakes and distortions. However, he also uses aspects to explain how what appear to be contradictions to our rational, linear patterns of language, are in fact accurate snapshots of the ever changing landscape of the Self. He mentions that we need to develop our inner sense of conceptualization in order to more directly experience these ideas.

The above were given in the context of what Elias calls Dream Walkers. These are the same as Seth’s sleepwalkers and Kris’ Dream Ancestors.

However, we still don’t know a lot about “energy exchanges” in relation to channeling, but can observe a spectrum of phenomenon thus far.

Here are further insights into the nature of energy exchanges from Elias.

“Every individual holds the ability to be manifesting an energy exchange, although it is not quite as simplified as you view the phenomenon to be. Within this action occurs a cooperation. Therefore, it is not merely the choice of one individual physically focused. There are many elements that contribute to the actualization of an actual energy exchange. We have begun briefly speaking of your individual and mass value fulfillment. These actions do not occur in actuality without the creation of value fulfillment for all individuals. Therefore, if there is not to be fulfillment within value of the individuals participating and the essences participating and also a benefit within consciousness, the exchange shall not occur. Many individuals express that they engage in the action of an energy exchange, although they term this to be mediumship, or within your new terminology, channeling. Their meaning within these words, in their understanding and definition, is the same as an energy exchange, although the accomplishment of an actual energy exchange is not as common physically as you may suspect.

“As I have stated, you all hold the ability to engage an energy exchange. All essences hold the ability for energy exchange. All essences do engage energy exchange. Not all individuals engage this type of phenomenon. Individuals attain information which is beneficial to them in many different areas, this being only one. Many individuals, as has been stated, believe that they are engaging an energy exchange, when in actuality they are engaging their own belief systems. It is quite common for you physically focused to alter your perception in consciousness and not necessarily alter your area of consciousness. You may alter your perception of your waking consciousness and not be engaging another area of consciousness. You may be engaging a quietness of self in which you are allowing your own belief systems to be expressed freely. This is quite common.

“There are different types of energy exchanges which occur within physical focuses. One type is what you view within this forum, which is also relatively the same type of phenomenon that you have studied previously of another teacher, that which you call Seth. There are other energy exchanges which are valid and contributing to value fulfillment, which are more aligned with a tapping of a world view. This is a complicated area, for you view the concept of a world view as individual. This is not always the case. Essences may collectively deposit energy information which is available to you. You may tap this information. This may appear to be an exchange similar to this phenomenon that you view within this forum. It is a different type of exchange. A different action occurs. Hi All,

As Serge posted, we had another D&DG session last night with nine folks on the Castaic end, and four on the Toronto side. The group energy was the largest to date, and that always affects the direction Kris takes with the group.

Roll call included: Paul H., Jo H., Paul T., Gail Becker, Drew Sokol, Ester Trevino, Jim Pickerell, and visiting from Oregon, Norm and Reta Farb. In Toronto: Serge, Alex, John, and Myrna.

Serge had an impression earlier in the week, that we passed along, for everyone to bring a mirror. Sure enough, Kris opened with a 20 minute variation on the Practice of Perspectives. We began by gazing at our reflection and gleaning impressions. Next, we pulled our mirrors further back for more impression, then we moved the extended mirror over the face of someone to our left or right (talk about walking a mile in someone else's shoes!), and finally we returned to our own image.

Kris skillfully guided the group throughout, the over all idea was to clearly explore what it means to be "other" ("the other is always you!"), and relate that to any range of personal conflicts, from run of the mill to really bothersome. The idea is to imagine ourSelf as other and glean what we're trying to teach ourSelves in the relational exchange.

It's a tool of self-discovery by transposing our own shortcoming and transforming to another self. We can even change difficult situations, skillfully using this practice, in which there appear to be "overwhelming odds."

We then took turns sharing our impressions and just about everyone participated.

During the break Drew asked Myrna about her impressions that had "shocked" her. And that lead to an impromptu group offering advice to Myrna who's working on a life transition into creating work from the heart, not just the mind. I finally asked Drew how Myrna's impressions reflected on his own impressions of "sadness." Drew rose to the challenge and shared his impressions, so over all the first 45 minutes was a kind of group therapy session.

(And I should backtrack at this point to say that during the opening conversation before Kris first came through Myrna shared that she had studied gestalt therapy many years ago and found it very useful, and I shared that Jo and I had attended a weekend seminar at Esalen in Big Sur, CA in which two of our five workshops were gestalt sessions. It also turns out that gestalt therapy was developed at Esalen in the 1960s by Fritz Perls and Myrna had studied with one of his leading students. I pointed out how similar I found the gestalt method to Elias' NIRAA. Both are intended to raise subconscious, repressed, dissociated aspects of Self into objective awareness so they can be "integrated" into Wholeness from the gestalt view, and "accepted and neutralized" from the Eliasian view. So this exchange set the tone for our opening Practice of Perspectives, and it became clear to me during the experience that Kris' practice is right in line with gestalt and NIRAA in bringing subconscious impressions into objective awareness, and seeing "others" as aspects of Self.)

Back to Drew's final comments during the break, then, as he finished Kris came right back in and expanded on the Practice of Perspectives and pointed out that we could observe our personal energy field and sense where we "store" and "archive" various experiences and memories -- kinesthetic, visual, and auditory, for example. The idea is to notice, pay attention to the location in our body/mind field and get acquainted with various challenges and where we hold energy.

I made a connection with a chronic lower back stiffness that I've manifest since I was @14 years old. Kris challenged us to take our noticing practice to "another level" and sense within our energy fields and make necessary adjustments. For me, I visualized a gradual opening of a blockage, which is to say I imaged the blockage as a "holding onto" some issue that I chronic "deposit" energy into a block that results in soreness and stiffness at times.

I mentioned this to the group and Kris simply responded, "indeed." Meaning that this was an appropriate use of the expanded perspective.

Then, Kris pointed out that this practice deals with relationships, our ego and how we relate to other aspects of self. Kris suggested that I might change how "I" in this Now, relate to the aspect or "I" in the past who initiated this condition and by discovering "where" the information is "stored" I could indeed release and soften the symptoms. In other words, noticing and identifying THAT may accelerate opening the block.

At this point in my notes I sketched a suggested title for the session: "The Mirror of Self", which is a term I use with my interactions with Elias because he always points us, me back to focusing on Self, and not on others. That is, we need to accept Self first, and Zen, we can more readily accept others as Self.

Finally, we coined the term "six pack" to refer to Kris' six aspects of essence intent, belonging to and aligning with, and Norm and Reta asked for their "six pack" and Kris understood what they meant. I thought it was humorous!

The final part of the session dealt with Kris giving other focus info to Norm and Reta, and some other things.

As always, Kris ended with a truly humble, joyous, and appreciative closing.

We said our good-byes and thank-yous and chowed down on Jo's veggie chili and rice. Folks stayed until 11 PM, and seven of us had a long and interesting debate on the nature of YCYOR and how it works, and "who" is doing ALL the creating, etc.

Over all, it was a challenging and rewarding evening! Jo and I finally got to bed around midnight, way past our usual bedtime.

I've been meaning to post an update about the January 3, 2005 D&DG session, but too much time has passed for it to feel relevant, and the transcript is available. So I'll just add that it was the first session with a three-way conference call between Norm and Reta Farb in Independence, Oregon, the group in Castaic, and Toronto. Overall, there were 18 people attending, our largest group to date.

Kris spent the majority of the session dealing with the recent earthquakes and tsunamis in SE Asia and the terrible destruction and loss of life. The following sentence sums it up nicely:

"So this event is as pivotal as 9/11 but on an even greater scale."

Which is to suggest there is always a silver lining, a regenerative, growth promoting longer term outcome of such big changes in a short period of time.

Also, Kris suggesting that 2005 will contain a series of most fortunate events (playing off the recent movie with the opposite name, Lemony Snicket: A Series of Unfortunate Events ) is something to concentrate on.

Hi All,

We had another D&DG session last evening, coming after a wonderful weekend group Elias session out here in Castaic that we co-host in our community building every January.

We had several dinners with friends, and many long discussions about God, life, the universe, and everything, too. On Friday we had our first picture perfect day in several weeks, and the mud and debris in our streets were finally cleaned up. We've had five days of 70+ degree sunshine since, so it's been a wonderful stretch.

The Saturday group E-fest was attended by 50 folks, our second largest to date. There were old and new folks attending, as always. Elias spoke for over two hours total, so it was a long session by recent standards.

E opened the first half with the tsunami event and tied it into the wave in consciousness on truth that's been unfolding since June 2003. It is still in full swing (whoohoo!) and is actually intensifying. This material complements nicely the tsunami material given by Kris two weeks ago, when he spent most of the ninety minutes on it. In the second half of the E session, I asked Elias what Kris' "belonging to" would be according to his perception (recall that Elias allegedly stated in an as yet unpublished session, that Kris didn't "belong to" Sumafi. While Elias avoided a direct answer, such as one of the nine he claims are found in our dimension, he simply deferred to "ask this essence" of Kris for his answer, inferring that it would be the correct one.

I mentioned that this info was already published on the Kris Chronicles, and according to Kris it's 1. Sumafi, 2. Sumari, 3. Milumet. And yet, Elias had earlier allegedly stated in effect that Kris didn't "belong to" Sumafi.

Now, Kris has expanded the map that Elias uses, with the clans/clusters. And Elias actually referred to these terms, and I asked if they were the same ontological area as his "pools of consciousness" and Elias said, "Yes."

I'll have to wait for the transcript to review the specifics, but Elias acknowledged that Kris was from another area of consciousness (i.e. cluster) that was consistent with Kris' info. Also, recall that Kris gave three essence family names in his GAURA cluster that were "counterpart" to his TAAJ intents (listed above). They were 1. Hardoor, 2. Umill, 3. Zeteer.

In other words, Elias was acknowledging these differences in essence tone that Kris has gradually been mapping out for the last year.

Still, I didn't have the presence of mind to ask about the alleged "not belonging to Sumafi" claim and how to reconcile that with current information. But over all, Elias was very gracious and supportive, though he didn't go any further with the subject.

Which leads us to last evening, where we had D&DG #13, ten folks in Castaic (Myself, Jo, Paul T., Jene, Bobbi, Sharon, Wendy, Ben, Liam, Ester), Norm & Reta Farb in Independence, OR, and Mark, John, Myrna, Alex, and Serge in Toronto.

Kris began with the "year of most fortunate events" theme in relation to the recent tsunami. He used the Sanskrit word "raja" as "the action of consciousness" and "baraka" as the "sweet essence of self manifesting into the world" in a couple of riffs.

After the relatively short opening, he turned things over to the group for questions. And a bunch of folks in Castaic asked for essence names and their "six pack." Interestingly, with Sharon, he paused with her tertiary "belonging to" and finally said he wasn't ready to offer it (planting a seed for further explanation down the road). In other words, he didn't just skip it and say "none" but wrestled with some distinction that I suspect might be too confusing, or else he was leading Sharon to draw her own conclusions.

Kris also provided a spelling for the Dream Walker (Dream Ancestor) "cousins" that he calls Gallar, the Star Walkers. Interestingly, this concept relates to the earlier Dulvar tenth essence family "controversy", and Elias' answer in which he stated:

"... in association with movement of this shift in consciousness collectively the consciousness of all of the essences that participate with this physical dimension and reality, which also involves all of you, have chosen NOT to be generating an additional essence family, as it is unnecessary and as all of you are widening your awareness in conjunction with this shift in consciousness, you are also in increments allowing yourselves to draw upon different aspects that you each incorporate associated with Dream Walkers, and therefore that has been deemed as more efficient and allowing for a similar expression as would be with an additional essence family." November 13, 2004 (unpublished)

My point is that Kris has recently been telling us about these "cousin" aspects that he calls Star Walkers, the Gallar, that may appear in deeper dream states and/or waking state, they are "akin to" Dream Walkers, and their intent is to bring about a healing connection within the fragmented (which I read as "overly-separated") psyche, and help integrate sexuality and spirituality (which I read as unifying various "descending" and "ascending" currents, or "rajas" of conscious creation according to Wilber).

That feels very similar to this concept of "balance and harmony" as represented by the Dulvar family intent. Also, Kris further clarified that this Dulvar family is not manifest in our present reality, but exists within the larger probable system of aspects. Check the transcript for specifics, but I recall being clear about this whole she-bang for the first time in a long time .

Also, Norm cited some recent research that showed how love affected the outcome of rabbits being fed a toxic diet, where a group of rabbits that were taken out of their cages and treated like beloved pets showed no adverse affects of the toxins. Talk about love conquering all (this was also a theme, love that is, as an Absolute Universal Truth and relative truth in the Elias session, another interesting sync.) Anyway, Kris riffed on love for a while and it was simply beautiful.

Ben asked for and received a "colorful" focus who's exploits were hilarious, and shall we say colorful .

Finally, Bobbi brought some or d'oeuvres, Jo cooked up a batch of sloppy Jo's, veggie burgers and salad, and there were cookies, ice creams, teas, and coffee for desert. Folks stayed until 9:30 PM. All in all, another wonderful evening in the company of friends.

Hi All,

We had another enjoyable evening last night, there were 16 people attending, 10 in Castaic, CA, 2 in Independence, OR, and 4 in Toronto.

Mark & Serge announced that they will host a Spring Workshop in Toronto on April 16 & 17, 2005. Details to follow, but the title is something like Heal the Heart/Heal the Soul.

Kris played off this theme during the entire evening. He opened with two related questions: 1. How much pain, fear, anguish, and hardship do you believe the human heart contains and can hold? 2. how much joy, harmony, bliss, love do you believe the same human heart can carry?

Jo offered an answer, and paraphrasing, she said she suspected that his answer would include the fact that the human "heart" can hold infinite love and joy. Kris replied, "How did you get a look inside the teacher's book?" (much to our amusement).

He then riffed on this theme for the rest of the evening. He mentioned the barriers, patterns, beliefs that form "locks" on our behavior and capacity for happiness and fulfillment, and later offered an exercise on how to incorporate the Sisters (Dakinis) aspects of essence to aid in our own "spiritual healing."

So the tools and toolkit involve working with the Sisters subtle energies. Kris called them "tools to liberate and transform this "psychological cemetery" via the astounding capacities of the conscious mind, capacities long atrophied by modern era cultural values.

Kris also mentioned the tendency in New Age and metaphysical circles to focus more on feelings in the extreme, and forgetting about the amazing capacity held by the intellect and reason. The results, he pointed out, were an unbalanced approach that was anti-intellectual, anti-rational, and anti-ego as "enemies" of authentic spirituality.

He also mentioned Elias' noticing and paying attention to self. I was reminded of the Buddhist mindfulness practices, all of which produce similar results of helping the conscious mind to focus "in the now," which according to Seth is the Point of Power.

Kris finished the first segment by showing how important physical life is and that it's actually the deepest form of spiritual realization. In other words, denying the flesh and mind, promoting the "sinful self" puts the physical body, its needs, and appetites in the wrong light, and light that actually denies Spirit.

After the first break, Kris mentioned that practice is the key word, which I took to mean that practice helps us to concentrate the mind, thinking of Seth's natural hypnosis, to achieve whatever outcomes we truly desire.

Then, he touched briefly upon The Sisters as a means to aid in transforming inner events that are then projected into physical form. I was reminded of Castaneda & Don Juan's "allies" who are invoked aspects of essence to facilitate manifest outcomes from the inner layers of events that then become physical experience, in terms of health, abundance, creativity, joy, etc.

Kris pointed out how will power can be mistaken for positive thinking or visualization and can actually produce negative results.

He offered an exercise, to utilize any Sister aspect in a meditative state, impression will follow, allow it to unfold for our own benefit, that is, don't steer it, go with the flow once you invoke it. Allow the energies to fill you to the brim, submerge your energies completely within the experience. Well-being is the inevitable outcome, once you truly connect with one of these aspects of Self. We should fully expect that which is advantageous to come into our lives.

We had another break, and then Kris finished on what Mark and Serge call his "rolling thunder" aspect, where Kris really digs in deep to get his audience motivated to do and accomplish.

He mentioned that the "heroic dimension" has become eroded in the face of modern cultural beliefs, for it is in the realm of imagination that we access this heroic dimension (Jane Roberts wrote about this in Psychic Politics in terms of her psychic library and the heroic aspects of Self she consciously tapped into in waking state).

Kris challenged us to become fearless in expressing abundant joy.

He mentioned, again, the mythos theme (from last week) and its importance, for it "allows access to entire galaxies of energy at our disposal." So the Sisters (Dakinis), mythos, the heroic dimensions of Self, are all part of the emerging new worldviews that have been presented in terms of conscious creation since the time of Seth/Jane Roberts, and Kris is continuing to develop these themes in his own way.

Towards the end, he offered what has now become my favorite Kris quote, "Show Steven Spielberg what you are made of!" along with "get the Kosmic lead out!" I was ready to go out and kick some ass in the Superbowl at that point . But seriously, Kris really went for the inspirational and motivational angle tonight. And over all, folks on our end really enjoyed it.

There was no real Q&A in this one, so Kris' energy was very, very strong tonight.

Then we had a veggie lasagna and brownies and tea for desert. Folks left by 9:30.

Our next D&DG should play off the "heart" imagery nicely since it will be on Valentine's Day!

Elias' initial response to his perception of Kris' "belonging to"

Me Again,

Well, the recent group session that we co-hosted here in Castaic, CA has been published by Bobbi Houle who's still in the middle of moving from Castaic to the Yosemite area up north. What a trooper!

Anyway, I wanted to share an excerpt in which I specifically asked about Kris' essence family "belonging to" since there was some controversy several months ago when someone published part of a private session in which they asked if Kris "belonged to" Sumafi and Elias allegedly answered, "No."

Since Kris has been outlining the clans/clusters of consciousness for going on a year now, it is much clearer that there's much more beneath the surface of physical appearances and our belief system ABOUT essence "families, than meets the eye of flesh.

The eye of spirit (think inner senses) reveals a much wider tapestry of our roots within Source Consciousness.

Anyway, here's the excerpt:

PAUL H: Elias, I’d like to ask, from your perspective, this essence of Kris who is channeled by Serge Grandbois, his belonging to or however you would categorize his intent of this essence of Kris? (Pause)

ELIAS: The grouping of which may somewhat be associated with a belonging to may not be associated with these essence families, therefore would not be relevant to this particular physical dimension, for it is not a grouping of participation directly with this physical reality. That does not discount his choice to be participating in communication with individuals within this physical reality.

I may express to you that you may inquire of that essence what his intent is in association with his interaction with you within physical focus. That essence is quite capable of explaining itself and offering information as to its direction and its participation.

PAUL H: I have asked that and that’s on the record in the Kris Chronicles. (1) As a follow-up then, you’ve talked earlier about pools of consciousness. Would you then characterize Kris’ native focus of intention as — belonging to is maybe relevant to my question — but belonging to a pool of consciousness that is different from that that is focused in this dimension as these nine families?

ELIAS: Yes. I am aware of the choice to be defining as a cluster, which it is merely a difference in terms and it matters not. It is merely not associated with these particular nine families, which are not actually families either, which I have explained. But that is the choice of term that I have incorporated.

PAUL H: So as he engages the energy exchange with Serge, the translation of that energy does take on a characteristic of those nine families. He has said that, and I don’t remember the exact affiliation that that is...

ELIAS: I am understanding.

PAUL H: ...but that holds then, as that energy exchange occurs into this dimension through Serge, it takes on that characteristic within that nine of some sort?

ELIAS: I am understanding. Which is understandable, for any essence that chooses to be engaging an energy exchange with an individual participating within physical focus chooses a manner of configuring energy and filtering that energy through layers of consciousness that shall be compatible with you and with what you know, and shall generate qualities of energy that are recognizable to you and understandable to you. For if they did not, you would not pay attention or you would incorporate no draw to interact. Therefore, it is a facilitating method to configure the energy in manners that are palatable to your physical reality and that also incorporate some qualities that you incorporate and that you understand.

As I have expressed with myself, within consciousness, within nonphysical areas of consciousness, emotion is unnecessary. Therefore, it is not expressed. Emotion is associated with your physical reality as one of the basic blueprints of this reality. It is a quality that you all express, and it is also associated with the incorporation of an objective perception. [session 1695, January 15, 2005]

In Summary:

TAAJ = 10 families (our multiverse, Seth and Elias’ same nine, plus Dulvar, not a subfamily, but an emergent, potential tenth family)

Kris’ “aligning with” in TAAJ: 1. SUMAFI (primary), 2. SUMARI (secondary), 3. MILUMET (tertiary).

GAURA = 1,700 families, give or take.

This is Kris’ source cluster or “home.” Kris’ essence root (“belonging to”) in GAURA: 1. HARDOOR (primary), 2. UMILL (secondary), 3. ZETEER (tertiary).

Elias kind of drifted off-topic at this point, but what was most significant to me was that, again, Elias had an opportunity in a group of 50 people to marginalize or demean and he did no such thing. In fact, it is clearer to me that Elias recognizes that Kris comes from a different "pool of consciousness" than he does, though I didn't pursue that line of questioning.

And technically speaking, Kris doesn't "belong to" Sumafi, because he "belongs to" Hardoor, Umill, Zeteer, which TRANSLATES in our pool or cluster as Sumafi, Sumari, Milumet.

I was also touched by Elias' acknowledgement of the term "cluster" as being ontological equivalent to his "pool" of consciousness.

It's clearer that Elias is staying closer to home (TAAJ) with his "family" information than Kris. Also, notice that Elias again qualified that his use of "family" refers to personality TONE within subjective, nonphysical areas of consciousness.

Finally, the larger point is that these "families" are all about innate intention expressing itSelf creatively throughout consciousness, both physical and nonphysical. Because if there's innate intention, then there's some kind of over all design, purpose, fulfillment, and meaning to our human experience. And THAT should give us all hope in those times of doubt and deep separation from Self.

Hi All,

We had another D&DG group session last night. On the Castaic, CA end, Paul & Jo H., Paul T., Ester T., and Drew S. were laying down the grooves. In Independence, OR Norm and Reta Farb were jammin', and in Toronto, Serge, Mark, and Myrna added their own melodious voices to the proceedings.

Kris opened with a welcoming, loving Valentine's Day chant that consisted of two long tones. He said, humorously, that it was better than a box of chocolates! I was taken inward, eyes closed, to an ever expanding Heart, immersed in a feeling of security, care, and loving kindness. Others had similar experiences, and it took a couple of seconds to come out of it, and continue....

We had begun our three-way phone call with a conversation on The Sisters and how they can be used. We got into a thread dealing with Wilber's idea of translative or petitionary prayer in relation to transformative prayer. The basic idea is that both are important and useful in a variety of contexts, but sometimes petitionary prayer for a new car, job, partner, etc. misses the boat. And sometimes tranformational prayer, the kind that opens our minds to ever wider aspects of Self can be profoundly growth inducing. But as always, intention, concentration, and focus of will blend together in getting the "best" results. Well, that's our experience thus far.

After his welcoming chant, Kris went into The Sisters in a more general way, reminding us once again that the basic idea is to awaken individuals to higher mental processes that blend intellect and intuition, emotional richness and the rational, cognitive abilities. I thought of Seth's high intellect, once again, that promotes the same ideals.

Since we are not solely our bodies, just what are we? The Sisters are a simple map to remind us about our intangible, ever present, eternal awareness, and that we all have the means, tools, and resources to deal with any challenge deep within us, and freely accessible. However, the Sisters are NOT a magic bullet, quick-fix, cure all, but a means to develop our innate abilities for value creation (Kris' variation of Seth's value fulfillment).

He reminded us that The Sisters/Dakinis are NOT new, they already exist in the world's religions, but have been watered down, calcified, and lost to some extent. My take, from a developmental perspective, is that since each focus begins at square one or preconventional and develops into conventional, postconventional, and wider worldviews, this info comes from a transconventional source (our inner selves) and can only animate or resonate fully at wider, postconventional worldviews. It is present to some degree in earlier, narrower worldviews by definition. However, when conventional worldviews encounter various translations or scriptures, they interpret them in conventional ways. For example, a conventional worldview will take The Sisters idea, anthropomorphosize it, and create nice new statues and shrines to pray to the Sister of Creativity, or Joy, or Help, etc. And that's simply what we ALREADY have in many of the world's conventional worldviews and religions.

I believe Kris is trying to remind us of the transpersonal nature of these Aspects of Self. So the idea isn't to create new statues and shrines and prayers, but to mentally, playfully open to these deep inner, archetypal aspects of Self that are our natural inner heritage.

Kris challenged us to become fearless and heroic in our loving expressions, and I was reminded once again, how as men we are taught to hide and repress our feelings and emotions. This results in all sorts of pathological behaviors and violence, in my view. So this was a wonderful reminder to love fearlessly from deep within.

We had a break, and Jo had prepared some fist-sized plastic hearts filled with candies and a love quote from Seth, Elias, or Kris. She passed them out to the Castaic group. And since she had made ten, and there were ten folks in toto, she asked our telcon counterparts to pick a color, red or purple, and proceeded to read the love quote for each person. I should mention that Jo had a vase of red tulips on our coffee table, and another mixed flower arrangement to complement the two bouquets of roses that Norm and Reta mentioned earlier. So we were immersed in a very loving environment, a real love fest!

This set the stage for Kris' return and he reminded us that The Sisters are just his tricky way of pointing out our own innate access to an array of useful transformational tools that provide direct access to all the aspects that play a role in reality creation including thoughts, emotions, will, expectation, intention, etc.

He briefly commented on "thought-cells", a mental counterpart to our physical cells. I wondered if he was talking about memes or beliefs in terms of these thought-cells, as they have discrete physical counterparts. But Kris was on a role, and for the second D&DG didn't really open the floor to questions. (He seems to use our pre- and break conversations to garner input to our questions and issues, and then riff off of them.)

He mentioned that when we restrict our loving energies, we often miss the BIG picture (and I was reminded once of Vicki Pendley's use of "BIG" in relation to Aspects and the VASTNESS of consciousness). In the process, we disconnect or separate way too far from our heroic, source Aspects. Again, The Sisters are simply one way remind ourSelves that we are more than our bodies, thoughts, and feelings. We are awareness, consciousness in action.

Then, Kris went led a Practice, or guided meditation on expansive loving, and all I remember is just going far away, and connecting all the love, loving, beloved feelings in my life to the entire planet. Paul T. mentioned during break that it was like a Buddhist tonglen practice.

Kris finally got off his self-proclaimed "soapbox" and opened the floor to questions. We asked for essence names and six-packs for a couple of people, and Paul T. asked about his impressions of a warrior focus ca. 1,400 BCE, in which he shared with Kris. Kris, and I'll have to check the transcript to verify this, complemented Paul on the accuracy of his impressions, but said the this "other" was not a focus of his (not using those exact words) but a projection, to which Paul asked if it was similar to Elias' observing essence, and Kris said, "that fits the bill."

All in all, the session went really fast, and I enjoyed the flowers, chocolate, company, and interaction. In Castaic we finished with a beef tenderloin stuffed with shrimp, heart-shaped tempe (for the vegetarians), twice baked potatoes with all kinds of garnishes, salad, and chocolate cake and tea for desert. Yum!

Conversation lasted until after 10PM, my dreams were sweet, and sleep quite restful!

Me again,

We held our latest D&DG session several nights ago. I like to post the next day, but I've been involved in porting the entire NWV website over to a new server, so that took a couple of frenetic days!

On the Castaic side, Paul & Jo, Paul T., Ester T., Drew S., Jene F., and Sarah (Jene's niece) attended. Norm and Reta Farb were present in Independence, Oregon, and Mark and Serge were present in Toronto, where they were in the midst of a 12" snow storm.

Kris opened with a riff on "the magic of selfhood" and proceeded to outline how the psyche contains all the necessary elements for a fulfilling life including health, abundance, relationships, creativity, and so on.

He pointed out that the info he presents is dynamic, tailored to our needs in the moment point, but it continues to develop as we and our world do. So there will be "voices" of the psyche such as Kris who speak "the magical language of consciousness" and "the songs and symphonies of the soul." (He was very poetic and lyrical in this opening).

He encouraged us to "kick up the mental gears a notch" (echoing Chef Emeril's mantra), challenging us all to use our abilities even further.

He promoted the idea of multiple sources (channelers), since no one can ever be complete or the best or infallible.

There was a sync with Jene, who is a make-up artist in Hollywood (who's worked on such films as Pirates of the Caribbean 1/2/3, Artificial Intelligence, Get Shorty, Strip Tease, and more) when Kris riffed on "a magic unlike any you will find in Hollywood." Mark also worked in the film business in Toronto before moving on to this work with Kris.

Kris encouraged us to be willing to redirect our focus of attention into the realm of Selfhood, learning to look within with a willingness to change and transform within what he calls "rajas" or actions of consciousness.

He segued into the Sister, reminding us again that "they" are aspects of Us that have been present since "the sawn of time", so his material regarding them is not really new, but a new translation (or testament, my term). He pointed out that they've been given over and over, particularly in the Vedic traditions, which he has a personal interest in, but they've been obscured in older texts (which was a sync for Jo's work on her "Power the Rose" books).

The Sisters have been known in ancient Greece as daemons and muses (think of the nine muses! a sync with cafemuse.com), in ancient Tibet as dakinis, in the Abrahamic religions as archangels, and so on. (As an aside, I was reminded of Seth talking about how the inner self can be conceptualized as a mediating "layer" between outer ego and All-That-Is in Seth Speaks, chapter 21, The Meaning of Religion, and the Sisters are a variation of this!)

The Sisters (dakinis, muses, daemons, angels, etc.) are all translations of this living dynamic essence, a dynamic matrix of energy in the human psyche readily available to all. Yup, it's FREE!

We're seeing tools and methods to navigate this shift, and the Sisters are just that. They are an active principle in our be-ing.

Again, Kris cautioned us that the Sisters are NOT the same as the more calcified mythic religious icons. (As an aside, I would put in terms used by Ken Wilber, that the Sisters are NOT intended to be used as translational tools to make the ego feel better about it's separated state from essence and Spirit, but as a transformational method in which to engage what Elias calls the remembrance of essence, and further what the nondual traditions call "enlightenment" or the remembrance of Self-As-Spirit = "not one, not two").

So idea is NOT to anthropomorphosize the Sisters, build little shrines and iconography, and worship them with petitionary prayers for new cars and bigger houses, but to use them to transform our selves from dis-ease into a healthy state, and further develop our abilities (thinking of Seth's ideal of the high intellect that blends intuition (feeling) AND intellect (reason) into transrational stages of be-ing).

Kris has been challenging this year to rise to the occasion, kick it up a notch, "show Steven Spielberg what you're made of," and other motivational pleas.

He mentioned that 100 years from now, there will be different material given tailored to the needs of those times, which according to shift theory will be a significantly different global manifestation of homo sapiens and other species (thinking of Elias saying that whales and dolphins are Now focuses of essence!).

During the break I mentioned that earlier in the day I wondered how essence "dies unto itSelf" in relation to the physical deaths experienced by focuses. Kris popped back in, and began with examples of how we die during physical life, the infant dies to become the child, who in turn dies to become the adolescent, etc. We encounter expansions, "rajas" or actions of consciousness, but maintain various frames of reference.

In terms of Kris' perception, he mentioned the billion year cycles (think Hindu Yugas) that he has experienced several of those. Whatever that means, it implies that this layer of Self does experience some kind of "cycle" even if it is nonlinear and in some kind of no-space and no-time that transcends and includes space-time.

Then, Kris led us in a guided meditation, a recharging energy practice in which he guided us far away into the galaxy, as a metaphor, to draw upon the deep, endless pools of energy that we can use for healing and regeneration. I went very far away, and later said that I felt as if I had had a nap during the session, and yet I was wide awake. I wish I had an EKG to measure my brain waves, because I believe I entered some kind of beta/theta or alpha/delta state.

Sarah was similarly spaced out when Kris counted us back into body, and Jene taught us all to count ourSelves back, even after a facilitator has counted us back, when we realize that part of our consciousness is still not totally present.

During another break, Reta made a comment about ghosts, and that brought Kris back. He called ghosts "refractory echoes" that deal with specific actions in a loop, as repository of energy patterns, but NOT the total focus of attention. (After the session ended, I mentioned that Seth had delivered some interesting concepts in The Early Sessions on primary and secondary constructions in relation to the outer ego, and used terms like "dual hybrid constructions" to describe certain ghostly phenomena.)

Finally, I asked about his two different readings of my primary, secondary, and tertiary "belonging to" back in June and November:

1. Milumet 2. Gramada 3. Sumari/Sumafi = June 21, 2004

1. Zuli 2. Gramada 3. Sumafi = November 29, 2004

I asked what had changed during that time and had I changed further still? He responded that I hadn't change again, though he could perceive and expression of Tumold energy around my primary belonging to, which is now Zuli.

He opened by stating that this was a BIG topic , and I laughingly apologized for waiting until the end to ask. He mentioned a Zen-like statement that as essence we're both complete and incomplete at the same time. He related this to "rashas" and "rajas" of consciousness, and that as essence we experience constant growth and becoming.

We ended around 6:45 PM, and it was one of our longest sessions to date.

I mentioned Seth's primary and secondary constructions, and that led to a small pop-in, much to our humor and delight, and then Kris finally bid us farewell.

Jo cooked stuff shells with spinach and cheese, burgers, and a delicious sour cream chocolate-chip cinnamon coffee cake for desert, rounded off with a variety of teas and coffee.

As always, we had some wonderful conversations and debates afterward. Among them, Drew, Ester, Jo, and I continued a debate on HOW we create our realities in relation to Elias' info. And as an interesting sync, I chose Drew's interaction with Elias at the recent January Castaic group session on YCYR for the March Elias forum newsletter. It's a nice little excerpt, and I actually dragged out the transcript and read it at one point, as we were heatedly going back and forth.

Central to our debate is understanding who the "you" is that creates 100% of its reality, and that it's more than just the outer ego. And how we sometimes confuse outer ego for All-That-Is, which is a pre-trans fallacy on a kosmic scale that still runs rampant in boomer interpretations of YCYR. Furthermore, how the idea that we each create 100% of our outer egoic reality never gets scaled up into a collective understanding, where there is obviously some type of collective co-creation going on (and I define this differently than Elias does, so it's not used in the same context as Elias, and that leads to further confusion among Eliasians, too). And THAT'S where YCYR gets really interesting, scaling it up into groups and mass events.

Finally, Drew stayed until midnight (the chocolate-chips were working their magic) and we played Trivial Pursuit until our eyelids bid us to say good night. It was an energetic evening!

Hi All,

We held our seventeenth Dinner and a Dead Guy last night, but who's counting? Paul Tews, Ester, Jim Pickerell, Jo, and myself were present on the Castaic end. Norm and Reta Farb, who just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary (congrats!), attended from Oregon, and Mark, Serge, and Myrna were present in Toronto.

To keep things real, I made the mistake of lifting the handset off the base unit, and disconnecting the phone call! Jo was in the middle of telling a story to boot. Grrrr. Then, when Norm called us back, when I put him on hold and redialed Toronto, I forgot to bring them back in while Jo finished her story. (Can't be on top of my game all the time, compounded by the fact that Jo made this delicious appetizer = roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes, and various melted cheeses we were pigging out on with small pieces of Italian bread )

So, Ellen, we're just keeping it real!

Anyway, Kris opened around 4:55 PM west coast time with a riff on the Spring Equinox (I should also mention that Jo had decorated the counter and tables with various eggs, bunnies, cookies in chocolate-covered nests, lovely daffodils, and more. So our house is very Springy).

And rather than give the details, you'll just have to wait for this transcript because it's so full of interesting Kris. In general, the opening went into a very broad, Kosmic, Zen mindspace that led Kris into "the tantra of All-That-Is" (said with deep voice full of echoes, oes, oes, oes....).

There was a bit on sexual spirituality...

Zen, a bit on "weapons of mantra destruction" = Kris' mythos of Earth's three (count 'em 1, 2, 3) moons, including a destroyed planet between Earth and Venus some 500 million years ago, including a solar systemic war between Venus, dead planet (now the asteroid belt), Earth and Mars. Yeah, we're talking War of the Worlds, Star Wars, all here in our cozy little corner of the Kosmos.

I was struck by the fact that Seth and Elias also say our planet and species is much older than our current sciences believe (and mindnumbingly so, if Kris is sincere and in the ballpark).

But he tied in the destruction of the third moon to this war some 500,000,000 years ago, the destruction of the second moon to an asteroid some 65,000,000 years ago coinciding with HUGE tsunamis and climate changes, and more.

We finished around 6:30 PM and Jo had made a chicken stew, with hamantaschen, and various teas to finish off the evening. Ester won the staying late prize, and I went to bed around 10PM.

The amazement never ceases.

Hi All,

Well, the fun never ceases. It's been four weeks since our last D&DG, due to my speaking engagement at the Conference on World Affairs (click link for details). I also wanted to mention the Kris Workshop in Toronto that occurred during the interim that was attended by 17 folks!

Last night we had a large crowd, ten folks showed up. Paul & Jo, Paul Tews, Ester Trevino, Bob Becker, Jene Fielder, Kathleen Kenneally, Wanda Brown, Pam Koch, and Jim Pickerell. Norm & Reta Farb did not attend, as they are in Santa Fe attending the Science and Consciousness Conference. Marcy Singer briefly joined us via Yak-voip, but the connection didn't hold, and despite repeated attempts was unable to rejoin the telcon.

Jo was in her prime and outdid herself in terms of food, decorations, and positif vibrations. She did a Hawaiian theme since we're getting ready to spend two week on Maui & Lanai celebrating my upcoming 50th birthday. All participants received a lei greeting (now, where else can you walk in the door and get instantly leid ), and the pu-pus (pronounced poo-poo) included fruits, nuts, beef thingys, Maui onion tarts, and refreshments.

After the session, Cathy and Ron Churchman stopped by for dinner, and there was a bit of an Elias-Castaic reunion with Ron, Cathy, Bob, Jim, and Jene being present (they all attended the very first sessions in 1995 and 1996).

Anyway, onto the melodious voices in Toronto that joined us: Mark, Serge, Myrna, and John. Since Alex wasn't there, we didn't get to hear Sarah bark!

The session began a little late, due to trying to get Marcy's connection back. But Kris came in and began to riff on general things, laying a foundation to build off later. He used the "six blind men trying to describe an elephant" metaphor to describe the fractured state of our sciences. Each man can only feel a leg, or trunk, or tail and thinks they have the total picture.

Each tries to gain hegemony over the others, claiming to have THE big picture, and not realizing they only have a piece. I made the connection with the emerging integral sciences and arts that attempt to take in the whole picture while acknowledging the impossibility of ever doing so, thus leaving room for expansion and growth.

He then veered into the BIGness of us as essence, pointing out that we each hold simultaneous, nested worldviews (which made me think of Spiral Dynamics that integrates developmental psychology with systems theory to show how core belief systems or worldview emerge and develop hierarchically, transcending and including their predecessors).

Kris also pointed out that essence holds simultaneous worldviews with its many focuses manifested throughout All-That-Is.

I pointed out that as a focus, we also hold probable selves and alternate selves (according to Elias) and thus each focus is really a mini "life cloud," "cluster," or "pyramid gestalt" of its own.

Kris was attempting to shift our attention into BIG mode, trying to imagine the vastness of ourSelves as essence. He coined the term "consciousness parsecs" in the same vein, showing that consciousness (CUs/links) has the innate intention to create and expand as many realities within its own limits. Essence is a type of "creation engine" that seeks to creates dimensions in which to experience.

I got a sense of essence as the "man behind the Wizard's curtain."

After a break, Kris did a Practice of Perspectives meditation the really zoned us out. He invoked the wave/particle focus in an attempt to expand and widen our awareness via imagination toward a deeper understanding of Self. We all relaxed, took deep breaths, and followed his voice while going inward.

Many of us were in beta/theta states, awaked while dreaming or imagining or visualizing. I recall imagery of various sorts. There was one instance of small hand-shaped beings with little feet! The other was when I attempted to put a "net" around a galaxy-self. Talk about expansive!

Kris slowly brought us back into our particle-bodies and counted us back to waking state and another break. I was pretty zoned-out for the rest of the session, and folks were coming and going.

Later there were several mentions of AAA = acknowledge, address, accept (Kris' variation on Elias' NIRAA)

Toward the end, actually after Kris had said goodnight, John mentioned that he was pleased to know that Kris was in the process of engaging other "remembrances" just as we are. And Kris popped back in for one last word and mentioned how we are all on A Journey of Discovery, and it seemed like an apt title for the session, putting is all in perspective (pun intended ) for me, and future readers no doubt!

Our next D&DG will be in four weeks....

Hi All,

We held our 19th Dinner and a Dead Guy on Monday, and had another fun and challenging event. It was Victoria Day in Canada (as in Queen Victoria), so Jo put together an English theme that included crumpets, trifles, Shepard's pie, and the like. On the Castaic side, Drew, Ester, Paul, Jo, and Dr. Jim attended, Norm and Reta joined in from Independence, OR, and Serge & Mark were solo in Toronto (which has something to do with the holiday and Thursday becoming the new Mondays, as attendees are growing for these public sessions).

Kris opened with a riff on the difference between idea and thought to set up his larger theme: idea atmospheres. Ideas are intuited forms of subjective communications and thoughts are their translations into our objective awareness. So idea = source, and thought = construction. Well, that's my take on it (using Seth, Elias, and Krisian concepts).

Kris challenged us to identify where our ideas and thoughts "came from" in terms of how we image them geographically, that is, do they seem to originate from the front, back, left, right, top, bottom within our minds? There's no right way to do this, as everyone is unique. Different folks said they imaged from all various directions, my sense of "idea" or "source" is from the back, bottom, and my sense of "thought" or "translation" is in the front middle.

Kris was challenging us to introspect and learn to discern how these two complementary processes relate and function.

He then went into "idea atmospheres" and had spoken to Mark about them earlier in the day during one of their walks, and how we each are connected to these atmospheres, which I interpret to be another lovely metaphor for the inner self and how this Aspect functions in relation to other inner selves and focuses.

The "atmospheres" work by attraction and intention to transform source energy, which is no-thing and "outside" (actually I conceptualize it as "inside") of space-time or framework 1. (Interestingly, Kris used the terms Frame 1 and Frame 2, instead of Seth's standard, but they represent the SAME areas of consciousness, just like Elias uses Regional Area 1 and 2, and sometimes uses slightly different wording.)

He mentioned the physics of idea atmospheres being different than dreams, which in turn are different from physical constructions. (This actually follows the perennial causal, subtle, and gross "bodies", each of which has its own "physics" nested within each structure.)

Kris again challenged us to begin to notice, observe how our inner ideas and thoughts function in relation to each other. I mentioned during a break that I've been practicing basic vipassana meditation for several months now, and the idea is to develop mindfulness of bare attention or is-ness while in waking state and bring that awareness into every day situations in a more centered, awake, and present fashion.

Again, the idea of conscious creation mechanics is part of this discussion, as Norm is working on the "healing machine" and as a physicist, needs to better understand dream and idea atmospheric "physics." This has something to do with Kris' recent statement that Einstein's theory of relativity would be more accurate if explored as E=MC pi or MCx3.1.41...

It hints at adding a multidimensional mathematics that would incorporate gross (physical), subtle (dream), and causal (idea atmosphere) structures within the psyche that we're beginning to explore.

After break, Kris pointed out how these three structures are each distinct and nested within each other, like concentric circles (think of MCx3.141...) and actually transform no-thing = source energy into something = energy-matter and space-time. This is the physics of conscious creation!

After another break, Kris mentioned that we could live to 150 easy enough, but we'd have to stop eating McDonald's burgers (he's been working with Serge and Mark on their diets). He didn't offer any more specifics, but has in the past given out detailed advice on vitamin and herbal supplements to balance and harmonize our diets.

Kris also used the economy and sociology of the automobile to show what's involved in the simple act of driving a car. That is, we don't need to know what's under the hood to use the gas and break pedals and steering wheel. But if we probe deeper, not only is there engineering of the car, but also of the manufacturing and marketing chains that bring them into physical manifestation. Simple and complex at the same time (this was another emerging theme from this session, as it related to the gross, subtle, and causal Aspects that Kris continues to probe with us).

Later he mentioned that will power did NOT equal intention, they are two complementary qualities of the mind. The point was that we don't simply will and manifest as a result. Our intent and focusing THAT, also combines with the laser focus of will power to manifest and construct things in physical terms.

Finally, Jim asked for his six-pack and Kris pointed out that his tertiary "belonging to" was from a different cluster, the GAURA, which is the same as Kris'.

"aligning with" = 1. Sumari, 2. Ilda, 3. Tumold

Interestingly, Elias (unknown to Serge) perceives Jim as a two-pack:

Both of which are within Kris' reading. Again, the depths of the six-pack are Kris' attempt to integrate his clusters of consciousness material, which goes to the pyramid energy gestalt (or life clouds as Seth called them) Aspects of Self.

We're going to look into using webcam technology for future D&DG sessions, as it would be cool to see everyone on a single 32" TV that we have, and hear through our 5 channel audio system.

Dinner was delicious, once again, and folks had lots of interesting conversations. Jim talked to Norm for quite a while after Serge and Mark signed off, and then even Drew engaged Norm in some physics related questions to his own explorations.

Drew and Ester left around 11:15 PM, late for us!

The next session will be in two weeks, now that we're back from various travels and the summer beckons...
