Miss Blake Interviews Mark Allen Frost (Part 2)
[Editor's Note: No article or interview in the brief history of our ezine has stirred as much contraversy as this one. I will reiterate that this interview is not meant to be an endorsement of Mark Allen Frost's claims, but instead a chance for readers to decide for themselves. Miss Blake asked many difficult questions of Mark, many of which had been offered by the Sethnet membership. I'm fairly certain these questions would never have been asked in any other New Age publication, and the answers I felt were very revealing. Be sure to read MB's footnotes at the end of the interview, for her own impressions of Mark, and her reasons for choosing him as an interview subject.

MB: Does it matter to you that stylistically you do not sound like the Seth associated with Jane/Seth?
Mark: I’m a different personality. Seth is streaming a different energy personality essence through me to create these new messages. His expression of energy personality essence is tuned to my particular personality aspects. I am a male, not a female, although according to Seth, most of my Simultaneous Lives are female. Naturally the expression through me would be different. I am not trying to recreate the experiences of Seth’s first subject here. This is a new creation, a new collaboration. I think that the difference stylistically is an asset, though this may just be my personal bias. If Seth were to come through a 12-year-old boy with a speech impediment, would he sound “stylistically” like his first subject? Maybe not, but who cares? I would be very interested in hearing what the boy had to say.
MB: The return of Christ or a Christ figure in 2075 or near that is one the teasers in Jane Roberts’ Seth books. Without doubt some readers believe that there will be an actual personage who will walk the earth. Other believe that no such event will occur and that the shift in individual consciousness it what is more likely. What are your views?
Mark: The Christ figure is on the Earth now. Personally I feel that both events are occurring currently. The Beings of Light or Masters as some have called them are among us NOW. They are attempting to keep us from totally screwing up the planet. Apparently we are a whisker away from global nuclear annihilation. They are here to help assist us in the shift in consciousness. The first and second books are based on these potentialities.
MB: On the same topic of Christ, many have wondered if the Christ material, a book which Jane did not channel or refused to allow coming through, could still be accessed. Is this something you have an interest in? Do you have a comment on the quality of the Christ data as delivered in "Seth Speaks" and NOPR?
Mark: Seth has spoken about The God Book for two years. We have just begun the third book and the fourth book will probably be The God Book. This will include the subject of The Christ, as well as other Gods, gods, Goddesses, and goddesses. I feel we will begin on The God Book by the end of Summer 05.
To be honest, when I first read the Christ material in Seth Speaks and NOPR, I scanned it quickly. I was not at that time what you would call a religious person. Now it is a few decades later, I am closer to my ending than my beginning, and I find myself much more interested in that material. I want to write the book first with Seth and then perhaps return to that older material for study.
MB: You have studied some other channelers. Are there any other metaphysical teachings you find useful and what do you think of the current state of Christianity?
Mark: I like the chanting Buddhist practices. I was a practicing Buddhist for a few years. I like the shamanistic practices. I have been a participant in those practices for almost 40 years. I’ve studied the Western Occult Tradition for many years. In my opinion, Christianity was a good idea. Unfortunately it was corrupted from the beginning. According to Seth’s new messages, The Christ has returned to rebuild Christianity along the original principles.
MB: For many, the manner of Jane's death has been a sore point. It has even led to the questioning of the validity of the body of material as a whole. After all, if she could not even heal herself.…… "Do you feel these statements are fair and what insight do you have now on her choices and indeed Seth’s choices at that time?"
Mark: This was a sore point for me ever since I got word of her death, a few months after she made her Transition. I was even more confused after reading the book on healing that documented her final days on Earth. So, naturally one of the first questions I asked Seth when he was speaking through Cas, was this: “Why did your first subject die at such an early age and why could she not heal herself, with you as her medical advisor, and with her vast store of knowledge as to how to create realities?”
Seth said that it was not an early age to die for this soul. It was the exact, precise time for this soul to die. All of us know, on a soul level, when we are to die. He reminded me that she was a smoker. This was the main cause of death for her, the effects of smoking. Then recently we have been talking about his first subject as she currently exists in her Home Dimension. Apparently she finds it amusing that so many of us fuss over the facts of her death. She was demonstrating for us the irony of a death experienced while creating a book on health. So I don’t think those assessments are fair. The material speaks for itself. The way the collaboration ended was appropriate for that soul. And personally, I’ve learned a lot about how to face death from her example. I hope I can continue the collaboration right up to finish line.
MB: In your connections with your "Seth" have you come across the concept of the nine families of consciousness? This is a term from the Elias material. If not, do you have any additional material on the families of consciousness that are said to be incarnating here, in particular the Sumari and the Sumafi?
Mark: I can say that Seth does mention the families of consciousness, but only in the context of his statements that he may have complicated his message too much with these delineations. That is why he is keeping his current messages very basic. I remember reading about the families of consciousness in the Jane as Seth material. I have not read the Elias material. In the new works, Seth is asking people to come together as one group – the human family. Then as a group, we can take back our power from those we have ceded our power to in the past, possibly in exchange for protection and other subtle products. We are getting our power back, ladies and gentlemen. I have a connection to the Sumari and access to a state of consciousness in which I can hear, understand, and speak the language. Cas developed the same connections. Apparently, this is a language based on love and ecstasy. I can’t say more at this time.
MB: In Seth Speaks, Seth described God as "an idea." It was an idea that had a life of its own, but it was one created by the believer. There was no hierarchy of any kind involved. Seth/Jane always stressed the individual as the creator and center of their own reality and the "mistress or master of their fate," so to speak. How do you feel about that statement and is there a contradiction with that and what is being channeled now?
Mark: The way I understand it, again, is that it is not a one man/woman show for individuals. We are Co-Creators of our personal realities, with All That Is lending the creative power and the templates through which we create our world. During sleep we create incipient reality constructs, as individuals and as members of the world’s people, and then roll them out for our perception when we awaken. Telepathy functions on all levels, from the sub-atomic upward. That is how we create our individual realities and the world consensus reality, by way of the Telepathic Network.
We are all one, yet at the same time we ARE the centers of our individual personal realities. Seth and I are writing an article for a British magazine on the subject of the “birth” of God in which he expounds upon the concept of God as “an idea.” Seth describes, in a humorous way, how the “inner chorus” of telepathic data perceived by early humans, was interpreted by some as the voice of an authority figure that must be “obeyed” and by others as simply, “Hey, what a great idea! I’m smart and everybody likes me!” That is how God was born, as a response to a perceived “authority.”
MB: It can be argued that humanity is no more or less on the brink of destruction then it was 10, 20 or even 30 years ago. It is only a western and particularly American viewpoint that makes it seem more so. What makes this particular time so important?
Mark: We are Westerners, and as such we tend to intellectualize our experiences. Seth says that we are reluctant to learn our lessons that are essentially spiritual. So what one of us might term Earth Changes – the worsening climactic changes, glaciers melting, Tsunamis, global warming – another person might term “business as usual.” Personally I believe that it is not business as usual. I think we are on the brink of a great move forward or a great crash. I do agree with you that it can be argued. Anything can be argued or intellectualized. Spiritual understanding does not come from arguing or intellectualizing, however. I think we are at a crossroads in this timeframe. Most of our leaders on all levels are in denial about the state of the planet. They are leading us over the cliff.
MB: Back to the statement which refers to the leaders of nations as being "nefarious entities controlling the belief systems of entire nations," and this control has "a negative effect on your psychic energy fields." Could you elaborate on this?
Mark: Since Seth and I have spoken about the current state of the U.S., I will provide more of my own opinion. It is my understanding that many political, corporate, and even religious leaders do not have our best interests in mind.
Political, corporate, religious, and even scientific institutions are created to control. This confluence of negative, controlling energies creates what you might call an “over mind.” It is not a warm and fuzzy construct. It pushes to create systems of control and domination and enforces allegiance to these systems. This has an effect on our individual mentalities. (Again, look around you. Do you feel loved by your bank?).
Every system from your favorite online provider, to your schools, to your various government agencies, is hard-wired to control every facet of your life. This naturally works against the free flow of ideas within a democracy. (stolen election?) One becomes a literal Human Resource to be controlled and used-up by the various systems. Seth has something to say about all of the meds being distributed to people for depression and anxiety. This is how the powers that be keep the people under “chemical controls,” as well.
MB: You use the term Fourth-Dimensional awareness. Can you define what this term means? In particular, would humans continue to experience linear time after achieving such an awareness?
Mark: Having “a foot in both worlds” is how Seth has described it to me. When I am in contact with Seth, my Energy Personality, I have a foot in both worlds. I am communicating with an Etheric Being, yet I am also cognizant of what is going on around me.
His first subject experienced a more “physical overshadowing.” From what I have read, she did not remember, after the session, much of what she had said as Seth. I also can experience this complete absorption in the process but I find the “mental overshadowing” gives me the same quality of messages while allowing me to connect with Seth out in the open, that is, in restaurants, in the park, or while sitting in my car with my notebook. So this is good news, I think. Seth is back to teach us how to access our Etheric Teachers and develop ongoing relationships with them. When we do, we will have developed Fourth-Dimensional awareness. The experiments in his Second Book help the reader to develop this multidimensional perception.
MB: Given that the channeling process differs for different people, there is an understanding that the nature and depth of channeled material is dependant on the construction of a living psychological bridge, which has to be erected from both ends (reference to this is in The Early sessions Book 9 session 501). Is there any similarity which what you experience? If so has such a structure has been completed between you and Seth and could anyone access Seth in the same manner?
Mark: One word: hypnosis. Seth hypnotized his first subject into coming with him on the voyage. Seth instructed me in how to use hypnotic methods to bring him from Cas’ inner world into our world. The living bridge spoken of may be what we call hypnosis or therapeutic talk. Seth is an excellent hypnotist. I am a trained hypnotist. In both books we talk of how we use hypnotic methods to create the environment for contact. At first, I had to work through an intermediary spirit or two, but I was successful in reaching Seth with his guidance. Very few of us can connect with Seth, but I’m pretty sure everyone could potentially meet their own Energy Personality using these methods. That is the main reason we created the Second Book.
MB: Scientists are often attracted to aspects of the Seth material. Do you have any further material on consciousness units and coordinate points?
Mark: The 9/11 book has some material on these subjects and the Second Book has a great deal more on these two ideas. Seth is updating his concepts in the new books. In Book Two we have an illustration on how the activity of CUs creates reality. The discussions are quite basic and easy to understand. In the Third book Seth has promised to be more comprehensive in his explanations of the CUs and the coordinate points.
MB: Since this process began, how has your life changed?
Mark: Substantially. Seth came into my life just as I was graduating from Graduate School. I thought I was going into a life of earning hours for my licensure as a mental health professional and then practicing the profession with my Hypnotherapy as a side specialty. Now I find I am using my Hypnotherapy as a side specialty with the publishing business as my main focus.

MB: What does Seth think of Sethnet?
Mark: You don’t want to know! But seriously though, when I first attempted to spread the word of Seth’s return, I naturally went to Sethnet and posted a few times. I was flamed so badly I actually feared for my personal safety. I was expecting the opposite response. I received some very hateful, threatening emails.
Seth’s advice from the beginning was to not go there. He said that some in Sethnet were using his ideas to inflate their egos and control people. Pretty much the opposite of what he wished. He said there were those in your group who would probably never agree that he had returned. They had too much to lose. It’s more than a year later and much has changed. Seth has told me that it is worthwhile to begin this mending of relationships. This is really what it’s all about: positive change, learning our lessons. Your group is opening up. I’m becoming less defensive. This is a good beginning.
MB: Mark, thank you for the time you have given. No doubt you will always have detractors, I feel that there is something to be gained by speaking to any person who claims to be channeling Seth and I do wish you the very best.
Mark: Thanks for getting a second opinion. I enjoyed it, and Seth always appreciates these interactions. This will give the members of your group an opportunity to continue the conversation started so long ago.

Parts of the interview edited out were those, where in the first part of an answer, Mark referred to buying the book (which apparently addressed the question). Other than that his answers are included without edit. The number of times he referenced ‘buy the book’ or ‘this is covered in the book’ began to distract from the overall purpose of the interview.
To clarify the point, I never felt Mark was channeling Seth. The interview was not the ground on which he was being asked to ‘prove’ the validity of his claims. Mark himself, his certainty that he is now channeling Seth (post-Cas, when she was channeling Seth) and his possible motivations were the reason I wanted an interview with him.
Also edited out were the references to the various ‘Seth’-branded services, partly due to the length of these extracts and partly because the information is duplicated on Mark’s site. They range from ‘Seth’ coming to your home to ‘Seth’ based hypnotherapy sessions.
After checking the archives to see if Mark did indeed came under sustained attack from the members the first time he joined Sethnet given that he claims: “I was flamed so badly.”
This record was not found. Nor was there anything in my opinion that could credibly give rise to his next statement: “I actually feared for my personal safety.”
Mark goes on to say in the interview: “Seth’s advice from the beginning was to not go there.”
Regarding Sethnet, I have to view that comment with a degree of amusement, indeed every comment he attributes to his ‘Seth’ could not in my opinion come from any entity remotely connected with the Seth of Jane and Rob Butts. On balance I feel Mark is another in a long line of those who since Jane Roberts' death (some did this while she was alive) claim that they are now channeling Seth. The reasons could range from the sincerely held belief that Seth speaks through them, simple-minded delusion, or out right fraud and commercial motivation. The reader has to make up their own mind what Mark's motivations are, he has certainly shown more tenacity than most.
[Editor’s note: To read Mark’s introductory post, go here. There are a variety of responses to his announcement ranging from skepticism to curiosity, but there were no personal insults and certainly no threats posted to Sethnet. People sometimes receive private emails based on a public post, and confuse them with public posts. So, it's possible that someone did send a derogatory private email.]
Another point, the ‘who’ of ‘Cas Smith’ remains in shadow? It is she who apparently channeled the 9/11 book. But I found myself asking, “Did she ever exist?“ or is she a construct of Mark’s. To be frank there are many things about the whole enterprise that do not add up. But assuming that she did exist, the reader is left with Cas Smith’s ‘Seth’ and now Seth has become Mark’s ‘Seth’. While Mark claims that he and Cas are part of the same ‘Seth entity’. Jane Roberts is relegated to merely Seth’s ‘first subject’ with no role at all for Rob Butts. Needless to say this interview can in no way be taken as a validation of Marks claims. To the best of my knowledge neither Mark, Cas nor their respective ‘Seths’ have made contact with Rob Butts.
In closing, the effect of the claims of people like Mark Frost on the Seth Material of Jane and Rob is, in my opinion minimal. I believe Jane Roberts’s material will stand the test of time and remain vibrant and relevant long after the efforts of other ‘Seth’ channelers is forgotten. Some day someone might step forward with material which is of such a quality that that credibility can be given to their claim. Sethnet would certainly welcome such a person wholeheartedly. Perhaps Seth will return, but until then, as always…Love, love
Suitheist Verses: Self-Surrender

I surrender my fears to my eternal indestructibility.
Not a surrender to a "Universal All" that is not me, but to /this/
particular infinity that is mine, the universe that dwells within
this contour of flesh.
Not surrender to something above me, but to something as enmeshed
throughout me as my nervous system.
Not surrender to something not-my-ego, but surrender to something
which is as much a part of my ego as tissue is a part of muscle.
Not surrender of my control, but surrender to the fullness of my
control.
A surrender not in humility but in pride, not to my diminishment but
to my extension.
I surrender to the universe within, and let it spread throughout my
cells, my nerves, to the very tips of my fingers, to the very ends of my
hair. I surrender to the stars that yearn to dance amid my follicles like
beads of light through optical fibers. I surrender to the infinite vaccuum,
and let it inflate into infinite uniqueness.
Sethnet Members Comment on 9/11: the Unknown Reality of the World
Have been reading the new "Seth" book, 9/11 and the Unknown Reality
of the
World. From my perspective, it sounds very little like Jane Roberts'
Seth.
There seems to be a bit of a hodgepodge of various channeled
information
from all sorts of channels. Much of it reminds me of Neale Donald
Walshs'
Conversations With God, especially with the emphasis on social
activism. I
imagine that Cas Smith, and then Mark Frost, were beginning to learn
the
process of channeling, and their vibrations were not yet clear --
thus
bringing in and translating from all over the metaphysical dial.
I cannot say for certain whether the energy behind the information
is Jane's
Seth or not. I remember that Seth often mentioned that only a
portion of
Seth actually was in contact with Jane, and sometimes Jane even
commented
that it seemed like Seth wasn't even there, as though the
information had
been dictated previously and downloaded (she didn't use that term,
however,
LOL) to her at the scheduled time of the session. As Seth has
commented on
numerous occasions, the Seth entity is vast and has many different
aspects,
active in many different dimensions.
I see no reason to assume that Cas Smith and Mark Frost do not
sincerely
believe that it was Jane's Seth, however. Perhaps when the
information came
through, it was more readily accepted as having been given by a
well-known
metaphysical teacher rather than from ones' own Essence. In any
case, I
guess what is really important is not the "real name" of the source,
but
whether or not the information resonates with each individual
reader. I did
not find anything in that struck me as being evil or with
ill-intent.
It seems unlikely that there was an evil or nefarious intent behind
the
information being made available: there are lots of ways of making
money
through scams and claiming to be a new source of Seth material seems
an
unlikely type of scam intended to bring great financial rewards,
notoriety
or any other purpose I can think of. After all, even now, there are
many
millions (maybe billions) of people who have never heard of Seth! I
am
pretty sure Jane Roberts never got rich channeling Seth, and even
during her
lifetime was never famous, really...
One more thought. A couple of thousand years ago, a religious/ethnic
group
on planet Earth decided that God had stopped speaking to mankind
with the
Old Testament and Pentateuch. Not long after that, another group
decided
that God stopped speaking to us with the books of the New Testament.
Another
fairly hefty population group believes that God last spoke to us via
the
Koran, and it is the absolute word of God. Another that the word of
God was
last given to humans through the holy words of the Buddha. As far as
the
character of the channel goes: many of the great religious people
(mostly
men) of the past were not always individuals of impeccable
credentials. Just
take a look at the makeup of Jesus' disciples and apostles, for a
start.
Not long ago, a few of us decided that Spirit/God/All-That-Is spoke
to us
through the medium of Seth as channeled by Jane Roberts -- and that
Spirit
hasn't spoken through that form and identity since Jane died in the
1980's.
Maybe, maybe not. But I would hesitate to say that everything that
there was
to say was said at that time!
Have I punched any more buttons? Just my own thoughts, and I
certainly do
not know anything except that either I find the information of
value, or I
do not. The "Sethness" really isn't the issue, from my perspective.
Perhaps
the thought of there being someone new channeling Seth is
frightening and
threatening to the woirldview and psychological stance of some of
us? Angry
defensiveness, attacks and accusations can be a great smokescreen to
camouflage our own fears, of whatever type. Just more food for my
own
thoughts, poured out for your consideration.

Hi Gwen,
I am going more slowly with this book. Like you, I don't think that
we need to lash out against the idea that someone is claiming to be
channeling Seth. My problem with this book is that, so far, I have
not seen anything new in it. There a using of concepts that Seth
mentioned and the addition of New-Age terminology but no new ideas,
IMO. Also, I don't see that he has expanded on any previous
concepts. I can't imagine Seth writing a new book without trying to
show us new material.
One icky thing about the new 'Seth' is that if we believe in
his 'nefarious entities' then we are left with the idea that we are
not so much in control of our own reality as we have been taught.

Hi Gwen,
'nefarious entities'... it almost makes me picture villains in black flat brimed hats with long handlebar moustaches they twirl... I have been defined as a nefarious entity from time to time... just because there are sharks in the waters doesn't mean there is evil in the "world", just sharks, doing what sharks do. I wonder if these nefarious entities our "new Seth" speaks of are simply sharks? Or maybe belief-bound groups of "us" who are creating a situation (a mini-reality?) to explore the concept of being in their terms?
I have had long, long discussions with my sister Priestesses over these things. Some definitely believe in 'nefarious entities' and feel their vocation is to pursue and banish/destroy/end such entities. Others, myself included, see sharks that can bite, but bite to live, eat, survive, taste, experience the world. There is nothing that can truly harm me... or anyone. Not all of the sisters agree, oh well.

Checked out the "Seth Returns" website and read the interviews
and it just doesn't ring true.
In "The Way Towards Health" Seth
distinctly
says that you can eat anything you want and it will not hurt you if
you
don't believe it will hurt you.
Now this new "Seth" talks about not
eating meat which totally conflicts with his earlier work. Miss
Blake
dutifully questions him in his article about his sudden inclusion
of "New Age" jargon and concepts. I think it's another hoax.
Sorry I don't get to visit with the group as much as my computer
died suddenly of tropical virus. Will try to check in when I can.

Morning, all:
A quick follow-up on the 9/11 Unknown Reality... by Cas Smith and
Mark
Frost. I was also uncomfortable with the part about nefarious
entities
trying to control planet Earth and non-physical ascended masters
working to
ensure that they do not succeed. This was very reminiscent of much
of the
channeled stuff today. Then, at the end of the book, in the
appendix,
suddenly, as clear as a bell, was a short article from "Seth" about
all of
our experiences and reality being of our own creation. After the
nefarious
entities controlling us via our negative thoughts, it was as though
abruptly
the channel became fine-tuned, and the entire tenor of the message
changed.
I agree with you Don, that there isn't really any new material, but
perhaps
many of the people who have never heard of Seth or Jane Roberts will
get an
opportunity to read at least some of that worthy ghosts' information
in a
manner they can understand. Reading the original Seth material can
be
slow-going and take a lot of time to understand and absorb. I may
try a few
of the exercises, just for the experience.

A SESSION WITH SETH

It was a bright March day in 1973 and the sun glinted on the broad Delaware River as I drove the narrow road through Pennsylvania’s Bucks County on my way to Elmira, New York. I had stolen away from my busy life in Red Bank, New Jersey, where I was running a group home for emotionally disturbed adolescents, and from my teaching at Brookdale College where I was exploring parapsychology with my psychology class. After reading Jane Robert’s book The Seth Material I had immediately felt that many answers I had sought were there within the covers of this book.
On impulse, I called Jane Roberts to tell her that I was one clinical psychologist who didn’t think that the phenomenon of her mediumship was to be put away as a neurotic or schizophrenic example of mind-splitting. She was cordial and friendly on the phone, and invited me to attend her Tuesday night ESP session in Elmira. I had already begun my research into past life recall, and when I thought about my journey to Elmira, I imagined I was looking for some direction in my research, but I knew I was also seeking some for myself.
Jane Roberts’ mediumship began when she was preparing a book on How to Develop Your ESP (re-issue under the title, The Coming of Seth, and experimented with the Ouija Board. The board was very active, spelling out many messages. Soon she moved to speech while in trance. In itself, this progress from Ouija board to trance mediumship is not unusual for students of the psychic. What is unusual is the quality of the material from a trance entity called Seth who comes through Jane. Those who have read Jane’s books, The Seth Material, Seth Speaks and The Nature of Personal Reality are aware of the profound nature of the explanations Seth gives for our conscious experience in this three-dimensional world.
Downtown Elmira has a grimy, work-a-day air with its solid nineteenth-century buildings; an unusual place for a guru of the Aquarian Age to surface, it seemed to me. Sedate old homes past their prime and now converted into apartments grace the elm-shaded streets.
Jane lives in an apartment and as I found it that day she opened the door for me. There was nothing eccentric about the way she dressed, or about her smiling courtesy as she ushered me into the living room of the apartment she and her husband Rob shared. Jane offered me a cup of coffee and we talked casually. I mentioned to Jane that I was a psychologist working with young people, and she expressed to me some of her concern about the people who visited her.
“I would like so much to help all these people,” she said. “I don’t see myself as a therapist, and sometimes the problems people bring to me are very difficult. I’m glad that Seth is able to help some of these people, but I feel writing is my own skill and not counseling.” Rob sat quietly on the sofa petting the cat. He is a handsome man with an air of quiet serenity. I thought he served as a wonderful foil for Jane’s vivid energy, and that they made an excellent team.
Soon the crowd gathered. There were eighteen of us scattered around the large room in the apartment adjoining Jane’s living quarters. Jane sat in a wooden rocker, talking and laughing with the new arrivals. The atmosphere in the room was one of friendliness and expectancy. A few of the class members were from the Elmira area and had been attending the class since it began in 1971. Others had heard of the class through Jane’s books and had joined it more recently. Most of the members of the class had traveled many miles to attend the session; a group of six or seven had driven up from New York City just for the evening.
The class began with Jane discussing some of the material in the book that Seth was dictating at that time, The Nature of Personal Reality. Some group discussion began. When Jane speaks as Jane, her voice is light and rapid and she peers at you through thick-lensed glasses. Suddenly, Seth appeared.
Her glasses were flung to the coffee table in front of her. Her head snapped up and her eyes flew open wide. I looked at the pupils of her eyes, and they seemed to be much larger and darker than before. Her posture was incredibly straight and she gave the impression of having put on twenty pounds in two seconds. When Seth came through Jane, one had the impression of a masculine character using the body of a feminine woman. Seth looked around the room and began to speak.
I was astonished at the change in Jane’s voice. Seth’s tones were deep and booming, and his pronunciation had an odd flavor to it. “It’s an accent of some kind,” I thought to myself ‘but what is it? Scandinavian, Indian?” I had never discovered what this accent is, but it is obviously present when Jane speaks as Seth. Jane talks in a rapid voice, but Seth speaks slowly and enunciates very carefully. There is a great variety in Seth’s voice tones as he emphasizes a point. Seth began his portion of our class session with the following exercise he wanted all of us to participate in.
“And for now I would like you all to do something,” he said, “Close your eyes or leave them open as you prefer, but I want you to sense within yourself the living that is happening within you. I want you to feel that energy that is your own life flowing vitally through you and to go along with it. It sings through your body and through your creaturehood. It may be difficult to listen to my voice and sense that livingness within you, but my voice can also serve as a vehicle to let you experience that subjective feeling that is unique with each of you.
“You plunged into creaturehood at your birth. It keeps your eyes open and your lips smiling as you look at me. It keeps your legs up upon the table; it keeps your eyes blinking, and it goes on within you all the time. It is the essence of your being. It keeps you alive. If you cannot trust that which keeps you alive, then what can you trust? It keeps your fingers wiggling. It is the unknowing knowing that rushes within you at every moment and you can trust it above all things. It is the unknowing knowledge of which you can also become aware, and it is your most intimate being.
“It does not come from others. You will not find it in books, or concepts, or precepts. It comes from the intimate experiences of your own being. When you are alone, feel it. Go along with it joyfully, and say, ‘I give myself up to my life.’ With that attitude, all other things that you need to know will come to you.”
Seth’s voice saying these words had sent a strange feeling through my nervous system. His voice seemed to echo, not just in my ear, but in my entire body. Hearing Seth was a dynamically different experience compared to reading his words alone.
Seth disappeared, and Jane returned to her body. She blinked, reached for her glasses, leaned forward in her chair and asked a class member to describe what Seth had said. Jane is not conscious of Seth’s words when he is speaking through her, and must find out the contents of his remarks from the transcripts a class member makes from tapes of each session. It’s interesting to be asked by Jane what Seth had said. Seth’s words seem so beautifully phrased that it is quite difficult to express them in your own words. When Jane asked me to explain, I stumbled along trying to paraphrase Seth. In the middle of my explanation, Jane’s glasses flew off again. She sat bolt upright in the chair, and Seth’s voice boomed out, “That is not quite what I meant.”
Seth discussed the nature of beliefs and asked the class to look carefully at their belief systems. He asked the class to discuss some of their own beliefs. I mentioned a problem I have in dealing with money. I like money and the things that it buys, but I have the feeling that wealth means corruption. My political attitudes are basically left-wing, and I had learned to associate material goods with what I thought of as oppression of others. As I was discussing this, Seth broke into the conversation.
“All of you, as I will say in my present book - commercial - (Seth was referring to The Nature of Personal Reality which he was dictating to Rob through Jane. His humor here referred to the fact that this was a money making operation.) relate to problems of good and evil; the value judgments you place on such things as health, wealth, color, and race. Some of you consider poverty a sign of virtue and good,” he paused and looked directly at me. He went on, “So that when you look at someone who has money, you think he is not spiritually attuned; that there is something wrong with him, he must be taking advantage of someone else, he must be nasty, he must be a capitalist. You think of someone who is poor as being spiritual.” Here Seth turned and stared into my eyes, “He may be stupid.”
I laughed, because I thought Seth was indeed correct. Poor people expect to be poor, so they create that reality. Seth went on to say, however, that things are not quite as simple for each of us. “If you believe that your beliefs cause reality - and they do - what is your attitude towards the poor? Do you say “They caused that reality, too bad, that is their hard luck?” These are questions I want you to consider.”
Jane joined our conversation frequently as we discussed our belief systems. In the course of the conversation it emerged that three of the young people who had come to the session were involved in a love triangle. The feelings generated by this were intense, and Jane looked concerned as the conversation grew heated. It seems that the husband’s best friend had successfully seduced the wife, leaving very bad feelings all around. Jane’s concern grew as she tried to respond to the anger and to the sorrow that emerged during the discussion. Soon she broke into Sumari.
Sumari is the name that Jane and Seth had given to a very unusual phenomenon. When Seth comes through Jane, her eyes are bright and wide open and her gestures are abrupt and masculine. At other times, Jane goes into trance and strange fluent musical notes come through. As Jane, singing is the least of her abilities. She demonstrated one night to a group how poorly she can carry a tune and how small her vocal volume is when she is singing as Jane. When Sumari comes through, her voice achieves an astonishing depth and richness, and covers a vocal range from soprano to base. When one is listening to the sounds, it appears as though it might be in a foreign language, although no specific language comes to mind. It is the tonal quality and the rich emotional expressiveness of the tones that seems to carry the weight of the meaning. Seth has said that Sumari touches depth in our minds that words cannot reach, and that the meaning in the sounds is in the individual reactions that the sounds engender in each one of us. Sumari flowed effortlessly through Jane as she sang a song to each of the members of the love triangle. They didn’t seem to be much affected by the music, however, the dark looks continued. The lover of the trio finally burst out with his feeling that you get sex wherever you find it and that cultural mores were a denial of one’s basic nature.
At that point, Seth burst into the discussion. His voice boomed out, “I do not want to shatter anyone’s preconceptions,” he said looking at the lovers. He continued, “The male is human, however, his sex drive is connected with his love, even though your cultural mores may serve to protect him from realizing the capacity of his own great love, for in your society, love is a female characteristic - and woe to the male who shows it. In your society it is not male, it is feminine to your way of thinking as a society. So often he hides his own love from himself. But the male does not go out hungrily to f--- whoever he can, in those terms, without feelings; for he hopes in his great finesse some love may be gained, some taste of creaturehood become his own.”
Seth then turned his attention to the husband and wife. His voice softened somewhat as he said to them, “There are no questions of morality here, only misunderstandings and a confusion of beliefs that will be resolved. And it is only natural that our Pan here,” and Seth looked smilingly at the lover, “serves as a catalyst. And both of you knew it ahead of time. Now I will return you to the present situation, and to the joy and the agony of your loins!”
Seth’s interjection here immediately changed the tone of the discussion. We all laughed at the identification of the lover as Pan. Indeed, he was a slight, merry young man with a real twinkle in his eye and it was easy to picture him strolling the hills with flute in hand.
One of the class members explained to Jane what Seth had said. Seth apparently felt this explanation was not adequate, and so he returned again. The transition from Jane to Seth was quite astonishing. Jane had been peering quite intently through her thick glasses at the class members and listening to the explanation. In a twinkling, the glasses came off, the body leaned back in the chair and the blue eyes flew wide open.
Seth spoke again. “In the vast reality of your being and in the joy of your existence, all of this is an aspect of your living, and sensation, and the knowledge of life that is within you.” He returned again to the husband and wife. Staring intently at them he said, “You have chosen this course for your own reasons. You have set up this situation and you yourselves know that it will be resolved. So you play games with yourselves, for it seems to you that you do not know the answers. If you examine your conscious mind, both of you, and your conscious beliefs, the resolution will become quite apparent.”
Seth then turned and swept the group with his eyes. There was a pause, but we all knew that Seth was there and not Jane. Seth resumed again, speaking more quietly this time. “If a life itself does not seems to provide enough excitement, then you will provide it through your living and learn from it and enjoy all of its ramifications. And so, in those terms, none of this is tragic. And it has served, and is serving, for all of you, purposes that you yourselves have set,” and he looked to the Wife, “and that you have set,” and he looked around the room. He looked smilingly at all of us. The room was completely quiet as we listened intently to his words.
“So the questions brought about this evening apply to all of you in your own way. You are creatures, yet there is a difference between you and the animals. And sexuality can led into dimensions that, in your terms, the animals do not know. Some animals -- almost, but not as much as you, feel the nature of their mortality. They come together with biological spirituality great in its depth of passion, and so do you. From that sexuality of your own you can form great spiritual and biological frameworks of affirmation, and rise from those frameworks beyond the nature of what you think of as creaturehood, and that knowledge is within you. You have free will. So you can do as you wish. You can create endless splendor, or become lost in a maze. And even those mazes are creative, and from them you achieve new levels of creaturehood and morality and go beyond them. But you must each find your own way.” Seth turned again to the husband and the wife and said, “And your way, and your way, must be your own way.”
The tension in the group relaxed, the group was quiet, and several of us mused over Seth’s statement that we can create endless splendor or get lost in mazes. I thought to myself that I had seen the greatest job of marital counseling in my professional experience. Husband and wife were smiling at one another, the lover had quietly moved away and was talking to others in the room. Jane may have doubts about her ability to handle the human problems that come her way, but certainly through Seth she could do a magnificent job of resolving them.
Shortly after this, the class broke up. People were smiling and laughing and there was an atmosphere of great friendliness in the room. This had certainly been the most unique class I had ever attended.
Later Jane told me that Seth wished to speak to me. I thought that Seth would want to discuss my past life regression experiments, as I had talked to Jane in some detail about the work I was doing. Jane invited me to sit down with a cup of coffee and we began talking about hypnosis and reincarnation.
After about three minutes of conversation, Jane’s coffee cup came down on the saucer with a distinct clink, her glasses came off and Seth sat there opposite me. I felt a sense of awe -- a feeling that I tended to reject intellectually on the grounds that I was properly sophisticated as a psychologist. Nevertheless, that primitive awe did come to me and could not be denied. Seth’s voice boomed out, and to my surprise, he began talking about the adolescent group home that I was running in Red Bank, New Jersey.
He began by supporting my basic principles, which were to allow these young people as much freedom as possible within the confines of the group home. “You are right in assuming that these young people cannot express ‘proper behavior’ until they have had an opportunity to allow the negative feelings in their expression.” I explained to Seth that it was quite difficult to get the proper authorities to go along with my plan of allowing the young people to set up their own rules. Seth was sympathetic to my point of view, and said that this was a good way to provide the psychological elbowroom needed by these angry teenagers.
Seth had a twinkle in his eye when he said, “Remember, Helen, you are not saving anyone. You have the idea that these young people are victims and it is up to you to save them.”
It was quite true that at some level I did think of myself as a ministering angel to poor battered children, an illusion which Seth was now destroying. Seth continued, “Remember that each of these young people chose their own path.”
I felt like arguing with the great master. “But they were battered and abused as small children, surely they couldn’t be responsible for that and the effect it had on them.”
Seth responded, “Ah, but they chose their parents, they chose the lifestyles to experience in this incarnation.” Seth went on to give the names and backgrounds of several of the young people under my care. This was certainly astonishing, because Jane could not have known the names or the backgrounds of these girls. Seth made me understand that these young people had set problem lives for themselves in order to overcome past fears and resistances.
“In a sense, they need you and they need the group home right now. But so do you need them as a part of your development. Remember, when you feel that you are the doctor administering to the patients, we are all seekers and we all learn from each other.”
I had expressed a lot of concern about one of my girls. I had a need to keep all of these girls in the home with me, to avoid having them return to mental hospitals or jails. Seth seemed to know this, and broke into my thoughts.
“Diane will not come back to the home. She will be all right, but it is not necessary for you to devote so much concern to this one child. Focus your concern on the others.” Seth was right, it turned out later that Diane did not return to the group home.
Seth seemed so interested in the group home that he gave suggestions on how to arrange the physical layout. “You need to set aside one room - perhaps the dining room - as a place where physical exercise can be made available. These young people need to express bodily some of the anger, some of the powerful emotions that are charging through them. Give them an opportunity to do this through physical exercise.” How did Seth know that such a room was available in my group home? And how did Seth know that Diane would not be returning?
My experience with Seth was an eye opener in many ways. His knowledge of my work in Red Bank was definitely supernormal; Jane could not have known the details. But beyond that, the sense of awe I had in Seth’s presence, and the way in which is voice seemed to lift and charge my thoughts -- widen my horizons -- was something outside all of my experiences. I felt that I had found a guru.
But Seth warns against gurus. As he had said that evening, “You will not find it in books, or concepts, or precepts; it does not come from others. It comes from the intimate experience of your own being.”
Was there a Seth level in me, in all of us, as there was in Jane? Jane’s Seth was such a marvelous teacher. Was this because Jane herself was an unusually bright, perceptive, and well educated woman? Surely this played a part in the richness of Seth’s vocabulary. No medium is merely a channel, but an active participant in the translation from the wider consciousness to the here-and-now world.
The experience of hearing Seth teach his ESP class is unforgettable. Fortunately, I have been able to hear almost all of the class sessions on tape, and they have deepened and enriched my life. The class sessions were discontinued in 1975, and the group experience in Elmira for those of us privileged to observe it has now become a part of the past. It lives on in tape recordings and transcripts.
Jane and Seth are both busy and productive. Jane reports that Seth’s book The Unknown Reality, Vol. 1 will be out this summer. Jane has a book of her own, The World View of Paul Cezanne, in the works and Seth is now dictating another book. Seth and Jane speak an ancient wisdom in the sparkling, sophisticated way for twentieth-century America.
The Long Lost Road

Shades of days lived long past
Converge upon me in my musings

spirit flew among them not knowing that it couldn't fly. So many
worlds and I couldn't choose from them...how could I tie myself
down
to just one when they were all so fascinating, each in it's own
way? Each day seemed to say in it's own way, hey don't stray,
follow any ray of light and you may decide to stay. But staying is
paying and soon I'd be praying for the sound of interdimensional
horses neighing or wild hounds baying, saying You're decaying,
stop
delaying, resume surveying the places where you'd like to be
playing.
Caught by surprise, I fall to Earth
Slowly, unknowing, and I freeze

There for all to see, a shared reality
The wizard managed to avoid it
But I'm stuck in the quicksand of days

be enough to create worlds where we can each find what we are

GINA

JERRY
Where are we? Where's Mr. Prickly?
Wanda picks Mr. Prickly up off the ground and shows it to him.
WANDA
Is this it?
Jerry grabs Mr. Prickly and kisses him.
JERRY
Ow. Ow. Ow.
SAL
The bus broke down, but Wanda here was
nice enough to rent us a car.
JERRY
Wanda?
WANDA
That's me.
JERRY
You're here to save me.
WANDA
Oh. You're sweet.
She caresses his face.
JERRY
This is Mr. Prickly.
He presents the cactus.
WANDA
Hi. Nice to meet you.
Wanda pretends to shake Mr. Prickly's hand.
JERRY
Are you going to Las Vegas too?
WANDA
Yes. Yes, I am.
JERRY
What kind of car did you get?
EXT. HIGHWAY - DAY
Sal drives the CONVERTIBLE. Gina sits in the passenger seat, and Jerry and Wanda sit in the backseat.
JERRY
I've never ridden in a convertible
before. Neither has Mr. Prickly.
Jerry holds Mr. Prickly up in the air.
JERRY
Wooo! You're flying, Mr. Prickly!
WANDA
Why don't you try it?
JERRY
I-, I think I will.
He hands Mr. Prickly to Wanda.
JERRY
Be careful with him. He may look tough,
but he's a real pussycat underneath it
all.
Jerry grabs the back of Sal's seat and slowly stands up.
JERRY
Wooooooooooo! I'm riding in a
convertible!
SAL
Are you nuts?! Sit the fuck down!
Jerry looks deflated as he sits back down.
GINA
Let him have his fun.
SAL
He's gonna get himself killed. Then
what?
GINA
He's dying anyway.
SAL
Yeah. But I don't have to.
INT. ROCCO'S OFFICE - DAY
Louie and Mitch enter Rocco's office as Rocco cuts the top off of a CARROT with his cigar cutter. He eats the carrot as he's talking to Louie.
LOUIE
The girl Sal Nert's been bangin' just
took a week off from work.
ROCCO
So what does that tell you?
LOUIE
He's already skipped town. But she's
not sure where the relationship is
goin', so she wants to keep her options
open.
ROCCO
You're a regular Dr. Phil.
LOUIE
I communicate, unlike some people.
He looks over his shoulder at the always mute Mitch.
ROCCO
What are you doing standing in my
office?
LOUIE
I thought-
ROCCO
Find them! And bring them back to me!
Or else!
Rocco slams the cigar cutter down on another helpless CARROT.
Louie and Mitch exit the office in a hurry.
INT. DOCTOR SHOCKLEY'S OFFICE - DAY
Doctor Shockley is on the PHONE.
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
Hi, Larry. Yeah, we're still on for
Saturday. You'd better bring those new
clubs, because my game is getting better
by the minute. Yeah. I know. You can
only use the hernia excuse for so long. You'll have to come up with a new one
soon. How about gout? Gout is easy to
fake.
Doctor Shockley laughs to himself.
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY (CONT'D)
Listen, what ever happened with Jerry
Nert, the patient I sent over there for
an MRI?
INT. DOCTOR SHIVEL'S OFFICE - DAY
Doctor Shivel enjoys a GLASS of scotch as he sits behind his desk with his feet up.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Jesus, Will. I was just trying to
forget about my pain-in-the-ass
patients.
He fumbles around his desk until he finds a CHART.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Nert, eh? Ah, here it is.
He flips open the chart.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Didn't find anything.
INTERCUT PHONE CONVERSATION
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
Did he introduce you to Mr. Prickly?
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Is that some kinda euphemism, cuz I
don't do that with patients anymo-
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
No, Larry. I mean his little cactus
plant that he brings with him wherever
he goes.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Oh yeah. What a nut job. Wait. That's
Jerry Nert?
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
Yeah. You'd never know it by looking at
him, but his mother's a real hoot.
She's actually a professional gambler.
Got emphysema, but still smokes two
packs a day.
Doctor Shivel fumbles around with the CHARTS on his desk. He finds another one. He looks at the name: "Jerry Neff." He flips open the chart.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Oh no.
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
What's wrong?
EXT. CONVERTIBLE - DAY
Jerry hangs his head out of the side of the car and makes faces in the headwind.
WANDA
So, are you scared?
JERRY
Of what? Tiny rocks that could get
kicked up by other cars and hit me in
the face? Not anymore!
WANDA
No, I mean, of dying?
JERRY
I've been scared of living for so long
that dying seems like it'll actually be
kinda easy.
WANDA
You're so brave.
She sidles up next to him, and he holds Mr. Prickly in between them.
JERRY
Mr. Prickly's going to be planted right
above me, so that makes it easier.
WANDA
Oh. Okay. I talk to my plants too.
But I had to give them away.
JERRY
You did? Why?
WANDA
I'm moving to Las Vegas to become a
showgirl, and I only brought the bare
necessities. Bras, thongs, waxing
strips, makeup, a hair dryer, and
clothes.
JERRY
Wow. You fit all your stuff in two
suitcases?
WANDA
I have to be able to move around easily,
cuz I don't even have a place to stay
yet.
JERRY
You don't?
WANDA
I know it's crazy, but I've always
wanted to be a showgirl. And I always
found an excuse not to got for it. So
this time I wasn't going to let anything
get in my way. Not even Rick.
JERRY
Rick?
WANDA
My boy-, ex-boyfriend.
JERRY
Why didn't he come with you?
WANDA
Let's just say that he wasn't very
supportive.
EXT. HIGHWAY - DAY
RICK CARMICHAEL, 35 and mean, rides his HARLEY down the highway. He opens a BOTTLE of beer with his teeth, spits the CAP out, and drinks the entire bottle in one gulp. He tosses it over his shoulder and lets out a primal scream.
RICK
Biiiiiiittttttttccccccchhhhhhhhhhh!
INT. JERRY'S APARTMENT BUILDING - NIGHT
Doctor Shockley and Doctor Shivel walk up to Jerry's door. Doctor Shockley has his cell PHONE up to his ear.
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
Still no answer.
He shuts the phone. Doctor Shivel is now three sheets to the wind. He KNOCKS on the door, loudly.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Hey! Jerry! You're not dyin' after
all!
(to Doctor Shockley)
You're just out of your freakin' mind.
He laughs.
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
I'm glad you find this so amusing. But
there's a man out there who thinks he's
got less than six weeks to live because
of you.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
So think of how happy'll be when he
finds out he's not. Bright side!
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
I want you to come here every night and
see if he comes back.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
Why can't you do it, Al freakin'
Schweitzer?
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
I've got to find his mother. No man
dies without seeing his mom one last
time.
DOCTOR SHIVEL
How you gonna do that? Vegas is a
pretty big place.
DOCTOR SHOCKLEY
Wilma Nert is a pretty big woman.
INT. CAESAR'S PALACE CASINO - NIGHT
Wilma walks through the casino with a purpose. HAL BIGGS, 39 and huge, walks behind her carrying an OXYGEN TANK. Hal is dressed in a tight tank top and hot pants. He's bulging out of both.
Wilma takes a seat at a blackjack table. The other GAMBLERS move aside to give her plenty of room. The DEALER looks like he doesn't know what to make of her.
WILMA
Gimme ten grand in chips.
DEALER
Ah, ma'am, I-, you-
WILMA
Don't ma'am me! I have an account here,
numb nuts! Now gimme the chips before I
get you busted down to parkin' cars!
She starts breathing heavy. Hal turns a valve on the tank. Her breathing returns to normal.
The Dealer puts the CHIPS in front of Wilma.
WILMA
Now, deal! And don't save all the good
cards for yourself!
She smiles and winks at the Dealer, who tries to manage a laugh as he deals the cards.
EXT. HIGHWAY - NIGHT
Wanda tries to manage a laugh as Jerry holds Mr. Prickly in her face.
JERRY
Come on. Just a little kiss. His
bark is much worse than his bite.
WANDA
Jerry, I-
RICK (O.S.)
You fuckin' whore!
Rick is riding his motorcycle right next to the convertible.
WANDA
Rick!? What do you want?!
RICK
I'm taking you home! Get out of the
car! Now!
Wanda looks straight ahead and crosses her arms.
Rick swerves in front of the car.
SAL
Who the hell is this guy?
JERRY
Her ex-boyfriend. He-, he's not very
supportive!
JERRY
He's gonna get himself killed.
Rick slows down, forcing Sal to do the same. Sal tries to pass him, but Rick swerves in front of the car as it changes lanes. Finally, Sal pulls over behind Rick.
GINA
No fighting!
SAL
I'm sure I can talk some sense into the
guy.
Sal gets out of the car. Rick gets off his bike.
Jerry looks over at Wanda.
JERRY
Are you going to even talk to him?
WANDA
We're way past talking. He just wants
to club me over the head and drag me
home by the hair.
EXT. SIDE OF HIGHWAY - NIGHT
Rick and Sal walk towards each other.
SAL
Come on, guy. I'm sure-
Rick decks Sal with one punch and continues walking towards the car.
WANDA
Oh, my God! Jerry, what are you going
to do?!?!
Jerry looks at Mr. Prickly and nods. He puts Mr. Prickly down on the floor of the backseat and slowly gets out of the car.
Jerry walks right up to Rick, who takes a huge swing at him. Jerry crouches down to avoid the punch, and from a squatting position, he punches Rick right in the balls. Rick goes down like a ton of bricks.
Jerry walks over to Sal. Gina is huddled over him, trying to revive him.
JERRY
Get his legs.
GINA
What? Why?
JERRY
I'll get his arms.
Together, they carry Sal back to the car and put him in the backseat.
JERRY
Come on, Wanda. You're coming with me.
WANDA
But-, I-
Jerry gets on the bike.
JERRY
You'll have to drive the car, Gina.
Gina gets behind the wheel.
Rick tries to get up, but he just keels back over.
Wanda gets on the back of the bike with Jerry. He starts it up.
WANDA
Do you know how to drive a motorcycle?
JERRY
It can't be that hard.

As Seth readers we are aware that our beliefs, thoughts and
expectations create our individual and mass reality seed our
world/planet. We know this yet many of us wonder why we continue
to be faced with events that are not pleasing to us, events
that appear to lack value fulfillment for so many, and we wonder
why this is so. Does this happen because we allow our focus
and attention, our fine sense of discrimination to be drawn
away from our inbuilt propensity to form ?dazzling mental and
psychological creations i.e. our civilization its arts and sciences.
During our 'Seth Applied' weekend we aim to re-establish a 'feel'
for those in-born leanings through stimulating discussion centered
on the significance of Dreams, Framework 2, (inner reality),
use of the Imagination, Focus and Expectation. We will also
visit a display of the Jane Roberts papers housed in Sterling
Memorial Library at Yale. And best of all we will take time
to playfully and rambunctiously ?daydream? (envision) a society
more in line with an evolving consciousness intent on value
fulfillment for all. And better still during our weekend we
will apply Seth?'s suggestion to 'act as if' all this has taken
place, as we concentrate on what we want. So join us bringing
not only your ideas of what areas of a society/civilization
you feel disposed towards transforming, but most importantly
your good intent, your sense humor, and ready to share your
personal experiences and successes through use of the Seth material.
The world is changed in imagination. It is changed in dreams.
It is changed in inner creativity and through your dreams, and
then it is created physically.
